Food taste amazing, you get a lot for the serving size. I love the outdoor dinning , you have your own personal space. The drinks are a must. I had an 8oz mango margarita. And for the light drinkers thats all you need. The only thing that was bad about this place was the service. But not bad enough to keep from going back.
Horrible service…3/24/2022 still horrible service order steak sandwich chicken sandwich and a hamburger deluxe at 2:29 call at 3:10 the lady said 10 more minutes 33 dollars but I don’t mined the price is the people who take the orders and the deliveries who are the problem who ever owns this restaurant spoils their coworkers cuz they do what they want and are disrespectful to the customers
The owner William was very rude in front of two Children because I asked for my card that took 15mins to swipe with a full staff my toddler food came out 10 mins after the adult food the rice was extremely hard and the fact they do not check for Covid vaccinations proof is horrible I would not be returning I will be reporting them to the CDC
Outside dining available here. Me and my boyfriend decided to visit this restaurant on a day where a flash flood warning was issued and Im glad we did lol. We were perched under the perfect spot, Food was ok, we really went for the drinks...They have 10$ Margaritas and Hookah for 30$ here..our server was cool, real attentive, sweet and prompt with our requests. This is a nice place to visit with friends to chill out and relax on a nice day and for us on a rainy day too lol
I come here often for lunch or dinner with the family. The food is good. I love the Pechuga a la plancha, their beans are really good and they have pretty fair prices. I want to come for happy hour hopefully I can come soon!
Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, this place is horrible. There are way better restaurants in the neighborhood.👎👎👎
I am writing this review for my disabled mother whodid not have a great experience. She felt ignored and uncomfortable. The staff was not attentive andmade my mother and her disabled friend feel discriminated. How dare you make them feel this way, ESPECIALLY on someone’s birthday. Treat others how you would want to be treated. THEN the staff gave back the wrong debit card. You guys are so lucky I wasn’t there. Breaks my heart to know my mother did not enjoy her time there.
I love me some spanish food but finding really good ones can be hard to come by. Fortunately i found this place. No disappointments. I loved the fact that they grill the chicken... adds a lil grilled flavor to the meat. The garlic sauce was poppin od...took my lunch to the next level. Staff was nice too.
I always order food here cause is good, but seriously if you don’t have a nice and fresh salad to send don’t even bother or sent another thing with my combo of arroz with beans.. terrible!!
My hope in leaving a review is that the owner/management will see the review so they can fix their act. In saying that this owner clearly doesn’t. nor does care. It was my first time here and I will most certainly won’t be returning!! Ordered a grilled chicken salad. Horrendous, chicken was snappy over a bed of iceberg lettuce, 4 half moon slices of overly ripped tomatoes and a few wedges of cucumber. A few kernel of corn must have slipped in while the girl served the plate. Amazingly 15$ bucks for this, nah! Fooled me one way but not again.

Absolutely disappointing, recommended by my phone guy.Its 3:00pm Thursday, hanging out with my daughThen we sat outside to eat. The waitress was not friendly, stonefaced. We placed our drink order. Waited a while for the drinks. We placed our food order, upon tasting our drinks that were priced on the menu at $10 per drink they werent what we asked for. Instead of henny coloda we got coco lopez with lumps of ice. We asked if they can atleast add pineapple juice because it was missing from the drink. Long story short we ended up getting pineapple juice from the store. Then, the group of 3 people that sat down 20 mins after we arrived recieved there food. We never got our food. Time waisted, almost an hour. Waitress had the audacity to argue with us. We wont return. No one seemed to care.
This place has good food but their customer service is horrible. When placing an order throught the phone or even inside they have an attitude like you are bothering them or wasting their time. We used to order weekly and spend at least between $40 and $50 however we refuse to give this business our money anymore. They are employees and we dont expect to have our behinds kissed but some manners go a long way. At the end of the day it is their job and should be grateful that business is abundant. Until they have a change in attitude we will be going somewhere else where at least a basic greeting isnt a waste of time for them. Buena comida pero los empleados (mujeres) necesitan aprender modales y clases de como atender al cliente. Tienen una actitud y Les falta humildad porque sin clientes no tubieran trabajo. La mitad de tener un buen negocio es tener buen servicio y comida buena, y ellas tienen mucho que aprender sobre como contestar un telefono y atender al cliente. Senoras dejen sus problemas y actitud en su casa que restaurantes hay muchos y estoy segura que como yo hay mucha gente que prefiere darle su dinero ($50/$60 semanales) a otro lugar que por lo menos trate a la gente con respeto.

If you like good Puerto Rican Pernil, come here. Huge portions of perfectly seasoned chicken, pork, beef and seafood at crazy affordable prices. This place rocks!!
Suppose to be a steak house. Waited an hour for my steak. And was never asked how I like it. It came huge well done. Very well seasoned. Nice company. Great staff. 3 stars only for the wait and the steak well done. Also the bathroom is nasty.
I went to order a take out during my half hour break and they told me it will take 20 min to prepare my food. I ordered spaghetti with shrimp and I wondered why so long but I did not say anything. After 27 min of waiting I stood up to ask how much longer would it take and everybody started to ignore me. One lady looked at me and said 5 more minutes. I told her I didnt have 5 more minutes because my break was over and I have to go back to work. I asked them to deliver my food to my workplace which is literally only a minute away but 20 min later my food was still not there. I regret paying them right away because at this point I dont think I even want it anymore!So, after an hour and 10 min of waiting I lost my temper and I called and asked to speak to the manager. She was really rude and she told me that the guy came to my workplace and nobody opened the door. I thought that was funny because I am in charge of opening the doors and I also have cameras so I asked her if she wanted to come and see the cameras to make sure I wasnt lying. After another 10 min I went to the restaurant and asked for a refund because at that point I didnt even want it anymore. But they refunded me and gave me the food. It seems that the delivery guy went to the wrong location. Owner or manager apologized.Now about the food! It was more a soup than a sauce, pasta was overcooked and clams were extremely chewy and fishy. All of it was too salty and I couldnt even finish it no matter how hungry I was.Altogether, I am very disappointed and will never go there again.

