Went there today. A woman was outside smoking. I went to open the door and she demanded, Can I help you? What do you need? (Yes I had a mask on) I had a list and I was confused....I said I needed some things inside. She wanted to know the exact items I wanted. I said, Do you work here? (We are still outside the store, mind you.) Well I wouldnt be standing here if I didnt, she snapped. She didnt have any identifying shirt or nametag to indicate she was a worker. I named a couple of things, still confused and said, Why cant I go inside and look? She says Well, youre just going to ask me anyway. WHAT?!?!?! Who is this person? I should have torn her a new one and walked away but I went inside and the man in the back was lovely and I asked where the manager was and he said there was none. He helped me, and I bought some items and left. Girl with a lot of earrings in her ears, maybe late 20s....This is not the way to present Parker Hardware to a customer! Never in my life. Whomever this woman is, either should stop doing drugs, or learn how to speak to people! Never in my life! Id love to know who the owner is. The world is so full of crazy people. So sad. Im no longer a customer.

Local neighborhood hardware store. Very handy. Due to covid 19 they only allow 1 person in the store at a time. Kinda crazy I know but the woman working there was efficient and quick. They have most things you need and fair prices. Great experience.

I purchased a 3/8 Metabo electric drill on friday which did not come with a bix or key tryed to return it monday and was told that there are no returns on tools for even store credit,they are losing a giid customer i buy all my flooring products there i will never do business with shady store again

I bought some plumbing parts, soon I had to return the parts. the staff of this store said he refunded the cost to me, but he lied. They did not cancel the buying. I paid the price of the parts with my credit card, they had to cancel. but they did not. I returned all of those parts, but they cheated me, and charged me from my card. Its very regrettable in my neighborhood store.goods are not enough too.

Wow. Terrible service. Theyd rather tell you they dont have a tool or item and let you leave without making a purchase than taking one minute to understand English and help out customers. Rude and terrible service. Place is good if youre in NEED- desperate need of something. Otherwise, very bad experience.

It a good place to find New and old items people are kind and helpful, expect the lady at the front nasty disposition, other than that great I would shop there again
