2022-05-05I did not even rent through them solely because he would not show me photos of the bus before i purchased the whole conversation i had over the phone was mad sketch and he continuously contradicted himself and got upset when i said forget it im not renting listen to the bad reviews

2021-01-26I will start from the beginning. Bus was late, the driver was not dressed professionally, the shocks in the van were horrible. The shocks were so bad you couldnt really stand, a number of people on the bus hit there head quite a few times due to the shocks. The bus was so late the resturant canceled our reservation, we had to go in a speak to the general manager to ask them to accommodate us because we were 45 mins late. There were no soft drinks at all on the bus and I just feel like I wasted my money. The speakers were HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You couldnt pair your phone with 2010 radio they have. I am just very annoyed with my overall experience. The gave 1 star for getting us to the restaurant safely and 1 star for us arrive to the house safely. The worst party bus I have been on and I have been on A LOT!!!! My suggestion take ur money to another company.

2021-06-02We booked 52 seater for DC took it 8 hrs to get there, every thing was wrong with the bus, heat, AC, wobbling, driver will.not communicate customer service will not listen either. Poorest serviceRecommend do not book for any event

2021-05-12Nah but this person told us that we were going to have 4 hours of the party bus , & they changed the deal w/ us raised the payment up & talking about “policy change” not a good idea to have this .. doesn’t keep their word in their agreements . We booked for march now we in may could’ve told us earlier not good at all !!
