These five stars go out to my car advisor CAROLINA PARRA . She all ways done an outstanding job in quickly getting my car fixed. Sometimes even without an appointment since I’m always rushing to work. Had been my car advisor for more than one year. She just does the best Job ever. Love coming here to get my car serviced .
Went here today to get my car serviced! Nyc rats chewed through my wire which made my dashboard lights come on! I arrived at 8 am and MARLEY PAGAN was there to assist me. I explained what happen and he immediately got on the job asap! He was so attentive and very responsive when it came to calling about the car! I was able to get my car back same day after the electrical repair was done!!! He address my concerns about things and he really communicated and understood my concerns and reassured me!!! Thank you Marley for your great customer service!!! If you ever need your car service ask for Marley!!!!
I went to paragon Honda about 2 weeks ago and was attended by Marley Pagan. I had a great experience he was honest calm and collective. I was so surprised when my car was fixed within the amount of time I was told which was great because I work in my car. I definitely recommend this service department they are the best and quickest.
Williams was my service manager. He was very attentive and did a fantastic job of keeping me updated and communicating throughout the entire experience. When I went to pick up my car, Matt went out of his way to make sure I got it quickly even though I showed up outside of their normal hours.
Whatever you do, don’t have them deliver your car after the service is completed, just pick it up. They scheduled to have my car delivered at 7:45pm and it simply never showed up. By 9:30pm I had received no calls, no updates and no one even answered the phone when I called at 9pm. I ended up having to go there myself to figure out what was going on. Even the service rep I spoke to was rude to me as if I was inconveniencing her!Finally it turned out that my car had never left the parking lot where it was kept. I wasn’t given any explanation or even a simple apology, they just gave me my car and I went on my way. If they would’ve told me they were having issues delivering vehicles, I would’ve had no problem getting it myself. Instead I had to go on this wild goose chase just to find out where my car even was. If I could give zero stars I would.
I had the pleasure of working with Jennifer Rosario for a repair that I needed done on my vehicle. She was extremely professional to work with, was good about communication and was very helpful during the entire process. I was very pleased with the work that was done on my Pilot - and if I ever need additional bodywork done (knock wood) I will definitely come back to see Jen!
AVOID AT ALL COSTSHorrible in every way.Dropped my car off before Thanksgiving (it is now February). They have been unable to get the part to fix the car. Fine. Ive been trying to get my car back for a month but no one picks up the phone. When they do, they say someone is going to call me back, but no one ever does. I went to the dealership to get my car back and they said it is Upstate! Then they said they would send the car back in a few days and follow up to confirm. Nothing happened. Now Im calling every day to get my car back and no one is answering or calling me back!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I appreciated that they took me without an appointment. I waited around 2 hours for my car service.. which is normal. The problem I had was when my car was ready. They told me to wait outside for my car. After realizing and seeing people that came after me and getting into their cars. I started to question why am I waiting 20 minutes out here in front of the service station. At first they could not find my car, then I saw a guy walk a block away from the station to get my car. By this time it has been 30 minutes... Unacceptable
I had a major mechanical failure on my car that had potential to be very costly. My car was well within the warranty period, but was visibly modified. I spoke with a service manager who, though didnt make any promises, assured me that they would try to get the repair covered. I have no doubt other dealerships would have turned me away, but Paragon was genuine, helpful, and transparent. After a couple of weeks, the decision was made that the repair would be done, no cost. Thank you to my service advisor, the managers, and the technicians who performed the diagnostic and install. The car drives flawlessly and I will continue to get my scheduled service done here.
They have good prices on simple stuff like oil changes, tire rotation and balancing, and alignments; but other stuff is usually way overpriced. The worst thing about the whole experience is that every time you go there, some sales person is always trying to convince you to exchange your car for a newer model. If you leave the car there, then theyll call you to try and sale you a new car. They do this every time, even after you tell them that youre not interested. Just annoying!
I greatly appreciate Nick at Paragon Service Center. I had made an appointment for a 6am oil change at the last minute bc I did not have any other time to slip this in during an extremely busy and stressful time. So I stayed up all night and left my apartment in Manhattan at 5am to drive to Paragon Service Center bc I have always received excellent service at the Paragon Service Center. It is always worth this extra effort. There was already a line of 4 cars getting checked in at 5:45am but it moved very quickly and the initial intake guy remembered me from the past. He is so kind and appears to be such a hard worker. I then immediately met with Nick who was wonderful to deal with. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and made sure that they were working on my car when he saw me waiting outside approximately an hour later, even though I didnt ask him to do anything and I didnt at all look impatient. Shortly thereafter my car was ready and I expressed my immense thanks. Although this was my first time meeting Nick, he did not disappoint and I hope when I pull up for service the next time I will see him again. Thank you, Nick!
I have been waiting to write this review, for anyone going to this serive center, please save your hard earned money and avoid this service center. The manager and service advisor will dishonesty charge a lot of money and waste your time. They will tell you that you have to pay $150 an hour for each person that works on your vehicle, and the cost for each part will surprise you. You can imagine what that means for Brake change, timing belt change and other services. You are better off selling the car and buying a another car than to have them fix it for thousands. I will take my business elsewhere and I hope others dont get ripped off like I did. Zero stars wasnt an option.

One of the worst experiences I ever had in my life. I dropped off my car for my appointment at 1 pm to have the ac fixed and I had my two babies with me because I have nowhere else to leave them. They did not give me back my car until 7:15 pm!!!! I waited there for 6 hours and it was a living nightmare. My kids were getting overtired and cranky and when I kept asking them how much longer it was going to be they kept telling me all day oh just another hour. They do not care what you have going on. Horrible horrible horrible. Will never come back here
Got here at 7:35pm with my boyfriend to pick up his car. First of all, no direction or clear instruction of who to look for or ask questions to. All representatives just stared and ignored us. Found the girl at the counter which helped us out. She called for someone to get his car and we were asked to wait for it outside on the other side. We waited outside in the freezing cold for about 15 minutes before just waiting inside because there was other people waiting as well. 30 minutes go by and we’re still waiting. 45 minutes, again still waiting. We keep checking back & forth if the car has came out and nothing. An hour goes by and still nothing. At this point we have no idea if someone is even getting our car or even looking for it. 15 minutes later my boyfriend goes to look for the car because at this point we were tired of waiting and everyone had gotten their cars already. The car was literally across the street parked and nobody was near it or looking for it. We go to the front desk and the girl apologizes to us so we guessed that she didn’t even know we were waiting for so long and nobody confirmed getting the car for us. She calls for someone who now gets our car. The guy who was supposed to get our car didn’t even get the car out for us, just handed my boyfriend the keys, no sorry no nothing. Basically waited almost an hour and a half for no absolute reason due to lack of communication and walked out of there at 9pm.
