I want to thank Falci Management for taking over a building with 66 units you’ve done such a wonderful job you micromanaged taken care of all the bills that we could never seem to get rid of I recommend this management company to all ,family own so personable what a great job we are so happy with you

Save yourself the trouble and money and don’t move into any of the properties ran by this “management”. Nothing ever gets addressed by the lazy super on premises who always appears hungover and ignores phone calls, messages or emailed requests. Broken windows, leaks from upstairs neighbors, intercom, I can go on and on - never got fixed after multiple emailed and in person requests over the years. Management only shows up when they find reasons to charge a fee like moving on a weekend (which was actually a weekday and proof was provided). Keeping a moving deposit for 0 damage done (we actually had to ask multiple times to cover the elevators with our paid movers waiting for them to do so even though they were notified days in advance). Locking personal belongings in a laundry room that closes at 5pm!!! So you better do your laundry during work hours people. They are just money hungry and don’t have a single care about their tenants. Don’t bother asking them to fix anything because it won’t happen and you’re better off fixing it on your own. So so so happy we finally got out of this nightmare of a building.

This is a terrible management company. They are very unprofessional and speak to the tenants/shareholders in a very rude manner. When asked a question, they are very unclear and do not communicate well. On multiple occasions, when speaking to them, they respond and speak to me in a very rude and nasty tone. Completely unprofessional in how they conduct their business. Joann is the worst, as she only yells at you instead of speaks to you. When visiting their office to hand in a document, Joann threw the paper right in the garbage right in front of me because it wasnt to her liking. Extremely unprofessional behavior. I have never felt so disrespected in a place of business. If you want to be treated like a fair tenant/shareholder, please do not use this company, as my personal experience has proven to be terrible with them in regards to communication, respect, and professionalism.

They are working with the board presidents and super, giving them gifts for bringing businesses but dont care about the buildings nor doing anything for people. Unprofessional, hungry for money, not caring to say the least. WORST MANAGEMENT COMPANY!
