Ronnie has worked on cars in my family for over 30 years . He always goes above and beyond for us. Ronnie and his staff are honest and I always feel like Im in good hands when I bring my car in to his shop. If its a simple tire plug or a big job like changing an axle or water pump bring your car to Parkway you wont be disappointed.
Excellent service by VERY honest technicians. Prices stated upfront and explained. I’ve compared the prices at other shops, and theirs are always lower for the same work. Every repair never fails, and oil/etc changes done quickly. I live 35 minutes from them, but the trip is well worth it.
I am delighted to finally have found a terrific place to take my old (but good) Honda for repairs. After several bad experiences with other local service stations, it is reassuring to know that its possible to get honest and expert service for my car. Parkway is definitely the place to go.
Ronnie is great. He works really hard and cares for your car. My wife had squeaky brakes and he and his team put a ton of work into fixing it, even going for a ride along with me to hear it firsthand. He is also very fair and wont try to screw you over like other mechanics. And he has his kitty Cubby in the lobby whos really cute and fun.
The customer service is excellent. I’ve never left with a bad experience. Coming in to have work done is painless, they make sure to explain everything in detail, and answer all questions. The service is quick and efficient. Good to know there are still honest mechanics out there!!
As an addendum to my previous praise and support of Parkway Service Center, they recently took on the task of my long out of date Inspection Sticker on my Smart Car. As my former Mercedes dealer in Roslyn. L.I. who’d relinquished servicing, I faced a dilemma come to a head, as the DMV would not renew registration.Parkway undertook the formidable task to gain access to the coding of the onboard computer to remove several caution lights which defied erasure after normal startup. I came armed with a mixof factory level Service Manual downloads saved to several USB drives, They proved to be unneeded, as Roy, the chief mechanic was neither unbowed nor deterred. Eventually the onboard compute was conquered. The culmination was the new inspection sticker that restored my unfettered use, with my new Registration arriving a scant few weeks after.I must pay due homage to a stellar cadre of individuals which are the names behind Parkway Service. From the titular figure head and top tier leader Ron, to Penny and Stacey who manage details of nuance with dexterity and accuracy. While my own shade tree mechanic’s capabilities with my stable of motorcycles I am confident to leave the care and repair of my auto’s to Parkway. They remain at the pinnacle of automotive imbued confidence.In the hopes that this review does get back to the fine technicians as well as Ron and Joe, and Cubby, the feline Master of Ceremonies, I spent the greater part of two successive days while my 2006 Pontiac Vibereceived intensive care to rejuvenate it’s mechanical worthiness. From Anti-freeze, thermostat, filters, oil, brakes, and one hell of an impressive set of Continental tires, the response and performance were immediately noteworthy. I have had the vehicle since new, do not abuse it’s virtues, but Team Parkway isa superb repair company that not only goes by the book but has largely rewritten it.Personally witnessing an exchange between Ron and a customer over an electrical part for a Nissan Jukewas like sitting in on a college seminar. With advanced degrees of my own I have sat in on classes and know when a professor is prepared. Ron is a professor of automotive technology and excels parentheticallyat customer relations. So enamored of Parkland’s expertise, I have gone on a quest to acquire a workshoprepair manual for my 2013 Smart Fortwo, 451 designed and built by Mercedes. They are terribly secretiveabout allowing any repair outlets outside their dealer network to work on their models. Yet I have founda worthy PDF download in the UK which I will transfer to a USB drive because I know that Ron and his Teamwill do as comprehensive a job with my Smart car as any other vehicle that comes into their shop.If you are on the stingy side, put that notion away. Good service like anything of high caliber in life is an investment, not a loss leader.

2022-02-23My husband and I found this gem not too long ago when we were looking to get our inspection done on our vehicles. Being that Ive been working as a sales and service business development director for a Toyota dealership for over 10 years, I have a keen eye for excellent service and competitive pricing.I recently traveled to PA and on the way back, I ran over a tree branch with my MDX and immediately knew something was wrong. Whenever I accelerated, it was making an awful noise. I took my vehicle to Parkway Service Center this past Monday. They said it was quite minor and there would be no charge for it. I was appreciative so I asked for the oil change to be done. They also topped off my washer fluid.Although I can get free oil changes at the dealerships we bought the vehicles (acura and bmw) from, my husband and I will bring our vehicles here moving forward.Thank you Parkway Service!

2022-04-26I’ve been working at a car dealership for 18 years and I can tell you I am truly impressed by this establishment.I totally forgot to change the oil in my wife’s 2019 Durango (we were already overdo) and we were driving to PA first thing the following morning.They squeezed me in at 8:15 and had me out in less than an hour (changed my wiper blades as well which I also forgot needed replacing).That’s not even why I’m impressed. Everyone that came in was on a first name basis. It was like every customer was a friend or family member. They asked about each other’s kids and pets etc;Thanks for getting me in and out on short notice. You have a new customer for life.

2020-09-16Going to Parkway Service Center is always a pleasure. Very friendly people and good prices. Getting your car fixed there is never stressful. They have the best, top notch mechanics anywhere. They guarantee their work and I’ve never had a problem once in about 20 years. They can figure out the most mysterious of problems. Ronnie, the owner and Gabriel the service advisor at the counter, run a smooth business. It’s a very calm place. You can even get a free, good cup of coffee, use the restroom (and there’s always hand soap and paper towels). You can wait outside under the umbrella for a short visit or inside on the comfy couch. They will pick you up or drop you off if you need a ride after dropping your car off. In addition, they keep you informed about any upcoming problems so you always feel safe when driving. My car is older, a 2005, and it runs like a charm. They keep it running in tip top shape. I can’t say enough good things about this place. They will be your friends for life!

2020-09-04I own 2010 Dodge Viper, when I brought it to Parkway it was basically dead. I couldnt go more than a few miles without overheating, the a/c didnt work, my stereo died, and the fault codes that came up were undiagnosable. I brought it to these guys because they are electrical experts. Gabe gave me a step by step on everything that was being done. In the end not only did they fix my Viper completely but they saved it from death. I couldnt be happier with their work. They checked the car over thoroughly before giving me a diagnosis. They fixed the cooling fan without having to replace it. The temp stays low in 90 degree weather now! The a/c blows ice cold! And I have my stereo back which makes long highway driving fun again. On top of all this they gave me a great price! I would recommend Team Parkway Service Center 1000%. If they can restore my Viper, just imagine what they can do for you!

2018-06-16I took my car here for the first time for a maintenance check-up and the team members here were real pros. I appreciated their honesty and liked that they didnt push services on me. I also liked that they explained exactly what needed to be replaced and why. Their prices seemed reasonable as well. All in all, a great experience- Ill definitely keep bringing my car here. Shout out to Ronnie and David for making a female in her mid-20s feel very comfortable and valued!

2020-05-06I recently had work done on my 15 year old car. I was very satisfied with the work done by the Parkway Team. I was able to review what was needed before the work was done so there were no surprises.Ronnie and his team are pleasant, honest and extremely competent at what they do. I highly recommend them!

2019-10-29Ronnie and Joe run an excellent shop. They take the time to explain exactly whats going on with your vehicle in order to educate you as a consumer. Prices are fair and service is done when promised. I also highly recommend joining their Car Car Club, its a pretty good deal and basically pays for itself after a few oil changes. I highly recommend this shop for their customer service, professionalism, and overall value. If youre a cat person, youll also love their resident cat (Cubby) that hangs out in the shop.