Whatever time estimate they give you, add a few hours. Trust me, even if it does not seem busy and no matter what service youre getting. I waited over 3.5 hours for a simple oil change. The one star Im giving is for the nice gentleman who help me expediate the process and likely saved me at least another 1.5 hours toward the end of the night.
Customer service is very very poor. Service advisor make you wait forever, they ignore you as if youre invisible, while they are joking and laughing with each other.... its like they are partying instead of working..lack of customer service attention. Service manager should be FIRED, hes responsible for the employees and the properly servicing the customers with attention and professional attention. Customers pay your salaries...no customers no MONEY.....AND BUSINESS CLOSE...Management should look into this...MAYBE management should be all FIRED instead and bring a NEW crew that knows how to treat customers with attention!!!!!!!!!.... common sense... Also the customer lodge is a joke.....lack of coffee and other refreshments.....I have been to other Honda service centers in New Jersey and they know how to treat a customer RIGHT!!!!!
I left my car and they said will take 6 hours everything then after 2 days later they call me which is really bad. They waste time and now I came pick up my car they charging me for oil change when it’s free. These place not for Honda service they trying to take money from us all
DO NOT GO TO SERVICE ADVISOR ALEX TAVERAS . DO NOT ACCEPT SERVICE HE SAID YOU NEED TO HAVE . HE WILL LET YOU WAIT FOR LONG HOURS EVEN YOUR VEHICLE IS READY AND PARK OUTSIDE. HE WILL NOT ANSWER YOU BY PHONE OR TXT ON NUMBER PROVIDED BY THEM.HE WILL INTENTIONALLY LET YOU WAIT MORE HOURS UNTIL CLOSING HOURS IF YOU DONT GET HELP BY OTHER SERVICE ADVISOR YOU WILL WAIT TILL CLOSING TIME.
Dropped my car off at 5 AM for an interior detail ($180) and repair on a splash guard ($350). Was told itd be ready the NEXT day at 9 AM. Received the car the next day @ 4 PM because the car had not been returned to their shop. Overall, detailing service wasnt worth the money - they didnt even bother to vacuum the trunk space and covered up a seat stain with items that Id left in the car even though I was told the seats would be shampooed. Definitely not worth the price and not worth having to spend additional money to get to work because of the wrong estimated pick-up time. And no, I dont want some cheesy response from the manager saying they apologize - I wanted what I paid for. Luckily there are other options in NYC, please save your money and go elsewhere. Every consumers worst nightmare, dishonesty and bad service.
My experience was and has always been the best, no complaints. Very satisfied with the time and accommodations I had received from the employee Alexander Taveras. He takes care of my problems and I’m satisfied with his service and also emailing and texting me. Which helps me manage my time. Thank you Paragon Honda for the great service I received whenever my car needs service.
This place is a mess dont ever come to this service center unless you want to waste your time for a quick oil change. I get it’s busy but why overbooked the appointment? Customer service is horrible I could’ve rate this with negative star. I end up leaving waited 2 hrs and my car still not done lol what a joke place. I never done a review but I have to say something to this service center worst I’ve ever been!!!
Will never go back to this place. I took my car there 3 times for an issue, and even had to pay a bunch of money out of pocket for ghost repairs. They never fixed the issue. I took it to Honda of New Rochelle and they identified and repaired on the first try. Its been fine for months now.
I REPEAT !!!!! Do not go to paragon Honda for service, they will destroy your car and cause more problems they charge a whole lot of money… I went to paragon to fix the A/C in my car Alex said the car needed Freon only he also said my car had no leak and everything was fine with the compressor they charged me $412 for Freon after 2 days they A/c stopped working. I went back to them they kept my car for one day and Alex said tèt there’s a leak in the compressor they asked for $2,000 DO NOT GO TO PARAGON FOR SERVICE THEY WILL ROB YOU.
This fabulous operation cannot be recommended highly enough. Open 24/7, they work on over 200 cars a day. We have used them since 2002 but not regularly (as we live in multiple states). Recently, I had engine knocking and what I thought was a subsequent electrical problem on a 200 mile drive. They took me in as an unscheduled appt, thoroughly looked over the car, took it for a test drive with me and then put it up on the lift. The diagnosis was a stone or stick got into the engine creating the knocking and that I managed to dim the dash accidentally. The cost: nothing. I was as frantic as they were kind say we got this, lets just see what the problem is and ultimately were not charging you just for looking. Ten stars to the fine staff at Paragon Honda!!!!
I came in for an oil change spoke with an associate named Carolina in service who streamlined the process for me and made everything as smooth as possible. She even brought me a bottle of water. Definitely recommend and hopefully you guys can also get the help of Carolina.
This place was awesome cannot put into words how amazing the staff is. Marley was excellent and very professional, I had came in for a flat tire and he really took the time out to explain what was wrong with my tire and he got it replaced through warranty, I did not even know I had warranty! Thank you again Marley !
Shady business practices at this location. I ordered brand new tires at another location under warranty, in a one week span I received a puncture in one of the tires. Being that it was under warranty I can bring this into any Honda Acura dealership and they will honor it. I brought it to paragon Honda at 07:09 I didn’t receive my car back for two hours within those two hours they told me that they weren’t able to honor the warranty and that my car needed service and maintenance in the total amount of $1200. What they fail to realize is I already got my car serviced and I know for a fact that there is nothing wrong with it also I never asked them to run maintenance in the first place I only came to get my tire repaired under warranty. Not only were they not able to help me in this situation and also try to rip me off they went even further and added me to a list for people who want to test drive and purchase a car. Do not trust these people to be honorable about anything when it comes to servicing your car I would never bring my car here ever. There are two other locations in for the Brooklyn area Acura of BK 2682 Nostrand Ave. and plaza Honda 2740 Nostrand Ave. I recommend either one that’s where I will be taking my vehicle to be serviced. Look over the views and reviews of paragon Honda to see what I’m talking about they have very bad reviews and very bad ratings 3.5 stars is not good please avoid this place At all cost
Its ridiculous that a brand new car was brought into this place in oct, 2021 to replace the cars sensor (which was stolen). We had to wait months for a phone call which some Indian guy called but to confirm to order the piece, he says hell call us when its ready which never happened. Now my parents bring the car in April 2022, for the same issue & JUST NOW they are making a new claim, reordering the piece again. Some lady claims they most likely gave away the sensor to another car since we didnt act fast & says its our problem. The problem here is that, this place is unorganized. The car definitely shouldve been in the system, not the 1st time the car had been brought here. Also they are claiming the car needs some repairs to be fixed which is another thousand when the car just passed inspection a day before. Labor costs are way over priced ! Its like we are paying each employee a portion lol its ridiculous!! Labor cost more than the pieces lol.

