This company is a gem! The services they are providing to the Elderly is convenient, fast, and secure. They met my husband and I at our Retirement residence. They provide mobile services, for folks that cannot physically get something notarized or do not have access to a vehicle. I have used their services three times for different matters, each person that was sent was professional, sweet, and patient. I cannot thank you ladies enough. What you are doing is so important for the Community and I just thank you so much for all your help.

Love Love the friendly service I received. About a month ago I went in to do fingerprinting which went by fast, had some questions that were answered and explained in depth. In addition, went in the other day because I needed something printed and scanned. Could not find anything open due to Pandemic so I went to Paralegals FTC and even though it was a small service they still took time to help me which I was very grateful for. Highly recommend them for their great hospitality and service !

They helped me with removing conditions on my Green Card. Before them, I called many attorneys who were charging me an arm and a leg. Who has thousands of dollars just laying around.... I didnt.The Paralegals are affordable, accept payment plans and are super efficient. One thing I can say that was my favorite thing, was how sincere and how they explain things. I never had to wonder what was being done as I was constantly either receiving a phone call or a text message from them. The Paralegals assisted me with a Uncontested Divorce. It took about 6 months for everything to be processed and finalized. They always kept me in the loop with constant updates in writing, phone or text messages. They made this process very easy. It was a amazing experience interning with these ladies in the fall of 2019 to obtain paralegal/administrative experiences with their firm. I was able to obtain knowledge of personal injury, divorce and immigration. It was great learning experience to be able to apply it in the real world. Definitely will recommended students to intern with these ladies !!!
I found the girls on google as I was searching for a uncontested divorce. I started doing research and found I actually didnt need an attorney for this. I saw they had great reviews and had been featured in several articles, so I decided to do it with them. They were very straight forward and told me approximately how long it would take and that it really depended on the court and how many divorces they were currently processing. Def very happy how things turned out.
Hired the Paralegals to assist me with removing a tenant from my property. I needed guidance and they assisted me with drafting a Holdover Petition and as far as serving my tenant. They are very knowledgeable about L&T proceedings and professional. I had a court appearance and my Holdover was granted. I am very happy with the outcome and will certainly use them for other legal services. I recommend them 100 percent.

Exactly one year ago I wrote the following review for this establishment. These outstanding women continues to go above and beyond to assist the community and stay true to the name of the business. Now that a year has passed, I am still proud to say all that I did before and even more so now since they have been doing all they can to assist those impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. Kudos to these wonderful women of color that go above and beyond to assist anyone who needs their assistance.I interned for Paralegals for the Community during Spring 2019 and will continue for the Summer, I love the working environment because the partners treat you like family. I have gained vast knowledge on how to communicate with the public in general and not just potential clients. They also do events for the social upliftment of the surrounding communities. It makes me proud to be a part of this organization because I have seen firsthand how dedicated these women are to this community, which is also my community because I live in this neighborhood. I am honored and grateful to be granted this experience.
Phenomenal experience when I went to the Paralegalls for the community office. First, I’d like to say I love how easy the office was to locate since the building is right by next to the train and their office is right near the elevators. Then, the lady I believe her name was Swannie were so pleasantly welcoming. But things get better I was only paid $2 to notarized my letter while receiving great information. I’m so happy to have came a cross this wonderful all woman owned company.
PFTC is an excellent, accessible resource for a wide variety of legal needs. Whether its a divorce, a vital record that needs to be translated, a document that needs to be notarized, taxes or immigration related affairs, they will assist you with due diligence, efficiency and kindness. As a plus, they’re able to do all of this in Spanish as well! I’m proud to say they are also a wonderful employer, having interned with them for a little over a year now.
I was at my wits end. The volunteer lawyers from different agencies that are supposed to help DV survivors all somehow left me even more confused and no process had begun. I was confused, annoyed and going in circles. It wasn’t until I saw a van on 125th street and briefly discussed my needs with them.I then saved up and came here then the actual progress began. They were very helpful and attentive and if anything was incorrect or I received notices from the court regarding insufficient papers or the like the corrections were made. They made me feel safe and accounted for, not like some reject loser asking for a hand out which is how i felt every time I’d leave one of those volunteer lawyers i mentioned eaeier. Eternally grateful for Rachel helping me complete the divorce process.
The customer service was beyond excellent. I was confronted with a welcoming approach and felt open to ask questions. I would highly recommend booking appointments here in the future and legal services.

I was coming from a workforce on 3rd avenue and was given a flyer. I needed assistance with rebuilding my resume and cover letter. I work on 149th St and while at lunch noticed their banner outside. I had been looking to have some documents translated so I went upstairs and inquired. The girls were very welcoming and superbeat. They said the documents would be ready within 24 hours but ended up calling me same day to pick it up. I would certainly use them again. Super efficient and professional.

2022-02-11This office is truly amazing! Their customer service is the best! Once I walked in I was greeted within seconds. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I needed help with some legal documents and one of the sisters assisted me with open arms. She was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.
