Great Price, Great Service, Good PPL all around (Specially Joel) they have everything, special request they will do as well, i actually found them just driving around Brooklyn, gave them a call and we use them for every occasion now. chairs, tables, platforms, table cloths :-)
I rented chairs runners and table covers from Party Buster NYC for a wedding I got the exact colors I wanted, on time and in good condition. I have even already recommended them to a friend. I appreciated their great customer service and they have a nice showroom in Brooklyn for those who need it.
We used Party Buster NYC for a Thanksgiving party in Manhattan and rented long table, 6 chairs, linens, and an ice tub. Service was great, shipping and was timely. The products were in great condition. They are a great company located in Brooklyn but they deliver all over the NY area so I really can recommend them to anyone.
I hired A-1 for a small job so that I could host Thanksgiving in a tiny NYC apartment. I was able to rent just a long table, 6 chairs, linens, and an ice tub. The customer service was shockingly fantastic. Not only was the man I worked with over the phone extremely helpful and accommodating, the prices were reasonable. And the young men who dropped off and picked up the items were professional and timely. Im not sure how frequently Ill have need to rent, but when I do you can bet that these fine folks will be first my first call.
I needed a last minute large glassware rental for a dinner and my experience with A1 was great! They had what I needed in stock even though it was last minute and the quality of the glassware was really nice, especially for the reasonable cost. They were responsive and on-time. I would recommend.
Wonderful, caring, reliable, professional customer service in every step of the process! Party Buster was incredibly attentive from our request for a quote until they picked-up the equipment following our event. How refreshing to know this quality of service still exists!
It is a wonderful business. This is a business that helped my wedding ceremony. It decorated my place beautifully. I asked for tables, chairs and many more. I was worried way too much but these people from PartyBuster helped me calm down and managed the whole situation, especially the party perfectly. I would like to give them 5 star ratings.

A1 Party & Tent Rentals is a great company. Their showroom in Brooklyn is great and has everything I need to throw parties in my home. The Party Rentals arrive fast and clean which is very important. The pricing is very competitive which is also important as the overall cost for hosting events can get pricey.
The services received from A1 was exceptional. The staff is always willing to work with you even on a last minute request. I have known the staff for more than 10 years. Leo, Joel and others are great!

I wanted a simple romantic dinner for my 6th year anniversary, all I need was a few chavari chairs, table & chargers. NO rental place would rent me just these few items (everyone in Brooklyn said the minimum was $100), until I called A1 Party & Tent Rentals!! They saved the day...GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PHONE & IN PERSON. I definitely recommend them for any event & they will surely get my business in the future.
I told this company I needed a 20x20 foot tent, and they said they would send someone to measure the space at a cost of $75, and gave me an initial quote of $650+tax. They said that if I then rented a tent, the $75 measurement would go towards the balance of the payment. The next day, someone comes to measure and take photos of the space, and I then dont hear back from them for the remainder of the day despite them promising me to send over a finalized quotation. So I call the following day to chase up, and they finally send me over a quote for $4,000 (compared to their initial $650 promise). When I call to clarify the huge discrepancy, they then tell me that they in fact have no 20x20 tents available anyway! I demand that they reimburse me the $75 for the measurement, which was just a waste of my time since they didnt have a tent with the dimensions I needed, and they never even gave me the opportunity to book one - they refused to reimburse my money. To top it all off, the manager just clearly couldnt care less that they have put me an impossible position 2 days before my event, and he was completely rude and unprofessional over the phone. Absolutely terrible experience.
I Had Big Party Where I Had A 30x100 Tent Set Up With This Company A-1 Party&Tent Rental I was amazed how they worked so professionally and quick, and the office was excellent when talking on the phone taking my order the knowledge they had, i would highly recommend this company for any of your party needs

The company deserves the 5 stars and more: everything I rented -plates, glassware, cutlery and chairs- was exactly as described and as new . Both delivery and pick up were on time. I will certainly use them again.
Bbq leg kept falling off. Refused to give me a refund for charcoal even though I didnt use it. Rented a 5ft X 2ft grill they gave me a 3lb bag of charcoal which I could pick up at Shoprite for $8 and Charged me $30. Never again.

Prompt service. The initial day planned for the celebration got rained out. We rescheduled for the following day.They let the tent stay for the extra day. No problems
I have tried many party rentals already, and A1 is by far the Best! they have excellent costumer service, discounted pricing and quick delivery.
A1 has always been prompt and delivery is made when you requested and no excuses will always use them for annual Christmas Party setup

This place serve the purpose of you want to rent some chairs and tables, but a bit expensive for used tables and chairs.

During the busiest season EVER for these guys and their industry, they remained helpful, responsive and cheerful while we sorted out our rental list. They truly went out their way to make sure we what we needed for the block party we hosted this summer. From the owners to all the temp staff, each was friendly and supportive! Furthermore, my planner was very patient and courteous, which made wedding planning very stress-free! The set-up crew is also very punctual and courteous; they were very helpful in offering advice in the event of a problem. Nonetheless, the materials such as tables, chairs, and others are of very high quality.

2022-09-09We rented all of our furniture, cutlery, chairs, serving equipment, and our wedding arch from Party Buster NYC for our wedding a few weeks ago. They were extremely useful for organizing everything - they always responded quickly to my emails and were happy to make as many changes to the rental plan as I required! All of the furnishings (tables, chairs, linens, china, flatware, etc.) appeared to be of the highest calibre and be brand new. The customer service was far superior to that of other NYC party rental businesses. I heartily endorse party Buster Rentals to anyone hosting a gathering in New York City.
