My family has used the funeral home since the early 1980s and have been extremely satisfied. However, my mom passed last year and I am trying to set up a meeting to get moms headstone engraved with no avail. The funeral home has a huge employee turn over because I am now on my 4th contact who will not return my phone calls. Every time there has been a turn over of employees Ive never been called to inform me who my new contact is. Whomever bought the funeral home and now runs it should be ashamed of themselves for not respecting a grieving families request to return a phone call. I will never use this funeral home again, nor will I recommend it to anyone and I have found a new business to engrave moms grave stone and to pre pay for my dads funeral.