Since purchasing my Honda Pilot 2014 from Paragon Honda in Queens NY I have been visiting their service center in Woodside faithfully to effect oil change and repairs. Over those years I have dealt with several Service Advisors and have always felt like a valued customer. For the last several years my Service Advisor has been Denise Dias. She has consistently exuded patience, knowledge, understanding and professionalism. I highly recommend her to anyone visiting Paragon Honda Service Center.On April 13, 2022 I visited the very same Paragon Honda Service Center in Woodside NY to register my disappointment and dissatisfaction with the quality of service I received at the hands of their technicians. My service advisor Denise Dias arranged for me to meet with manager Robert Dubose. Robert listened to my first complaint attentively and to his credit concluded that he will refund me the total cost. He explained that since the corrections to the work on my vehicle were made by an outside shop he could only credit my account. I agreed. He then gave me his business card with his personal cell phone number written on it explaining that he was aware of how difficult it was to get through using the normal telephone lines so I can call him directly should I have any future issues. He proceeded to conclude the meeting and I interjected that I have one more issue. He looked shocked and seemingly ruffled. I proceeded to tell him my second issue. His response was The company is not going to give you back money just like that. This has to be discussed at another level and I will be there. I was shocked by his statement but kept my composure. He further explained that he will have to get back to me and requested for me to put my grievance in writing and proceeded to conclude our meeting. I enquired about the credit on the first issue and that is when he metamorphosed right before my eyes. His response was Nothing is concluded. I reminded him of what he said earlier and he denied it.Not hearing from Robert twenty seven days after our initial meeting I detailed my complaint in an email and despatched it to hIm on May 09, 2022. I tried several times thereafter to contact him via his cell phone using text and voice-mail to no avail. Not one to give up, I then reached out on June 02, to my service advisor to ascertain whether he did receive my email. I was told he said he did but forgot to call me back and he will do so later in the day.Seven days elapsed and Robert didnt communicate with me.On June 09 I called Paragon Honda customer service number and Alex took the call. I was furious. I vented to Alex about the treatment I received from Robert.- How unprofessional he was towards me.- How he totally ignored me in spite of my best efforts to contact him.- How I feel he had taken my complaint personally and decided it wouldnt see the light of day.- How by his sole actions he had brought the customer service reputation that Paragon Honda prides itself in, into sharp focus.Alex listened, asked a few questions for clarity and told me he would get back to me before the close of the said business day. He did and asked for another day. The next day he called as promised and advised he will give me a total refund on the issues I raised and asked for another day to put everything in place and promised to call me. The next day he did call as promised and issued the refund. He apologized for the way I was treated and expressed the hope that Ill continue to use Paragon Honda. I explained to him while my experience with Robert has left a bitter taste in my mouth , I would not allow it to deflect from the good service I have received otherwise.Ill continue to use Paragon Honda Service Center because of the professionalism of Alex Gross and Ms. Dias.
Paragon Honda service center is actually one of the better ones in the city although its a little out of the way it is definitely worth driving there they will work with you and they will get your car around the road remember its a Service Company in and out its a business but other than that I would highly suggest it and I give this place two thumbs up please hit the like button and subscribe to have a great day
I would appreciate if you take scheduled people first instead of ones walking in.I was scheduled for 11 am, i reached at 10:10. And its 3:30 pm right now and i have no signs of my car and i was here just for an oil change. I got 2022 honda two months ago. So nothing much is needed.The service dAys were also not available to schedule and nobody told me that you can just walk in. I waited for two weeks to come for car service and this long wait is a waste of time on a working day where i told them i have to go back to work as well.
Took car in under insurance claim for wiring harness repair. Was not completed for almost 3 weeks because they waited for insurance check to clear before releasing the vehicle... all this time Im paying for a rental.... Then I get the vehicle back and it is dirty as hell after having an ENGINE DETAIL which insurance paid for... they didnt even detail my car.. after it sat there for 3 weeks. I am very disappointed and telling all my fellow HONDA owners to NOT do business with them. I get ready to use my air conditioner after it was SERVICED for OIL and FILTER plus CABIN FILTER CHANGE and come to find out!! A/C doesnt work one bit... I Picked up my brother who just had a BACK PROCEEDURE DONE and I cant even run the air conditioner in the car to get him home in a cool car with 75+ degree weather... REDICULOUS!!! I had to ask for SERVICE MANAGER EVERY DAY FOR over a MONTH! They didnt have a loaner when getting paid by insurance but they sure had one when they had to do things out of their pocket... obviously they didnt do anything.. I am even questioning that they SERVICED OIL an d FILTER... NEVER USE THEM! EVEN in dire NEED
I came in to get my mirror replaced because somebody stole it, first off they told me one price then gave me another because the mechanic did not realize what piece was missing for the mirror. Then they did not have the piece and i have to wait for them to order it. The price was ridiculous and they could not even give me a courtesy vehicle for me to handle personal matters that require a car when i explained it. I am getting my vehicle and will take it somewhere else. Ridiculous!!!!!!
I dropped my car off via tow truck because it wouldn’t start. In the process of fixing my car they lost my car keys. I was told they needed the spare which I dropped off. When I went to pick up my car I noticed the cut my alarm system wires and damage my remote start. I was tildes by management that they are not responsible for the lost and damage. I refused to take the car as is so Robert the manager told me Honda would reimburse me for the damages. I was lied to because 3 months later I am still waiting for the funds. They only attend to their own kind and never get things done right. They over charged for no reason.
Took my car here for routine repairs. The car was returned to me with damage to the passenger side car door. Upon showing the damage to a body shop I was told that this damage likely occurred as a result of someone leaving the keys in the car and a dealers lockout kit being used to force entry. No response from the service center at all. I wouldn’t buy another car here or even take my car for service.
So Paragon Honda and I have a love hate relationship. It’s really not their fault they are always so busy. Once you speak to the right people and give them a chance they are super accommodating and really very nice people it’s like family, sometimes you want to choke them but they come through in the end.
