I have been a customer for over 15 years.... I believe my skin looks the way it does because of the Dr and facials I get quarterly. I am always getting comments on how young I look. Would never go anywhere else... They treat you for your needs and they never just push treatments or products on you that you do not need. Everything is customized for you!
I have had a great experience at this spa. they are very professional, the equipment and treatment rooms are state of the art, and there is no hard sell. They are very knowledgable and work with you and your budget. Highly recommended.
I wish I could have called this my go-to place in Westchester County, as it does get tiresome having to rely on doctors in NYC. However, several factors at play have left me with a bad taste in my mouth:1. The wait time to be seen is upwards of one hour or more. Be prepared to see a lot of shuffling past you with very little acknowledgement. I literally thought they forgot I was there.2. They lack a lot of modern treatments & techniques. Vi Peel? Nope. Laser Genesis? Nah. Clear & Brilliant? No way. Pan-facial/ Baby Botox treatment? Theyve never heard of it. Yikes.3. Dr. Tchelebi can be heavy handed. 5 months post Botox, despite asking for a very subtle treatment, I have a raised bump on my forehead indicative of too many units used in the area with no sign of moving.4. Their cancellation policy is a well guarded secret. For every appointment you miss, they will charge your credit card $150. Not once was this explained to me in person, via text, or email! If youre going to charge such a hefty fee, its just poor business practice to not engage the customer in any dialogue whatsoever about it. I feel completely taken advantage of.5. This place has the price tag of a Park Avenue business alright, but very little to back it up. I came here initially on the eve of my 35th bday, interested in a whole range of treatments to liven up my rather tired mug. I expected to be given a game plan, with pricing for the various things I could benefit from over time. Thats what most places will do upon your first consultation. And thats how they keep customers coming back. Instead, I was told I needed a facial rather dismissively, and was given one akin to the ones I give myself at home with the same Skinceuticals products, but for the price of $250,not including gratuity. I was also then offered laser hair removal on my very Asian, very hairless face, 🤦🏻♀️. Theres just a complete lack of intuition in delivering what women are looking for I have to say.So disappointed all around. Take it from a very well researched person to proceed with caution ladies!RESPONSE TO OWNER:The tone of your response is just further evidence with how out of touch you are with what’s actually going on.I did not make an appointment “for Botox,” though I was intending to ask about the raised bump. I had made an appointment in response to a “fillers special” you had. That’s documented over a text exchange with Deirdre.Secondly, defensively pointing out that you have Vi peels doesn’t amount to much when I listed a few other services you lack. I can name more if you like. But what’s more, it not so much what you have available as the lack of technique and “game plan” as I had mentioned. It’s news to me that you generally “type out” a list of services recommended with pricing. Have you found mine? Because I certainly never received one. Nor was ever offered one. Nor was ever directly asked about my concerns. Nor were photographs taken.As far as the facial- it was averagely fine. But my entire point is that it wasn’t fitting with addressing the concerns I was actually looking to address as part of a long term plan, & with much intention of many returns to achieve my goals. That was just lost on everyone I guess. Similarly my point about hair removal on a my fairly hairless face. Again, just not addressing the concerns I had- which were hyperpigmentation, acne scars, and preventative Botox.I never was told about the cancellation policy. And I wrote this review as a constructive criticism to address better communicating that to your future clients. I never disputed your charge. But I didn’t appreciate it because it wasn’t clear. Instead of implying that I’m trying to somehow sabotage your business, why don’t you just take the valuable pointers. Make a game plan with your new clients. Make them feel like there’s a long term plan. And just be clearer about your cancellation policy. Seriously. Not hard.
I go there for my facials, fillers etc. ,photofacials and more.Dr. Tchelibi is a perfectionist She is an expert on so many procedures.Angela is a dream for facials.Very friendly staff and very relaxing atmosphere;.5 stars all the way!
After doing my research I came across Dr.Tchelebi.. I decided to have my PRP treatments done at Park Ave medical spa and I’m so happy I did. Dr.Tchelebi put my at ease about my procedure .. explained in full detail what to expect before and after and how many treatments I will need to see results. Her technique is impeccable (Injections were as quick as possible) I’m at treatment number 4 now (after once a month injections) and my hair is really changing .. it’s stronger, growing faster, filling in on my temple areas a bit.. and as the doctor told me this may take a few more months to see full results.. but I can see in feel a huge difference already. I have frequented numerous upscale dermatologist and plastic surgeons in Manhattan ..Iv had Botox, lip injections, filler etc and I will now travel to Armonk to Dr. Tchelebi for all my esthetic needs.. the entire office staff from reception to doctors assistants are so friendly helpful and respectful..I would highly recommended Dr.Tchelebi, you will be in great hands.
I had threading done by the dr. I thought that she was experienced. I developed an infection, had to see a plastic surgeon and ultimately the threading came out. I went back she did another threading it also got infected. It had nothing to do with my reaction to it. I have had it before done elsewhere with no ill effects. She just went too deep and does not have that much experience. She doesnt even mark the area where it should be done as other professionals do.
Dr Chelibi is the best for filler--Juvederm,. Sculptural, etc. and Botox. She.has an eye for what looks good. She is a Pro. Great service, care and follow up.
Park Avenue is the best, love the staff there and the spa is so fresh and clean. Makes you feel good walking through. Always accommodating with life’s busy schedules.
These ladies did a consult for me while I was breastfeeding and didn’t try to just push anything on me to make money . They also helped me to purchase a gift for someone and went above and beyond to help💛
Maria S is an outstanding medical esthetician! The staff are very efficient and welcoming.
I have never had a better facial in my life!

