I just purchased the Frozen Range Parka and Im very happy.Elizabeth greeted me when I first walked in and was very helpful and kind. And then Dean took over and was extremely patient. The entire staff were friendly, warm and created a very comfortable environment.Thank you and Happy Holidays.

I was there to fix a small defect on my jacket. The rep at the front desk was extremely nice. She explained the options to me and help me patiently to pick a jacket as a replacement. Will definitely shop from Patagonia again. Very satisfactory experience.
Quality level of employees has clearly decreased since the covid. You can see theyre really motivated and full of energy 😏 even to say an Hello or a Goodbye, its a hard effort to do.

Hands down - customer service and standing behind their products is exemplary. Besides having great stuff, they have a great staff. Had to return two items and both Luke and Aiden could not have been more helpful. No wonder Patagonia has the loyalty it deserves.
Recently went to this location for a warranty issue. I had an older rain jacket (2007) that started to break apart and de-laminate leaving all this gray material on my cloths. I brought the jacket in and they had zero issues exchanging my jacket for a new one, free of charge! Thanks again for such great service!!
This Patagonia store is small and the inventory is somewhat limited but the employees are the best of the best. Their customer service standards are very high and want to help people. They are all a friendly bunch. I was there for a while looking at clothes and everyone treated me like I was their friend, I felt very comfortable. Highly recommend this store for when youre thinking Patagonia
I went to this location to trade in my softshell jacket. They were really helpful and fast. The meat packing location is well stocked and merchandised. The staff know the products and are friendly. I recommend you check out this store for winter gear this year.Ive been shopping Patagonia for almost 20 years. I know its expensive but worth it. The quality of material, construction and lifetime warranty is part of what you pay for. There is also great staff and stores. There arent many locations but each one has its own character and great employees.
Store size was exceptionally large for what I thought it was going to be. And it even had a sitting area for people who were tired to relax while the others were shopping. Shops that have that relaxation area should be praised and this shop has definitely gotten my praise.

I came in with a 3 year old rain jacket from which some of the lining was peeling, mostly because I didnt take care of it. They replaced it for free with a beautiful new jacket. Great store, great staff, great company (and of, course, great stuff!).

Brought in a duffel bag which had a broken zipper and it was replaced with a new bag thanks to the warranty exchange program! The staff who helped me were beyond friendly and helpful. Such a refreshing experience!
Good selection, a bit small but the location is killer. Close to good shops and food. Their employees are very knowledgeable which is huge cause they carry a lot of technical gear. They have bathrooms which is also nice for the city.
I really love Patagonia and its super cool they have one in this location...the problem is the tiny assortment. Amazingly, they do have sleeping bags. There is a selection of adult outdoor wear, scarves and gloves, but almost zero selection for children. If youre just shopping around Meatpacking, Id recommend going inside. If you actually want something from Patagonia, Id recommend going to their flagship store.
Came here a day after landing in NYC to get a winter jacket. They didn’t have the size or colour for the jacket that I was after, but fear not, staff were extremely friendly and helpful and ordered it for me with about 2 business days shipment. If you’re after something that you might’ve seen online or just can’t find inside the store, make sure to hit up the staff.
Wow, great customer service and quick, even though the store was busier than normal with the winter sale going on (50% off select styles, still a good selection left).

Very kind and friendly staff! They check in to see if you need anything but dont hound you. Theyre very quick to check for merchandise in the back or in other stores and also are very knowledgeable when answering questions.
Staff is very nice. However, I brought in my jacket to have the zipper fixed. It took over a month to get back and the zipper was no better than before.
Great products and brand values...but had a really rude shop guy (blonde bearded balding) act real snarky and bothered when I asked about an item. I think he might even be the store manager which is surprising.

The sales person is really knowledgeable and very helpful. They spent time explaining the different jackets to me and help me figure out the one that suits my needs.
This store is not as big as some Patagonias other NYC locations but it is still worth coming and checking it out. I purchased a mango colored alpine jacket from them and absolutely love it.
Can’t express the gratitude and love I have for this company. The employees at this location are a true reflection of the what companies mission is. Can’t wait for them to have more locations around Europe.
They dont have a large selection in store, but were quick to offer free 2 day shipping and an alternate option to test sizing.

I waited in front of the store in time for the opening time, but other people are waiting in front of me, so there are some customers as soon as I open it. Its good and there are many other clothing stores in the store next door.
Outdoor clothing store with a sustainable approach.The quality of the garments in general is quite good.
The son who bought it already has a scratch on the part such as winter parker and visit to repair repair. Patagonias meat packing store was in an old red brick warehouse district. The atmosphere was good, but the sales floor was small and the products were limited.
Very good brand, with a high quality of clothing and very good design ... it is not cheap at all, rather expensive.

2022-03-24This store has the best and most friendly staffs. Really loved their service. It was my second visit with my mom today. And Mr Scott ( staff) was so kind and helpful. The patience he had while explaining us about the clothes was just amazing. His positive vibe really made us feel like shopping there again. Thank you Mr Scott for being so kind and lovely. You are the best ❤️. We will definitely visit the store again.

2022-05-04Great selection and knowledgeable friendly staff. Bought two jackets here that are super comfortable to wear and will last a very long time. Highly recommended if you spend a lot of time outdoors in any climate, in the city or on hiking trails.

2022-05-08I’ve done both a repair and a trade-in here and was super impressed with the service both times. Patagonia isn’t a perfect brand but the consistently high quality of both the products and the store experience makes going here for winter wear basically a no-brainer. You pay a bit more for the higher quality but you’ll make it up in the longevity of the items — I promise.

They didn’t have it at their location, with grace, MARRA hopped on the computer and located the bag. Called the location, put it on hold… now BOOM, I’m a Patagonia Fan because of MARA(tried another spelling just incase! 😅)Thank you M!!!!!

2021-09-30The store has a serene ambiance with great staff. Active floor associates were engaged and helpful in showing me a few items. Everything in which I was interested, had ALL sizes available. The clients seeking sizes that were unavailable were met with an associate offering to check online/other-site locations to have them shipped - Overall great customer service. My request would be to expand the actual size of the store which would lead to even more inventory!

2019-12-23I stopped by the store earlier and was greeted by Elizabeth to exchange my new jacket for a smaller size. She was patient and very helpful. And then Claire took over and made sure to put my jacket on hold for 3 days.I love this store and the customer service. Thank you!
