No one was wearing a mask, except the woman who was cleaning. It was messed up. They had the wheel I needed, but it was a nerve-wracking to go inside. I won’t go back, at least until I’m vaccinated.
Great service. Bought a used battery the first one didnt work, so i brang it back with no issues. They gave me a new one. Will be going back.
They are no help at all. I️ recommend anything plus but here and I’m a mechanic. And I️ can tell you, yes mechanics do lie but not all the time. These guys just lie for no reason.
Bought an oil pan for a 2001 Integra GSR online from them and I was sent an oil pan for a different model/manufacturer. I attempted to contact them via Paypal and email but no one has responded. Would never buy from them again.

Very good place to pick up parts local but a little expensive on use parts could work on negotiating their prices but still a good local place
They had my part and everyone is friendly also left shop open a little late so I can get my part right before the weekend started
I just called about a minute ago and i told jiko that picked up the phone...im intrested on buying a automatic transmission..and he specifically said you have to buy the transmission first before any transaction and i said how would I know if that transmission is as what you said it is and you wont even tell me where is it coming from then as a customer how would I know if it works or not I know you say 90000 on it but how would I know if you wont even tell me where its coming from? No coment from other guy. So please people whatever you do dont do business with this person or even the whole facility. Thank you for everyones time. I hope you find this review helpful

2018-04-06Great and personable service! I looked for 3 weeks for a specific rim and Anthony was in contact with me until he found the proper one. I’ve learned my lesson to never buy rims on eBay. This shop is great for finding specific parts.

2017-01-11Parts Are Us is the best auto parts business in the neighborhood and of course being open 30 plus years proves that. Great owners and very knowledgeable counter guys and very respectful. If they do not have your part, they will get it and get it quick! Open 6 days a week and are always open for business when all other businesses are closed. Definitely recommend this business!

2021-07-23They stand behind what they sell. Bought a motor and unfortunately it was bad. Called them up spoke to Al and he replaced it. The 2 hr drive to do business with them was worth it.

2020-05-02SAVE YOUR TIME and $$ !!! Stay away they sold me engine that by their account had 88k miles one it. After installation and running Suprise it had bad head-gasket. Upon running carfax for history of the car that it came from coupe months ago it had over 140k miles..

2018-03-26The most incompetent people Ive ever met. No professionalism what so ever. Poorly run service that only knows how to deter customers away. I had to call three times only to be yelled at by Al and told get the part elsewhere. I was told I would be assisted by Dave, but I was left waiting for 2 hrs never to hear back. I asked for the supervisor and they refused to give me his name. this joint is laughable!

2019-02-20Great place. I needed a headlight for my car amd they had one great condition and a good price. Finding parking here is a problem so be prepared for that. Other than that its great. Nice people.
