Had THE BEST !!!! STEAK HOAGIES IN BUFFALO‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️Cooked just as ORDERED! Finely chopped cherry hot 🌶 peppers, in the finely chopped steak ,provolone cheese, mushrooms, onions X-Tra Mayo and X-tra toasted yum yum!!!!! And There wings are awesome also garlic parm and bbq back on the fire for that char broil taste!!!!and very friendly staff ‼️‼️🥰👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼Thumbs up☮️

This place is the bees knees, the cats pajamas, the chickens trousers. I am very happy every time I order. If I could give more than 5 stars I would, but giving my frequent business is good enough. The employees are so delightful and respectful to every customer that walks through the door . I also appreciate the young man who was so politically correct to wish me seasons greetings this holiday season instead of assuming I celebrate Christmas like every other pizzeria. This place stands out amongst all the other pizza places in Western New York. Food is great, people are great, family is great. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to try something new.
Good food for a decent price. Very convenient location for the apartments behind it. Wait times are reasonable. My only real issue with the place has been that they close quite early for a pizza place. I work second shift and cannot get their food after work. If they were open an hour later I would be a much more regular customer. Outside of this, no real complaints.
Ordered a sheet pizza for house party. Staff very accommodating. Pick up was spot on. Finally pizza was excellent! We will be back.
I’ve ordered and enjoyed food from here for many years. Lately the employees I speak with when placing my order are making me think twice about wanting to call again. I order food there because I choose to,not because I have to. Stop being so short with your customers
I will NEVER go to Pappacenos again. Earning the one star is the size of the wings. Thats it. Typically, I dont find the employees friendly. One time, when I picked up pizza late at night, the men acted as if I werent there, swearing quite a lot as they continued their personal conversations. I planned not to visit the restaurant again, but my husband ordered wings there this evening. Halfway through eating them, we ran across a wing that had a bunch of feathers still intact. We understand that sometimes things like that happen, but when we went back with the winged wing as well as the remaining ones, we were refused a refund. Actually, thats not true. They opened the register and pulled out $1 for each wing we hadnt eaten. Wow, thanks.
The food was good. The lady working the counter was friendly and fast. Not a great place to sit down and eat unless youre on the go like me then its fine. Would recommend to people looking for good pizza that delivers.
Food is addicting but come on. I enjoy this place, the pizza is great, food is good but only when they get the order correct. Had to place my order, got a call back confirming my order, go pick up my food and it’s still incorrect. I’m sorry, I love this place in terms of food, but customer service could use a little work.
Best pizza Ive had in the Buffalo area. We drive 20+ minutes just to get their pizza about once a week. Great people work there too. Only pizza place that I will eat more than one slice. The sauce is addicting. Its right in the village of Orchard Park, nextdoor to Noco .
Ive ordered from here a couple times...the pizza is ok...but waaaay too oily, not enough spices. Tad bit too much sauce.Its better than the other garbage in the area, this stuff actually resembles real pizza...not the buffalo style pizza with cheap cheese & cheap dough that often leads to over cooked cheese and doughy undercooked bottoms.They actually show up on time within a reasonable time frame.The subs are a little weak, not great.

They answer the phone quite abruptly. When I went in to pick up my order two employees just looked at me and didnt say anything, I had to state my name and what I was picking up. In the dining room there was an exposed garbage can filled with the brim with food half eaten, nobody wants to see that, its gross. The pizza was good but the customer service was terrible and the cleanliness of the dinning room was gross. I would rather pay more money at Cappellis than go back to this place.
Recently moved to Orchard Park from South Buffalo... And to be completely honest I was a Ninos fan but after having Pappacenos I will never go back to Ninos or anyother pizzeria... Great pizza, Great subs and the best wings around, period..!! Also the staff are extremely friendly and helpful..!!
My neighbors tried to warn me not to go here, but I didn’t listen. Place is dirty, employees are dirty, food was bland, pizza dough was not crispy but not because it wasn’t cooked, it was like school cafeteria pizza dough. Chef salad is yelloish limp iceberg lettuce, chopped up pizza mozzarella, and pizza onions, all in all a horrible dinner. Will not be returning, also they do not take AMEX.
The best pizzeria in Orchard Park, hands down. They have the best blend of good food and good prices. We dont even bother with the other pizzerias anymore. Staff is always friendly to us, were really good customers!

2022-07-24I ordered a double order of wings with an extra blue cheese. The guy who took my order said my order would be delivered in 45 minutes. After almost an hour and a half later my order was still not delivered. I called and was told it will be there any minute. Another half hour went by and when I called they said it will be delivered in 5 minutes. After 2 hours the order was delivered. So when they said 5 minutes, the wings werent even cooked yet!! The guy on the phone really lacked customer service skills. Even though the wings were good, they failed to give me my extra blue cheese which I paid for. Horrible experience and I would not recommend this place.

2022-02-10Ordered a simple cheese pizza with a well cooked crust. I got a pepperoni pizza with a barely cooked crust. I love the sauce and usually the crust from here which is why I try it from time to time. I live within walking distance but rarely come because of the inconsistency. I generally pay far more from a place further away for the consistency.

When I first came in this place, you can tell from the warmth and homey feeling that this is a mom and pops place. They serve different kinds of traditional pizzas, pastas, subs and finger foods. You can either dine in or take your food to go, either way, you will receive great customer service. For appetizer, my sister-in-law and I ordered wings , in medium heat and a side of bleu cheese. The wings was huge in itself can be considered a whole meal if you eat it alone for an order of 10.For our entree, we ordered baked spaghetti with meatballs and fried dough with melted butter and powdered sugar. Let me tell you guys something, even a restaurant serves simple food, it has to be perfect; and you know what?, they nailed it.The pasta was cooked perfectly and it pairs great with the baked melted cheese. This meal came with homemade garlic bread and a side salad. The fried dough was fried right as well and the butter that was on top was evenly coated on top. Moist and delicious, it can be considered as either a savory dish or a dessert.A must go especially at lunch time, I would recommend this place hands down.

2021-12-11My wife and I just ordered a white pizza, stuffed hot peppers and a steak & spinach sub. Everything was absolutely delicious. My wife said its the best steak sub she has had from anywhere. Pappacenos is the most consistent pizzeria in town.

2021-07-07The pizza and subs are delicious here . The sheet pizzas and buckets of wings are totally worth it for a get together (especially if you live in op.) The mozzarella cheese is so fresh . Something about the sauce here hits different in such a good way- not too spicy, not too sweet. There is something very home-like about the environment. The delivery guy, Rod, is also super nice. Definitely would recommend this spot !

2021-10-31Ordered a pizza, girl said 45-1hr. Called after 1/20min and he told me it’s only been and hour and 10.. pizza just got in the oven at least another 20.. better to order from a company who knows how to conduct business and not argue with customers