If i can give this place 0 stars i would first of there communication is horrible you call they pick up then hang up on you another thing is i went to change my front windshield and they ended up holding my car for over a week not even caring if i needed the car anyways after over a week of trying to find out whats the update with my car they tell me the windshield was never replaced because they never ordered it so i ended up taking the car back. Till this day im still driving with a 3ft crack on the windshield, waiting for moldings to arrive but no call been 1 month and half now, no comunication another thing is my car had the gas tank replaced because a recall and ever since i got the car back i keep getting this annoying code (CMBS) i told them last time and they did nothing im honestly scared of this people working on the car and this is why we need robots #humanssuck
Purchased brand new 2019 passport at Paragon 2 years ago. On 3-28-2022 car has 9865 mileage on it . So car stills under warranty. Took it for the 3rd time oil change , also ask them to check the heat blew warn air sometimes, no heat comes out. and clicking sound when turning the steering wheel to the right. 3 hours later. No issues and sound found at this time. I have to pay for 1 hours diagnostic fee $159.00. Why have to pay for when its under warranty. Of course the sound still exist. Its a scam and whip off.Thank you Paragon.
Worst experience ever, wasted my 3.5 hours to at the end have my car not serviced. They promised my car would be ready in 2-3 hrs 3.5 hours in my car was still sitting there even with a appointment. I just got my keys and left without getting my car serviced. Waste of peoples time.
Bottom line the slowest pace of workers at this place. I believe everyone here got hired because of a hook up. There’s always a long wait line while service advisors are at their desk attending no one and just joking and laughing amongst each other. Every time I come here it’s very frustrating. I will never buy a Honda again just cause of this place. Avoid this location at all cost.
Amazing service. Just make sure that anything you are planning on getting done is scheduled on the HONDA APP NOT BY PHONE. When I called to schedule they were giving me 3 weeks of waiting time. On the app was only 2 days of waiting. They resolve things really quickly. There was one time I couldnt wait for the car and they send me to my destination with a Lyft car and picked me up when the car was ready. WOW now thats what you call customer service and a happy customer.
Horrible experiences so far. Repair service sucks. I will be returning this hunk of junk. 2017 certified used honda pilot. Certified my a$$. After repair.. the light went from 1 check engine light... to 4 additional lights (AWD, etc...) Car was towed to the repair center 2 times in 4 days at my expense. On top of that I get promises of call backs and never receive one. When I call...the calls are dropped or I am transferred to an answering machine. Again with no call back, If this does not get resolved, I will never buy another honda again and tell everyone I know to stay away.
I was waiting for such a long time. Only to be told that I needed to wait until the next day. If your time is money, use the valet option instead. It is free. (Disclaimer: Be careful they might send you the wrong car sometimes). But at least they’ll get the problem fixed instead of trying to charge you for unnecessary expenses.
Terrible experience with this service center, I don’t know if it is much worse to come during the day or night…. More than 4 hours waiting for a service! The customer service is poor! My first question when I arrived at the service center was: do I wait for the car? And the sales clerk said yes! :/ well if everybody checks all the review that they have, we can realize how so bad they work!
This location, for me, was better than the White Plains Honda Service Center on Banks Street. They acknowledged you when you walked in and made sure we were taken care of. My car needed Maintenance A completed as indicated by the dashboard. It was Sunday, and I was scheduled for 1:15 pm.I got there early, and there was still a line, but they had two workers going up to the cars and asking if you had an appointment or not and managed the line that way. Service wasnt quick, but my expectations were managed because they told me it would take an hour or two and that theyd call and, if for some reason they did not, to be back at 3:45. The only thing I would say as a criticism is that this Honda Service location needs to update its waiting rooms. Instead of staying inside, we walked down the street to the delicious Brazilian Pizza spot that played great music, lol.
You may have terrible experience here, theres nobody to help you once its in the body shop, nobody is picking up the phones, theres no manager to talk the main service rap is saying she cant reach anyone and always tell me they will send a message and I will be contacted, that never happens, Im waiting over a weekend nothing!!!!!!Be cautious dont use this place for body repairs.
Zaira Morel was the service advisor and she didn’t know what kind of oil she was putting on my car I ask her advice and she said if I want she could put water ! what kind of answer is that?Horrible service she shouldn’t be there.Zaira update your knowledge please and stop wasting our time.Honda please train better all your staff !!
What can I say..Alot has changed since 2014! Honda used to provide horrible service during that time. But now things have changed! MEHDI DOHA was so attentive to my car needs and listened to my concerns regarding my car (my tires, my wipers, my inspection, key battery issue, etc). He wanted to make sure that my car needs were met and double checked if I needed what I was asking for (For example, during check-in he stopped completing my paperwork and said, “let me check if you really need that”). He recommended to buy wipers and to replace them and buy the battery for my car keys here. This is a plus when you are a single mom/working woman on the go. Came into Paragon Honda service center to check on a rattling issue with my Honda CRV. I was helped by Mehdi Doha, a service advisor at Paragon. He was helpful and processed the repair for me. The process didn’t take any effort, and Mehdi was responsive to my inquiries while my car was in repair. Would recommend Mehdi and Paragon Honda to any owner who needs service!
I should have read these google reviews before I even made an appointment. DONT COME here to get your car service. Youll be wasting your time.I purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle back in Aug and under the warranty program, you get two complimentary oil changes. I made an appointment for an oil change two weeks out and in that time frame, I had no fewer than six phone calls from the sales department asking if I want to upgrade my car. I know they want to make a sale but comon, I only had the car for four months.It gets worst. The day of the scheduled oil change, I show up twenty minutes early and there was already a queue of cars parked along a busy street. Waited over an hour and not one car went into the shop. The guy manning the line finally approached my car and asked why did I scheduled an appointment at this time. He told me to come back tomorrow at 5:30/6 am. Thats when I left and went to Castrol. I was in and out within 15 minutes.
This Honda service center is the worst, very unprofessional down to the. Person who is answering and transferring calls. My biggest issue with this service center is no one like to answer the phone or give you a straight up answer. I had receptionist claiming to be a manager. I brought my car to them on a Friday at 7am and they called me at 11am stating my car was fixed when I picked up my car nothing was fixed everything was the same just as I left it. Every signal on my car was on all the Honda mechanic did was reset codes. I had to go off in the center for the foreman of the mechanic to but authorized to check out my car. It took them a whole weekend and three days to tell me what I told them what was wrong! The manager mike or Michael tried to lie on the phone stating he was waiting my adjuster to come out to give the finial ok! Which was a dam lie my adjuster was out there four days before and approved work on my car! In all this service is horrible I recommend don’t go here for anything !! They all just sit on they phone !
