$80 for van and its early bird special! Price on a board is $16. Managers Explanation: regular car $16,Suv 40,van $80. I ask him where it said $80, he couldnt find it.It Must take 4 spots :) thankfully I got a spot on a meter for $7. So,if have an option dont park there.
BE AWARE!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES!! I was told I was going to pay $28 for 2 days (48 hours) for staying at the Hampton Inn next door and when my ticket was validated by the Hotel they charged me $56, instead of the $28. They obviously denied the fact that they had told me they were going to charge me $28. Do not leave your car here!! You have been warned!!
Horrible. They lied about charging us $40 for 10 hours. We came back to retrieve the vehicle to be told we needed to pay $55. We overheard the couple before us arguing with them about the same thing. One of the employees started arguing with us telling us to call the cops if were unhappy about the prices. Never again.
Got such great help from the guys there and its secure driving in NY for the first time.
I parked here yesterday evening Dec 29th; 9:30pm, the attendant was one of the rudest persons I’ve ever encountered at a parking garage. The attendant told me to remove my car when I gave him a card as my key (Teslas don’t use actual keys) after explaining how it worked he agreed to let me park, not before asking where my heritage was (in effort to judge me). Upon paying he threw the receipt at me as if I did something wrong. Don’t park here if you value yourself and want to be treated with respect.
Good place to park when visiting this area and or South Street Seaport. Pay before you go and save $$$$$
When we drop the cat we was told by Antony that the price would be 20$ and when we went to pick it up other employees charge up 50$Scam! I don’t recommend
Good afternoon,I Parked my 2017 Dodge Durango in your company lot located at 294 pearl street, NYNY. The sign you have posted on the street indicate parking before 10 am is $17, but when the attendant came to my care he informed me that to park my car was $35. I asked him where on any sign located on the lot stated plus size vehicle will be charged $35, he cold not find one. I allowed the attendant to park my car because I was in a rush, but I do know NYC Law dictate NYC Parking Garages must display fees. I will be filing a complaint with the Civil Complaint Review Board and with NYC DOI, because your company is cheating people out of money. Thank you.
Great and very friendly staffs. But keep in mind once you get the car you have only a minute to get out of the lot.
Not well organised. Some of the pot holes can bottom out an overage sedan. Coordination with nearby hotel is lacking. I know finding parking in Manhattan is hard but I would not recommend.
Great ideal parking spot. Early bird only paid $20 for 12hrs. Attendants very helpful and quick with retrieving cars.

2022-03-23Stayed at hotel next to lot, picked up car drove home to CT. Found several deep scratches in back of car! They must have known that they back into something. Check your car before you drive away.

2021-10-19If you need a parking spot near Seaport this one is great. Go online and reserve spot at great discount. Not sure how much longer the prices will hold but at this time due to Covid the lots are quite aggressive at pricing to attract customers.As always, be sure to tip the attendants as they are working hard to keep things moving!

2021-11-09Jean is a GEM, give that man a raise ASAP.I made a reservation through a third party in advance of a concert at Pier 17. Upon arrival the entrance was blocked by a lot full sign and the parking attendant (Jean) advised that the lot only had availability for those with monthly passes. However he volunteered information on how to request a refund, recommended several nearby parking alternatives, and graciously offered to stage cars who were willing to wait for the lot to empty. He functioned as an operations manager at the highest capacity. Jean was communicating the above to incoming cars, managing staff, all while directing traffic on Pearl Street (to allow for cars to make U-turns). We waited no more than 5 minutes while several cars exited and he directed us to enter the lot and still managed to make it to the concert early - THANK YOU JEAN!

2021-05-28Great staff, awesome all day parking deal. I hadnt been to LES/FiDi in a while so I was shocked at the price, especially in comparison to other lots. I know by cheap it doesnt mean super low prices but especially compared to other lots, I was glad I found this one.Yes, the lot needs a DESPERATE fix. Those arent potholes theyre sink holes but thats on the owner. FIX IT UP Mr. LAZ.

2021-09-12Reserved and PAID FOR a spot here over a month in advance of a concert I was attending. When I arrived ON TIME the attendant told me the lot was full and to find street parking in lower Manhattan, and to call to get a refund. I ended up almost missing my concert and paying 2x as much at a garage 8 block away. Complete garbage experience, stay away.

2020-12-10We find this parking lot efficient, secure and friendly. We have gotten to know many of the attendants there and they are always helpful. We only use this place when we have to park in that area of Manhattan. It’s a very decent price compared to other places.

2019-10-27The pavement is way too old and uneven, we scratched the front bumper right when we got to the lot.They have sign with fake advertisement which has very tiny grade below that tax is not included and you can’t see this sign.The valet guy was rude and instead of answering my question he came at me like “did you read the ALL sign” ?No I didn’t because you can not see anything on the bottom you a**hole!Very bad service , very bad parking. They don’t care about your car also

2018-03-08The service was good getting in and out was fast but 2.5 hrs cost almost 40$ and they no longer accept the best parking app coupon which used to reduce up to 6 hrs of parking to 25$. A quick tip right outside the lot is a row of munimeter parking that is 7.50$ for two hrs if you can find a space just be careful the parking cops are swarming like vultures there ready to give 125$ tickets so the lot may be a better bet.

2021-08-25Broke my window switch the attendant said...its usually 70 but I only charge you 50, I tipped him 7 .. he broke the switch because I didn’t tip him the 20 difference