Horrible service. They discriminate against people with disabilities. DO NOT go here. The food is stale and the service is HORRIBLE. When I tried to get a new fork because, the one I recieved was still dirty I got ignored.

Do not order online , it’s better to go into the restaurant. I ordered online and they forgot one of my sodas and both of my beans. I called to let them know and the guy there didn’t even understand what I was saying to him. Luckily I don’t live far.
The food is excellent but the service is horrible. Never again will i wait 15 before even getting to order when there was no line and then another 25 for my to go order to be ready. All of this after calling it in for delivery and being put on hold for 8 mins. No urgency what so ever. The servers were all behind the bar area smoking hooka with two of the customers at tue bar.
Need to specify lunch and dinner which is not on the menu. The price changes, you think it lunch special but you are paying dinner prices. Need to have at least one English speaking person on all shifts

The chicharrón de pollo sin hueso is the best! Love their food and service. They usually deliver pretty quickly. It is a little expensive compared to other places but totally worth it!
This place has the worst customer service!! I placed an order at 1pm and it wasn’t delivered until 3:15pm. The food was cold and when I told the delivery guy his response was “I’m the delivery guy not a microwave”. I called the restaurant and asked for a discount as the food was 2hrs late and cold, the person on the phone stated that she was just starting her so she couldn’t do anything about it. Never ordering from here again!!

The best grilled chicken in the Bronx is here no exaggeration. The chicken soup as well is excellent the place is clean and the only thing delivery is a bit slow. so order with time

Placed order Steak w. onions, tostones rice and beans. The fried plantains were to thick and luke warm, the steak was tough. I was charged $21.00 not including the tip.

The 12 oz Char-Roasted Sirloin Ti-Tip platter was delicious and reasonably priced for a San Francisco restaurant.The slices were generous and includes mash potatoes w/ gravy and grilled vegetables.Located in beautiful West field Bronx, NY Centro on the lower level trendy food court.Several beer selections and wine are also available. Located where its fun to dine, shop and explore.

Good food but the delivery services sucks and most of the time you even have to go outside to pickup the food cause the guys are to lazy to even come to the front door and they expect to be tips to top it all. 😤
I placed an order for delivery 45 mins in advance to be delivered to 371 E 149 st which is 2 mins walking distance away, and it took over an hour and the person on the phone had an attitude/ rude when I called back to ask for the status of my order.

Service is usually really slow and if you order something from the kitchen it will take about 40 minutes to get it, so order ahead of you are willing to wait.

The owner must put more business in his employees .. they are only dolls in the showcase that he has there .. terrible service, chatting and talking to each other and they treat you as if you are asking them and they do not hide when they talk about the customers who come in because I got to see him with another girl. Apart from the fact that they OVERPRICE THE PRICE of things and they charge you in mass. Thank you but it is my opinion as a customer or rather EXCLIENT because I will not return to this place anymore.
A few minutes ago a relative was in his restaurant the good food but one of the employees needs training on how to serve a client and not make them feel bad by telling them, put on your mask that you can give me covid-19 without knowing if the person has the virus oh no, when in fact it was seen that a couple of employees were not wearing a mask. Kindness and sympathy towards others.
Very good food and a lot of variety. But the models that serve the food are just fixing the hair and talking to each other. They dont have good customer service. On December 24, I went to buy some chickens, and I stopped, waiting to see if they asked me, in They ask me to help. They did not flinch. They were just rubbing their hair and the hats they wore on the occasion of the parties. And it is not the first time they have already had certain occasions. That is why I prefer El Valle Restaurant to have a lot of attention. fast. They should look for personnel who want to work. Not these showcase models there.
I ordered an order of liver steak, and it was horrible, the liver was not cleaned, the membrane was not removed which makes it impossible to cut and chew, if the cook that you have does not know how to cook a product, do not make it available to the sale PLEASE !!!!! the cook should be ashamed to take out such a dish !!!

2019-07-10I come here because its Im my neighborhood. But the service is not great. Expect to speak Spanish here or theyll ignore you. Also the vibe is kind of clubby. For example the play loud reggeatón music. They have a bar and guys drink and flirt and stare at every woman who walks in so it can be kind of uncomfortable. As far as the food its typical Dominican/Puerto Rican food like rice and beans, steak, chicken, seafood. The prices are a bit high for the food that is cheap to make. I can cook rice and beans are home. But your paying for convenience. They do have combo specials. I usually order from seamless but they take like an hour even though I live across the street.

2021-12-21Highway robbery, not only was my order incomplete the food they gave me was substandard. For the amount of money I paid for my food and to receive what I received I should call the cops on these people. Absolutely ridiculous I would never ever give them one penny again!

2021-11-16I love this place it was my first time eating there..and it blew my mind..The food was off the chain good..I had pork chops with gravy and rice and my friend had steak it was on the money. Then I had a minty hookah that was excellent it went down nice and smooth. This spot is going to be my second home..I love it and the staff was so friendly. Go there its a winner.