This place has horrible service and no customer service. I had a 9am appointment for an oil change and then decided to also change my spark plugs while I was there. I asked for the costs and the lady at the front specifically named Carolina was very unclear with pricing and I ended up paying over $700 for both services on my 2015 Honda Accord which is ridiculous. I was unaware of this pricing before agreeing to the service. As I also mentioned, my appointment was set for 9am and was there for over 3 hours and my car wasn’t even being worked on for the time being. They then proceeded to charge me for hours of labor that were not even performed on my vehicle. There was nobody on site to help me in the situation either and had a sales advisor try to argue with me saying spark plus are not cheap when in reality spark plugs are $9 to $10 each for my Honda Accord, not the $45 each that they charged me for. Service here is definitely overpriced, I changed the spark plugs before on my Honda Accord and bought them for $10 each and got charged $80 dollars to install them it took the mechanic about 20-25 minutes to install all 6 spark plugs cause they were easy to access they’re acting like it’s a bmw they are working on. I’ve never had anywhere else charge me this much.
Unprofessional!! Took the car in at 3pm, supposedly will take 3 hrs. They said they will call when ready. 4 hrs passed, I called and they said they couldnt reach anyone with info about my car. Called the next day after 3 pm, more then 24 hrs later. Same thing, they couldnt reach anyone with info about my car. They called the manager, manager never responded or returned the call.We went in person to see what was happening and all they said is theres your car! Meanwhile there were 3 workers huddled talking about someones cousin while there was a long line. This service is not acceptable! Oh and another thing I didnt mention, the day before and the day of my appointment several people calling from the service center asking if I was interested in selling the car and purchasing a new one. For this they can call right?!
I when there for a car inspection wait there since 3:45 pm and when I check my phone it was like 5:30 I ask the guy what’s taking so long he say I have to wait another hour and half for inspection they really offer poor service to the community in the way that they’re not professional I and up going to a different place that it took them 15 minutes for a inspection.
There should be an option to give 0 stars. I had my car dropped off on Tuesday for oil change and another minor thing. Its already Saturday, and finally I got someone to give me an answer to the status of my car and is because I kept calling several times every day. They also promised me they were going to deliver my car to my address at 930am. And is already 12pm and nothing. The worst service and experience you can ever imagine.
I will say I like my experience with this dealership compare to other Honda dearlership I’ve used if this was two weeks ago this review would of been 1-2 stars but I will say Robert the service Center manager personally called me and fixed the issue I’m thankful for everyone that helped me today I came in for a recall on my gas tank I do recommend being your car early and if you don’t have nothing to do and make it clear when u will need it by before leaving so you can be on the same page thank you paragon
SERVICE IS NOT SO GREAT/ STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!. IVE HAD TO MAKE 7 visits within the span of 2 weeks for the same problem I was told that they fixed on the first visit. I come in for a oil change and kept being up sold on other repairs or issue. The advisor didn’t even check of my services was covered under the care coverage that I have. Which it was. Service used to be much better. I RECOMMEND QUESTION EVERYTHING AND EVERY-CHARGE. they do horrible job of keeping notes on previous visits,services and repairs. I will attempt to make you pay for things you don’t need. They only care about getting your money. This place got me out of character and I had to raise my voice In order to be treated like a human being. SAD EXPERIENCEsome of the employees there are very helpful but not enough where it makes a difference there.I DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR FUTURE VISITS
Terrible experience.I signed up for the pickup and delivery service for an oil change. They picked up my car at 3pm and got a notice that my car was checked in at 4pm. After that, I get no notice of anything for 4 hours. I decide to be proactive and try to call to see the status of my vehicle. I was put on hold for an hour and change and when someone did pick up, they said no one is at the service dept and have no answer for me.Fast forward to 845pm, Honda service contact me and said that they cant bring back my car until 11am the next day at the minimum. I had work the next day so I literally had to go to the service center at 9pm in a storm when I only have 1 car that was in the shop.I get to the shop and no representatives want to help me. I ask one or two in passing, to which they say, hold on and walk into the garage area and dont come out. When I manage to flag one down, he gives me attitude saying that he was the person that was on the phone with me and gave me the receipt for my vehicle.Cut to the next day where 3 Honda service representatives call me because I accidentally click that I wanted my car appraised and they wanted to follow up on that. I ask for a managers name, number, or email address and the representatives say they cant give that out but theyll let the manager know to contact me the same day. They did not contact me until the day after only after someone from Honda headquarters called to ask for a review to which they sent some sort of inquiry to their service manager to call me that day.When the manager contacted me, all they did was apologize and give me $100 credit for me picking up my own damn car that I had to spend money on.Would never go back here for anything and will probably never buy/lease from here ever again even though my family and I have been loyal Honda owners for decades.
I own a 2016 Honda Accord ex and came in to get my brakes and rotors replaced at this location and I have to say they did a amazing job. Staff is great professional did not have to even wait long for my car to be done very clean environment. Staff is friendly. I would definitely like to thank Mike Garcia , Zaira Morel , Alex Gross on they excellent customer support they made sure to communicate with me and update me on my car and explain step by step process and what to expect. Overall excellent experience would definitely recommend this location would definitely go back to get my car service here ! love the experience thank you guys !
The repairs always go smooth. Unlike many other dealerships who try to push unnecessary services, Paragon does what is needed. They are honest and dependable.Anthony Petito is amazing. He treats your vehicle like it is his. He really cares. He makes sure the customer service experience is the best possible. He has assembled a great team.Carolina in Customer Service was extremely helpful She scheduled everything for my visit and made a follow up call the next day to see that everything was good.I will continue to buy Hondas and have Paragon service them. I currently have 2 vehicles and the experiences at Paragon has always been world class. I have a relationship with the Dealership for over 30 years. The Service Department has gained my trust.