2021-02-28Park Avenue Medical Spa is extraordinary. Dr. Tchelebi is extremely knowledgeable, a consummate professional, kind, caring and attentive. She follows up frequently, is always available for any questions, and my friends and I have had unprecedented care from her for many years. Her team is equally delightful, professional and knowledgeable. The fees are entirely fair for the extraordinary care received. I would recommend Park Avenue Medical spa to everyone! Five stars all the way!

2021-10-01PARK AVENUE Nothing about this place is Park Avenue quality. I worked and visited many great medical spas/plastic surgeons in NYC.Pretty place, ample parking but inconsistent information from staff and physician. Doesnt feel like an organized business. The doctor appears to strong arm the workers to push for sales. They really dont have a true passion for skin care or your concerns, the bottom line for this place is the $$$ at whatever cost.Advise to you owner, be honest to your customers and they would likely spend $$$ and be a returning customer. This is the key to a successful business, especially in the very competitive market of spas.I count my losses, results from botox was not effective, filler, was terribly placed, bumps are noticable in natural lighting an indicator of improperly injected. BTW, the physician rushed the injectables, scary when I think of it.I will not recommend nor return to this place.

2021-02-28I am a fairly new client of the spa and will continue to be one for many years to come. The kindness, professionalism and knowledge of the staff were above expectations. The treatments were with a gentle hand and in a serene setting. I recommend this spa without reservation and the feeling I have when I leave is priceless. Walk in and STRUT out! I feel gorgeous! The professional make up was amazing. Thanks Park AVenue Medical Spa!I stand by my review 3 years ago. I was there again recently and was very happy for the reasons listed above. The safety measures they have put in place for COVID were comforting. The treatments available are of the most up to date, the staff is very knowledgeable and professional. I never wait to be seen and the best part is the compliments I receive from strangers on how shocked they are when they hear my age! That is priceless! Thank you to the staff at Park Ave Medical Spa- Corrina and Dr. Tchelebi are the best at what they do! The prices are fair and experience is 5 star- I travel from NYC because it’s that special here

2018-03-19Ive gotten a facial with Carina and it was such a relaxing experience. I saw an immediate difference in my face. My pores arent clogged anymore and a few blemishes I had have disappeared.The place is very cozy and lighting is dimmed. They all genuinely want you to get the best possible results with what ever you arent happy about and wont do any extra treatments on you if they think you dont need it, where in other places I’ve been to have wanted to talk me into doing more then what I needed.They also do a lot of other treatments that I am excited to try. In all I am very happy with the service and highly recommend !!

2019-12-12After getting reliable advice, I made an appointment for Botox ; treatment I have had many times in NYC. I met with the doctor for less than 2 minutes and she did injections .She then passed me off to an esthetician who tried to sell me an $800 treatment .The service was so impersonal. The price was much less than I’m used to , but I would never go back . When I got an email for promotions, I asked to not get more because of my experience . I got an “I’m sorry” and that’s it.Very disappointed. I guess you get what you pay for .

2021-03-20Been coming here for years for eyebrow shaping with Corina. The spa is very clean, and the staff are very nice and personable. Corina is an expert with eyebrows. Well worth the money.

2018-02-16Ive been using Angela for 10 years now, and I consider Park Ave Med Spa to be the best day spa. She is a super talented Aesthetician, who understand her clients skin and guides you in the right direction. You would be hard pressed to find a better spa and a better facial!!

2018-01-09Consistently great! I go frequently for facials and massage therapy. I bring my teenage son for teen facials too. They never dissapoint. Recently, I tried a new massage therapist there named Latoya. She was remarkably good! I booked another appointment with her instantly. Even the administrative staff are amazing....all of them. I highly recommend PAMS!

2018-01-09I just had my first facial with Angela. Such a pleasant experience!!!! She was awesome!!! Can’t stress that enough. I highly recommend. Aside from being completely and totally relaxed, my skin felt AMAZING! Very informative and a pleasure!
