2020-07-18Was looking for a patio umbrella base.Went there 10:30AM. No body was there, no one answered the phone when they post the store hours 10AM to 5pm .Went home, called them an hour later to make sure they open when I go there again.Hello,is this patio? An lady answered, no. This patio .com. (whatever)Went there, the lady said she didnt have the base for me. Fine,I was about to leave .Saw one it might fit my umbrella post. I asked if could take a look.She said , its not going to fit and thats a 300 dollar base.Very rude and unprofessional

2019-06-17Could not have had worse customer service. Salesperson would not even stand up to see the pieces I was interested in . Grudgingly gave prices and dimensions. Needless to say, well buy elsewhere.

2018-02-27Outdoor furniture and pool table store. Furniture is surprisingly expensive considering it all might as well be used. All the patio furniture is left out during winter, most of the stock looks like it has seen a few years of weather. I guess, by the name, it is a survivor of the dot com bubble of the 90s.

2018-06-06Nice selection, the place is messy and expensive! The salesman tries to help but once pricing comes out its hard to continue.