I brought my older Honda in for an annual inspection. I originally made an appointment on the phone with the receptionist for 10am, because that’s the time I had available. The subsequent text messages I received confirmed my appointment for 4:15pm, which I could not make. When I called to correct this they told me they were fully booked until the following week, at which point my inspection would have been expired......Eventually one of the reps I called re-scheduled me to 8am the same day, which was better than nothing. I arrived at 7:45am. Somehow while waiting almost 6 hours for an inspection and oil change, three separate sales reps from Paragon called me to offer me ‘better than market value’ price for my car towards a new vehicle purchase. I was like “thanks but I barely want my current car as it is.” Two of the reps literally called me at the same time, while the third one called me a half hour later.Let me not forget to mention that after about two and a half hours, my service rep called me over to discuss the ‘needed’ $3000+ of repairs that I’d need. Having just shelled out for taxes and the fact that I don’t use this car for much, I passed on most of the fixes, with the exception of one $560 repair. That repair, plus an airbag recall plus an oil change and inspection took six hours of my time. I really hope to not own this car next year.The experience was salvaged by the nice lady who helped me get the hell out of Paragon at the end of my ordeal when my service rep wasn’t to be found. She was very professional and had a nice demeanor, so I appreciated that. I am hoping not to experience anything weird with my car post-inspection, because I don’t want to have to spend another day here as I just did.Next time I will definitely take them up on their free drop-off and delivery service
Paragon Honda Service is so corrupt that it’s genius.Sales sitting within the Service Center should raise an eyebrow. While youre waiting and thinking that they are servicing your vehicle, theyre in the garage thoroughly checking it out. Their objective is to arm their sales people with info so they can get you out of your car.I compare this to the casino knowing your cards before you play them. By flipping the transactions and baiting you into selling first, your options are to buy another car or public transport. I’d bet they’ll rip your head off when you sell, then get the remaining pieces when you buy another.Buying a car is never fun. It only gets worse if you agree to sell yours first. There’s more business psychology at play here. The Paragon construct is genius. Their deals are never in your best interest and this is another reason for not trusting the Service Center.
I had an appt at 5pm, I did not mind the waiting time but I did get upset the way an employee at this center talked to me. I asked if he could find out for me how much longer was the wait...already waited 2 hrs, with an attitude did you get a text message telling you about your car? I said if I got a text message I would not have asked you, he then said well, when you come for car service here you wait 3 to 4 hours. I thanked him for his kindness. After 2 more hrs of waiting I approached someone else Mike Garcia, very helpful, explained in detail what my car needed, within 10 min I was able to take my car. At 5:08am got a text from paragonParagon Honda: Your vehicle is finished and is ready to be picked up.
Me or my all friends, they are not like to buy any car from honda. Because they want to charge (from paragon service center) 159$ just for diagnosis. Why they have too much attitude, they never got any professional employee all are some rude island people they dont know how to talk with customers. They can grow their business by talking nicely to the customers. Please dont call me to remove my review and offer for free oil change. Please please please hire someone who can talk nicely with customers.
My car was stop while running. I went there for find out the problem. First of all they told me there is nothing problem in your car. After 2 days I got same problem & again I went there and they told me that, your high pressure fuel pump is not working , and they replaced new one. I was happy at least find the problem. Suddenly after 3 days again same problem. They already charged me $2758 for fixed car. I was so mad. After they told me your battery is bad they charge me again $260.60 . After 2 days again same problem OMG. I am totally mad & not satisfied . Paragon Honda service center is like a learning center for them. If you are Uber or Lyft driver don’t go there. They hold your car 2/3 days & they charge lot of money.
I used the pick up service for an oil change that I pay for monthly. Mind you this is after I made an appointment weeks in advance for the night prior only to be told my appointment does not matter. So I opted for the pick up service. They took my car at 10am ..it’s been over 10 hrs and have not received an update. I tried calling and the phone goes straight to voicemail. I have been stranded all day. I was told that I will receive my car before 8pm and it’s almost 10pm and no one have provided an update. This is atrocious customer service.
I had an appointment for an inspection and fuel pump recall. When I checked in, I was told it would take 3 hours, which seemed like a lot. After 3 hours, I was told it still wasnt finished and would take another 40 minutes, at least. It wound up taking 5 hours from start to finish. This is not the first time I have been here, and the wait is always quite long for the service being performed. Perhaps scheduling less appointments would increase customer satisfaction.
I took my car a 2019 Honda Odyssey because the check engine light came on l still had a warranty but they told me that the warranty did not cover it so they charged me 1813.49 after a week the light came back on and they charged me 930.88 again I feel robbed but I will put a complaint in matter to the consumer
My fiancé and I have been looking at different vehicles for sale from private to dealerships for months, and this place had the best prices. Wendy was the one who helped us find a vehicle that best fit our needs and budget. She was so patient with us in showing us different models over a couple of days. She stayed past closing and never made us feel rushed. Once we found a car that we were ready to purchase, she made the process very easy and had everything ready for us after the paperwork. It’s hard to find someone in car sales that is truthful and patient and I’m just glad that we got a reliable car for an amazing deal.
The worse place to go for your car I made a appointment 2 weeks ago for pilot recall they asked me if want to wait it gonna take about 3 to 4 hours I said ok I wait 4 hours passed my pilot still two block park not even in the shop 4 hours after because they busy but why they taking all this drive in without appointments I asked to see the manager Mike Garcia they told me he out for lunch never show his face I asked to get my car key I’m leaving he knows he didn’t do anything to help me out the only thing I heard from the valet parking you next so that means 4 hours waste plus who know how much more they gonna take for a oil change and the hood latch recall that was very low from PARAGON HONDA.
Over 3 hours for an oil change. Had an appointment but tons of cars there...Hate it !!My Honda just needed service. I drove all the way to Valley Stream Honda to avoid the wait. Good move. Dont want to live in the waiting room. People were actually sleeping in there waiting for there car not me. Screw me once and I learn. Plenty of places want my money. My time is valuable. My sister purchased her new 2018 Accord here.The car has no GPS and no Satellite radio. I asked her why. She said the salesmen said it was not available that year... Thats untrue the car has the satelite antenna on the roof. She said she got a good price. I wish I was there.They took advantage of a very nice retired school teacher.

