Great, thoughtful, proactive service. I called for a pool closing and mentioned Id schedule it for a few weeks since Id been fighting algae all season... instead of just saying yes and getting it on the books, they helped me get the pool clear and healthy and then closed it in short order. Knowledgeable, professional, thoughtful, and friendly - theyve made me a lifelong customer.

Park Pools is the best pool service place Ive encountered. Pauline is wonderful. Pauline has fixed me up on more than one occasion. She knows how to get your water crystal clear, and does not sell you what you dont need. I love this place.

I love Park Pools, bring them a sample of water from your pool/hot tub and they will test it. After they test water they give you all chemicals to get your water safe for swimming. All of this and I dont even get out of my vehicle!

Park pool provides the best pool service,by far ,in this area. They are extremely knowledgeable and never sell you what you don’t need. Pauline and Don have been in this business for something like 35 years or more and can answer any problem you may encounter with your pool.

You go in here with a water sample and she tells you how she is going to fix your pool no problem. She reads off to a worker all the big bags (unpriced bags) that you need then just gives you a final total as the worker is standing by the door ready to load your stuff into the car. I had no idea what I was buying at the time as this is my first season with a pool. I went home and compared prices on internet. She charged 150$ for items that should have been about 80$. 😣 this place maybe alright if you know what your doing but if looking for fair and transparent pricing beware.

Went in to the store in September to get a new liner installed, I had all the measurements and I was told it would be 3300 plus tax. I was told they would install the liner the end of October. I told them I was concerned with winter around the corner having it installed so late. I put a 1200 dollar deposit and went on my way. The middle of October they called and told me it would be an additional 7 or 8 hundred dollars because they didnt realize it had the other set of stairs. They never returned my calls throughout the whole process. I gave them the ok because I wanted the pool liner installed before the snow came. They ended up coming out the end of November after we had already had a bunch of snow and installed the liner closed up the pool and we never saw it completed I gave them more money at this time. They drained my pool twice in the processes and flooded the back part of my yard which caused erosion from under my concrete deck around my pool. I still have no idea if they completed the work because my pool is still covered for the winter and no one will return my calls. Poor communication, had we been able to get our calls returned in the beginning we would have asked for our money back and had another company install our liner.

Park Pools is a full service dealer with an incredable staff. It is refreshing to deal with capable people who want to help you. If you have a difficult problem and Pauleen doesnt have the answer (which very seldom happens), she will find the answer and solve the problem. For my pool needs, I dont go anywhere else.

As first time owners of an in-ground pool the people at Park pools have been wonderful at answer questions and helping us learn. They dont always try to sell us something or make money. . Great family business!

Every time I go there I walk out with the chemicals I need to clear my pool and just last week went in for a 10 year old pump part/seal and they had the seal . very friendly and extremely knowledgeable.
