What an adorable and cozy bakery Partybus Bakeshop is. We really enjoyed our time having breakfast on a weekend morning. The options of their pastries weren’t in a great variety but pretty decent. We got an Almond Chocolate Croissant and Sticky Bun with a cup of iced coffee. Both the croissant & bun tasted delicate and satisfying. However, it’s overall a little bit pricy in our opinions with their portion. We would recommend people who live in the neighborhood but it’s not worth a detour.

Had the broccolini sandwich, scallion bun and plain croissant. Favourite was absolutely the scallion bun! Its got strong and rich scallion flavor which I love. The croissant is on the doughy side (not the flakey type) but moist and not too greasy or sweet. I like that they dont sweeten it or put a sugar coating on top like many croissant places do in NYC which is just not French croissant! The sandwich was good with the ingredients just for me the baguette could be more crispy and fresh. Definitely wanna come back to try other bread and the pesto sandwich.

Party cookies! I have purchased two orders of their incredible chocolate chip cookies for two parties. They are okey-gooey and rich, and on the practical side, individually wrapped. Makes for a great party dessert or parting gift! Love the service and decor at the shop, and they go out of their way to make pickup convenient. Cant wait to try their sandwiches and will definitely be ordering my next cake from Party Bus!

Ive only ever gotten their bread from Too Good To Go orders and their bread is delicious. Theyre also generous with the amount they give. Their sesame bread is the best.

I didn’t open their door as yet and I could smell the amazing aurora of baked bread and pastries. I was greeted by a friendly cashier. I purchased a scallion bun, but didn’t have time to eat it right away but when I got home it was AMAZING. I never had a scallion bun but once you bite into it you can taste the freshness, soft dough, and how it is baked right. I can’t wait to come back and try more of their breads and pastries. Really great place. Please give them a visit if you’re in NYC!

Have been wanting to try this place ever since I heard about it through Heart of Dinner. Finally stopped in and got the Frenchie (Black Forest ham, fontina, salted butter on a baguette) and an iced coffee. Oh my goodness, the baguette is possibly one of the best baguettes I’ve ever had! It has a really crunchy crust, nicely-formed air pockets, and good chew. The fillings of ham, fontina, and butter are simple but worked harmoniously. Portion wise it’s pretty good too, can easily split it into two meals if you pair it with a soup or salad.Awesome spot, can’t wait to come back to try more goodies!

I had the baguette as part of a sandwich at Formaggio. The taste and bite was so extraordinary that I hoofed it down to Partybus bakery to see, ok, eat more. Hands down, best baguette I’ve had in NYC. A few other reviewers on Yelp compared to baguettes in Paris and I agree. Pictured is the pistachio rose croissant. Perfectly proofed and baked. A crunchy, sweet shattering crust experience. If you are on the Lower East Side, or evening if you’re not, stop by. I’ll be back.

Partybus Bakeshop is a small bakery that serves up quality eats on Essex Street. there are a few seats and tables by the windows. It’s got chill eclectic interior vibe.Stopped by here to pickup a pastry to go and later enjoyed it in Union Square. Got the Pistachio Rose Croissant. the croissant had a crunchy flaky buttery croissant. the very crispy exterior was covered in pistachio flakes and rose water and the inside of the croissant is a sweet pistachio paste. the croissant paired well with coffee, was pretty sweet, and was fairly large—definitely shareable but messy. it was pretty sugary so iate about 1/2 and saved the rest for later. this croissant is fairly sticky, too. one thing that you’ll note about the eats at Partybus is that they are made with quality ingredients and it shows in the end product. the pistachio rose croissant costs $5.50 + tip.also there are a variety of cookies, danish, breads, coffee drinks, pies, and other baked foods to try at Partybus. and there’s a menu of savory items like breakfast sandwiches, salads, and more.the staff was friendly enough and efficient

Stop by when I am in the neighborhood. Great breakfast sandwiches and baked goods. The staff is quite helpful. My friend left her phone at an outside table. We called, staff immediately went to look for it and held it till we got there. Looking forward to trying more of their unique treats!
