Parked my car here, they lost key and blame me. Filed claim and they did not approve it ? Very unprofessional service. Did not even let me know claim status nor gave me any paper work regarding claim outcome -_-Claim department dont have address. You call them and phone goes straight to vm.The people who work here cover for each other. So if they make a mistake they will make it be your fault. No accountability, new management needs to be hired. Some of the guys here said the claim department would reach out in two days, others said within 7 days. I literally had to keep coming back to find out what is going on with my lost key. Bad business etiquette. BEWARE.

Parked my brand new GMC Denali this morning at the Myer parking garage on 34th Street between 8th and 9th avenue. I didn’t inspect my vehicle upon departure. While I was putting gasoline I noticed a scratch. I contacted the Parking lot and was basically told to screw off and the Manager hung up on me. I park here everyday and I expected the level of service to be better then it was. Be sure to inspect your vehicle before you leave the parking lot and report damages immediately.

We left the car at this location for about an hour at 6pm on August 19/2020. We used a coupon from Sam Ash music that was supposed to cover the expense, but due a to misunderstanding it didn’t happen; they still charged us $20 even-though the charge for an hour was listed at $11. To our surprise, a person in charge of this parking lot started to be extremely condescending and arrogant - he just kept repeating if we have read the back the coupon, implying the statements given by employees of co-partnering business are to be ignored and a simple, unclear statement on a one-inch coupon was the Holy Grail. We could not believe such an attitude. He was simply a wrong person at a wrong place. We waited another 10 minutes for the car, which was delivered to us with a dried cement splashed all over a glossy red front hood of a my new Toyota Rav4. They accused me bringing the car in such condition and simply walked away. I retreated trying not to make my companions who stood there in shock even more uncomfortable. It was an absolute disgrace, the pinnacle of a worst customer service imaginable! I really hope those responsible will loose their jobs! Keep away from this dishonest business.

They had one sign with one price at the entrance when we got to pay they charged us something else on a sign not visible at the entrance only at the cashier. What a scam.

Super friendly and quick. I have no idea why all the negativity. Came here from Texas and left our car overnight, had no damage, nothing missing and everything secure. Everyone had a smile and a kind word which is more than I can say of alot of new York. After reading the reviews I was sceptical but I ended being pleasantly surprised.

If I could give negative stars I would! How do you damage someone’s car?! You had one job, to PARK my car. Did you go on a joy ride instead? Unprofessional establishment, rude workers and incompetent management. Refuses to refund me after damaging my vehicle and denying that they did it even though I have cameras in my car. Congratulations you played yourself!

Stayed at the Wingate by Wyndham and parked for 24 hrs here for $50. We had a few hours left to stay parked after we checked out of our hotel and they allowed us to put our luggage back into the car, no problem. The only problem we had was lack of English spoken. Our vehicle was literally at the front entrance and one of the valets had us walk all over multiple levels with luggage in tow and we explained multiple times that we saw exactly where our vehicle was when we entered, but for some reason that didnt compute with the valet. They were very friendly, it was just sort of an added hassle.

I felt humiliated by how I was treated here. Never had an issue in NY before but this lot was the worst. Confusing parking with excessively rude staff that get annoyed when you dont know what to do, nor will they direct you when you come in. Trying to ask them questions, theyre impatient and disrespectful. Picky about access to your car when its parked, why else would I bother bringing my car into Manhattan? When escorting you to car they walk too fast for you to keep up and dont offer any help when following them while struggling with bags.