I would like to say that never chose them, the service here is extremely poor!My Honda car was sent to here for repair on August 31, 2021. At that time, they told me that it would take two months to fix it. After I waited for a month, I called back and they told me that the car had not been repaired at all, because the money from the insurance company had not arrived. During this period, my car was parked there without any notice to tell me about the insurance problem! I immediately contacted the Progressive, and their claim department paid the claims to a wrong one. But the claim was paid immediately to them then. On November 3, one of the staff in the collision center called me and told me that the car would soon be finished and might be able to pick it up on November 12. So I went to the collision center but couldnt find my car. They told me that my car was still in body shop, it was being painted. The most infuriating thing is you can not find anyone to tell you the progress. The phone usually nobody answered or only tell you they will call back to me, but no matter how long you waited, no one answered your call. Till November 19th, Thanksgiving Day coming and I really need my car, I tried to contact them again, but the phone was always unanswered and the voice message was not replied, too. There was no further information after the customer service asked me to leave my contact information. On November 29th, still no one answers the phone, then I called the customer service to ask the phone number of body shop and she said that she didnt know and could only transfer the phone, but there was no answer after the call was transferred.Today is November 30th, 3 months passed, but I still don’t know when I can pick my car back! Maybe the phone is just a device to them.I will never choose such an irresponsible company again!Till 1/14/2022, my car still not be finished fixing yet. Almost half year! I think the way they do their business is procrastinate and making excuses.This is ridiculous!!!
I had very bad experience long wait and they dont do what we need one time I took my car to fix the tired I was waiting like 6 hours and I was paying insurance for the tired.the person who took care of me that day was very rude he yelled at me I was about to cry 😢 when I told him dont fix the tired before the insurance aprove but he fixed with out the insurance authorization I asked him why he did and he told me the office is closed they close at 5 pm but the insurance is going to reimburse the money when I called the insurance they told me they are not paying they suppose to aprove first and I find out that the Insurance office close at 8pm so this guy was lyingand I had to go aggain to the dealer to wait again they can reimburse the money.The second time I took my car to oil change and check because there was a light on I was waiting almost 6 hours I talked to the manager like tree times he told me what do you me to do if oil change take long time and I find out that they didnt find my car so when they finally found my car they didnt do the oil change and I took with out the oil change from that day I didnt want to go back but I had to go because there was battery problem. But this time the service was better but still after I return my car I am not going back because I had too many bad experience they have to hire Profesional employees especially the man ager because they dont know how to deal with situations with customer
Once again it was such a great experience. Mr. Mike was exceptional in all matters, from greeting till all the way to the end. It was a little busy and I had to wait but mean time Mike made it sure that the vehicle is in queue to get the service done and keep the track of the vehicle also keep me informed about the status and wait time. Which is great and I highly appreciated his wonderful dealing with customers and dedication towards his work.
Went in for a flat tire and called the day prior to make an appointment but one wasn’t available. I was advised the wait would take an hour to an hour and a half to only have to wait 3+ hours. There was no follow up and had I not walked around and seen my car just sitting, I would’ve waited even longer. My car was done and I wasn’t advised, until I brought it up. This level of professionalism doesn’t meet any expectation and I will never return to this service center. Highly disappointed.
Kevin Singh handled my service request yesterday (oil change and fuel tank recall) and I was very glad to see him working at his desk when I walked in because I have had the pleasure of having his excellent assistance several times in the past. I have been coming to the service center for over 12 years and will not bring my car anywhere else even though the travel time involves a 90 minute round trip for me and in spite of the fact that I am a busy professional. All of the other Paragon staff members I have previously encountered have also been terrific.Kevin is always very knowledgeable, professional, patient and trustworthy. He immediately greeted me when I walked in and efficiently answered all of my questions regarding the recall. He also gave me his best and honest estimate for when the work would be completed. In the end, my vehicle was ready earlier than he had predicted which was extremely reasonable given the work that had to be completed.I also want to add that this is obviously a very stressful time as many of us currently have major money concerns (a very new experience for me) and are anxious about the transmission of COVID as we hand off our vehicle to someone and enter enclosed spaces with other individuals. So all of this added to the general stress of bringing in a car to get serviced especially since I have many other responsibilities and am driving 45 minutes to this service center because it is the ONLY service center that I trust for the past 12+ years.But all my concerns were immediately mitigated as soon as I arrived 10 minutes before my 11am appointment .Upon driving in, there was no line and a very professional and kind attendant immediately covered my steering wheel in plastic covering before quickly jotting down my info and recording the mileage.Additionally, everyone inside and outside of the service center was wearing a mask fully covering their mouth and nose. Since I am an Epidemiologist, this is extremely important to me. Also, the office was not crowded. Several staff members were working at their desk and it was a sufficient number to immediately welcome each customer upon entry, efficiently process their service requests and move them out of that room such that no one is lingering.I also appreciated the outdoor seating area in the form of a large open-air tent with a fan and a heat lap. They really think of everything. This is where I sat and with no more than 2 or 3 other people at any given time.My experience at the service center could not have been better on all levels.Thank you, Kevin Singh, for your exceptional service once again. Its worth the 90 minute round trip to this service center for this high level of quality service and it is appreciated especially during these stressful times.Stress-free and fair service is extremely important to me and the consistently excellent service I receive at Paragon is a major reason that I will continue to remain a Honda owner.
I had an appointment on 6:45 am for oil change. I have to wait 10 minutes to speak to the representative to leave my car and asked to come back after 2 hours. I got a call after 2 hours saying I need to fix so many things and would cost me $1300 before tax. I have not drive that much and should not have to change all the things they said. I end up paying $1000 for the service I did not have to do. I got my car back at 5:00pm. Even when I go to pick up my car I have to wait 30-45 minutes. People working there are so unprofessional. They keep on calling you to sell your car and all those stuffs but when you are there to pay they ignore you. People working there does not care about your time and they just ignore you. You should avoid this place at any cost. I am not going there any more. I am done with the place. These people in honda are just trying to get your money. They even told me one time it will cost $300 to change my air and cabin filter which is just ridiculous.
Eric Vasquez and the entire service team at paragon Honda are absolutely useless. If you have a rim and tire package you might as well have flushed your money in the toilet. I brought my car here at 9:48am. (I arrived at 9:34am and it took over 15 minutes to be greeted) At 12:27pm Eric Vasquez tells me that if the warranty company does not pay them same day that they can’t do the job because they can’t guaranteed the payment. How is that that my issue? Eric Vasquez then TEXTS me at 4:06pm to tell me that the warranty company does not pay same day AND they don’t have the tire in stock. Very convenient. They did not call the warranty company because I had to do that. WOW. How they won awards for “Customer Service Experience” is a mystery to me.

2022-06-15I bought a car from you guys last year (2021) and the next month I got an issue called “supplemental restraint”. This dealership reseted and didn’t solve the problem and the sign reappeared. Yet again this week the sign reappeared for the second time. Now you guys told me that I ran out of warranty, I need you guys to fix this. This issue could’ve been solved and repaired the first time. It is so appalling to me that now you guys would like to repair it once my warranty is up. I have tried reaching this dealership numerous times. No response and the manger is avoiding my calls. Please respond asap, you guys have all my contact information. Thank you.

