First of all, the driver did not wear a mask, I told him to put it on and after a while he would take it off. then it takes me along a path that is not the designated destination, taking longer than necessary and then charging me more for the trip. Very unprofessional.No recommend
I had called the day before to get their rates. Was given one rate and told to call atleast an hour before I need the pick up. When I called on the day the rate increased by $3 dollars and I was told one hour before wasnt necessary. A part from this miscommunication and fare increase to go to the airport. They were professional, frienly, on time and helpful. I would recommend them. Thank you.

Im currently in the cab and my driver is driving so extremely slow. Hes an old jamaican man and he took 20 minutes to get to me. Apparently heard the wrong address. Im being overcharged all the time by this service, all different prices to the same destination. And hes driving like a senile turtle for a 15 minute ride. You guys have terrible service. Give Parsons a bad rep. Worse than it already is.
Called for a cab, he arrived around the corner over 50 feet away. I called dispatch to explain the driver must turn the corner to find adress and the driver refused to come back, to the actual address given. Very unprofessional and rude will not be using their service again.
Called to get a cab, I knew i wasnt going far just to the LIRR station but wasnt sure i can walk to the station since i am not familiar with Jamaica, Queens, Called to get a cab as one other company said they couldnt help as they had no cabs in the area, this company said they would have a car in 5 minutes. 20 minutes later someone came, which was fine, as it was a busy time of day, the car was clean, driver was professional and got me to my destination.

They are racist. I ordered a cab for my boyfriend who is trying to get home for his overnight job he comes out and the driver profiles him as being unfit to get in the cab. I called back and dispatch told me the driver is scared because people carry guns now a days so hes spooked. Sounds like a civil suit to me. Do not use this cab service if your of African discent as well as male. It looks like they only want ladies in the cabs (very interesting). This place should be investigated. 1 star because they picked up the phone

THEY ARE A RIP OFF!! I asked them to take me into the city and they told me ok $80. I agreed because the trains were not working and no other cab was either. When I got to my work the cab driver told me $120 plus $10 tip. He would not let me out of the car unless I gave him the money. I gave him the money and he let me out. I will never go to them again. They are THEIFS, and they take advantage of women when they are alone. Do not come here. They will ROB YOU!!

I reserved the cab for an hour ahead of time and the cab never came when I called the dispatcher back he said that he could not find the driver he was not only rude he was unprofessional and I would never ever take this cab service again it is horrible despicable and should be shut down

Whoever works on the phone is extremely rude, its was overpriced, they took 20 minutes longer to get there than mentioned, and no one told us it was only cash so we incurred an extra fee on top of the overpriced ride.

2022-05-25Used to be decent few years ago now I had a flight to the jfk Airport car showed up like almost 1 hour later. Good thing I ordered a lyft for the same price which showed up in 10 minutes. The pakistani that was working here a few years ago was so much more professional. He had better drivers that were on time.

2021-09-25I have been using Parsons Car Service for 10 years and could not be more satisfied with the service they provide. I am a grandmother and frequently visit my grandchildren who live in different states. I call Parsons when I go to either LaGuardia or Kennedy Airport. They always pick me up on time. Since I have a flight to catch, this is most important to me. Their drivers are always courteous and polite immediately taking my suitcase from me and placing it in the trunk. On the trip home, they always send a car that is in the area to pick me up from the airport. I have never been disappointed and feel they are best in the business. Thank you Parsons!!

2021-10-06The receptionist is rude. She has always been rude but I tolerated it as I need a cab at times. This particular day, I called at 8:30am to scheduled a cab for 9:20am so I can catch a 9:40am train. I live about 11 minutes from the train station so I am always on time. At 9:24am, no cab. I called the office 9 times as I’m outside looking for the cab. I went back inside at 9:30am bc it’s cutting it too close and I might not make the train. She calls me back at 9:32am stating the cab is outside. I told her that I had a 9:40 train to catch which is why I asked for a 9:20am cab and I can’t use a cab now. She hung up on me. Without explanation, without a, “sorry for your inconvenience” nothing. I called back asking to speak to a supervisor and was shocked that she said it was her. I will never use this business again.

2020-06-22I called for a cab here. The dispatcher sounds so rude. I feel as though they need a more customer friendly dispatcher. This lady sound like she hates her job. When i was asking her questions, she got an attitude and impatient. I just hung up and found Unity Car service on google. They are so much better.

The drivers are very nice, one of them offered me gum, very sweet. All in all they take a extra mile to make you feel like they are only there to help u experience a positive part of ur day.

I wouldnt recommend for females or elderly or anyone who respects themselves and or their hard earned money. This is and will be my first and last time using this car service. Happy 2020