2022-03-02When previously coming to the dealer my experience was full of confusion. This time around was much different. I was assisted by the service advisor, Denise here at Paragon Service. She made the experience seamless and comfortable. She explained exactly what was recommended and expressed all alternatives to me. Today, I’m leaving the dealer feeling confident in the maintenance that was done to my car. When you go ask for Denise, you will not be disappointed. She was patient, honest, and extremely helpful.

2022-01-15I had an appointment for 7:15 last night I even arrived 15 mins early to get a simple oil change. TWO HOURS LATER! And still nothing I had my son with me and when asked how much longer the lady told me for a simple oil change it’s taking 3.5 hours. I kept my cool and explained that I have my son I can’t stay here for another 2 hours. She replied she can ask for an update.I don’t understand is there only one mechanic working?!?.After some time she told me there is still 4 cars ahead of me. I gave up I asked her to pull my car.Now I have to find somewhere else to get my oil changed.This doesn’t make any sense for the long wait. I’m really questioning myself about renewing my Honda lease. As much I love Honda cars themselves their service center isn’t worth the headache.The staff itself seems nice but whatever is going on behind those garage doors is another story for such a busy location they need to get more staff or something.

2022-02-17We bought our Honda Odyssey from this dealership and have subsequently returned to the service center for all maintenance and repairs. Most recently we brought our minivan in for an issue with the sliding door not opening and closing properly. The service we received was poor to criminally negligent. First, the service center was not willing to believe there was an issue because they could not identify it and the error message was not on at the time the car was brought in. Second, they kept the car for over 1 week, never returned any of our numerous phone calls about getting a loaner, and pretended to be surprised that we asked if they were able to determine what the problem was with the door. Third, they finally returned the car to us with a bill of nearly $1000 that included a charge for a repair on the door, yet the sliding door issue continues to occur and has actually gotten worse! So why do I call this shoddy repair job criminally negligent? I usually have at least 3 kids in the car, and the door has OPENED on its own while I have been driving. There has been at least one incident when it wouldnt close until I pulled it shut manually, and even that was difficult to do. Imagine what a HORRIBLE, TRAGIC accident this could have been if the door opened while I was driving on the highway, instead of a local road? I will be contacting Honda directly to let them know this service center clearly does absolutely nothing to fix the underlying issue with the sliding door. It is evident they only reset the error message at the time of the repair since during our initial discussion on the matter they refused to acknowledge the car had a problem.If you are considering this business and actually care about the safety of the people who will be riding in your car, do yourself a favor and dont bring your car to these people. They will rip you off and not fix the problem.

2022-06-13In May, I took my car to their company to repair the problem of water leakage. After checking, they said that the water pipe was blocked and had been dredged. But Ive been told my car before they have hydrophobic through pipes, so many times but still leaking. As soon as I get to rainy day in June and I take my car to Honda again to repair leaking problem, after 2 days, Monday, a customer service phone told me, the mechanic need to open the roof to check, to find out what cause of the car is leaking, the cost of the open roof need $477, Other car‘s part and fees are extra.What?to find out the problem need to cost 477$!Why not do it in the begging? I decided not to repair my car at Honda. When I took my car back, they did not put the removed parts back to the original position, wasting my time and money and doubting their professionalism.

2022-06-12Brian Benstock , BAD SERVICE!!!! every time I take my car there I stay there for hours this is my second time using the pick up service last year they picked up my car at 8 am and gave me car back at 4 pm yesterday I gave them my car at 7:20 and until today Sunday I’m getting my car back and I lost a day at work. On top of that they used my car the gas is low I sent it with full gas and someone was eating in my car so now it’s dirty. I will NEVER USE THIS service again. Don’t use them eso their you will get a headache and Mike the manager didn’t even apologize or help at all. Zero starts

Times are tough with staffing I get it but thats a very long time for an appointment...Ahmad as an advisor was nice and patient as was the tech Gabriel who helped tell me what sound was coming from my brakes and how I didnt need to worry yet. So nice guys. Yet thats coupled with a Salesperson calling me in 2 minutes of coming in for servicing wanting me to come into the office and offer to buy my vehicle. This is my first time in person for servicing - what a turnoff to try to be sold literally that fast. I came in to service my vehicle, not sell it. Thats terrible customer relationship management and sales, and I should know, because I work in Sales for a Customer Experience Management company.And while everything I really wanted was done, now I have a BILLING OVERCHARGE I realized when I got home (+50 out of thin air that doesnt line up with the line items) and my call has been picked up, put on hold, and dropped. And now I cant get through to any lines.Really was trying to be understanding with the times but this really sends me over the edge. For a 15 year Honda owner, really feels like you dont care. Wanted to come be a regular at this dealership and service center...How can I do that when my time is wasted and Im overcharged?

2022-02-09One of the worst experience I have ever had with the car service. First of all, they don’t answer phone calls. I have tried calling them so many times, if they answer your call, they hung up on your right away. I brought my car in because I was seeing the brake lights on/cruise control light on/ and all other stuff. I told them it’s an emergency and if they can give me the car back by 5pm. Well they agreed, but they went me a $800 bill. For what? For replying the tail light and the labor?They charged me $450 for the labor to install a new taillight. This is pure scamming and just a way of looting people. When I got a message that shows what services are required, it didn’t say anywhere that my tail light is broken or I am paying 450$ for labor. I did give them the consent to work on it, Bcs as I said I was in a rush and I needed the car. I called the service advisor to talk about the money, but again, they don’t answer your calls. I spoke to the service advisor and he didn’t know anything. Like what are you doing as an advisor if you don’t know what your team is doing?Worst experience, never working with Honda after this!

With out his help and concern to better assist me, I wouldnt be as happy and satisfied as I am now. I had a worry for 3 weeks about my car and now, I have non at all with just one call from Robert. THANK YOU. FOR YOUR GREAT SERVICE ROBERT! Because of you and only you I will recommend this service center to friends and family. ❤️

2022-05-28It was a good experience overall on my first visit. The best thing is they are open 24 hours from Tuesday to Friday, because it’s easier to come after work at night time when all the service center are closed. Even the night shift staff members are also really nice and polite. Waiting time was also short. Definitely will come back again.
