10/17/2018Excellent work ,technicians very friendly.They got job done right away. I told the main office my radiator was leaking slowly and I was afraid to turn up the heat (the next day the temperature was supposed to drop into the low 40s )she told me she wasnt sure if she could fit me in today.Then she told me to hold on , when she came back she told me she would get me someone in about an hour, and they were here within the hour.Will definitely use them again.
Used this company for the first time for a leaking pipe. They were very prompt, competent and clean. The owner has integrity, something you don’t find often enough these days. I highly recommend them and will use them again for my next plumbing or heating need.
I cant say enough about Paul Yonkers Pluming. The Owner Paul has restored my faith in HONEST CONTRATORS!! Paul was willing to answer my call in a timely manner and stood on the phone with me and answer all my questions. 5 stars is not enough they need 10 STARS!!!! This company is LEGIT!!! and HONEST!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!

Paul Yonkers is a great establishment. I rarely recommend any repair shops/installers, but I can confidently say that Paul Yonkers gives you the personalized attention youve always wanted.
They arrived when they said they would. Solve a heating problem professionally and explained what they were doing and why they were doing it. Wish I got this level of service from the other plumbing companies I have dealt with in the past.
Whether for emergency or small or routine services, they are always prompt (even on holidays), exceptionally courteous and considerate, and reasonable in prices. (We have been customers for almost 30 years and have had many interactions with them.)
We have been using Paul Yonkers for over 20 years. They dont come any better. Prompt, efficient, fair and they fix the problems.
We lost our heat in the middle of winter. They came to our home very fast and fixed the problem within a 30 min. Very reliable service!

2022-08-02I’ve needed 2 plumbing repairs over the past few months. Everyone from the office staff to the service technicians have been fantastic. The work is excellent, the pricing is fair and they came very quickly. I don’t many of these but they deserve it.

2021-05-07Spent $9,000 to convert my home from oil to gas over the fall. When winter came around the boiler would not heat my home - would stay at 55 degrees. Called numerous times and the owner just claimed he was too busy and always with an attitude (surprisingly he didn’t have that attitude before we paid for the conversion). He sent one of his employees who claimed it was a clogged return line for hot water but that he doesn’t think the owner will want to take the job. What? I’ve tried to call other companies who don’t want to get involved with what they claim is a “faulty installation”. I’ve even visited the office where the owner claimed he’ll send someone to take care of it ASAP when he’s less busy. That was in early January. Since then, we’ve had to endure the winter with practically no heat. We have children, my father underwent a kidney transplant and this is really the last thing we expected after handing over $9,000. We even told him we would pay for the additional service, we just want the house to be properly heated.The owner hasn’t bothered to follow -up with us. We are trying to determine whether we have some legal recourse or even report it to state licensing agencies. I don’t think is acceptable for companies to act this way. Till then, we have tried to work with other companies to try and fix this issue hopefully for next winter. Be warned

2019-03-13We have had several experiences with Paul Yonkers Plumbing and Heating now, and each of them have been fantastic. The most recent experience involved our water heater breaking down. They were busy with other jobs, but made the time to come by to help in our hot water emergency. The problem turned out to be more complicated than originally thought, but they kept with it and ultimately resolved the issue. They were easy to reach during the process, prompt, and they explained everything. Five star service and fair prices. Paul Yonkers is fantastic.

2017-11-15I cannot say enough about Paul Yonkers Plumbing! This father/son business is THE BEST! We moved to the Glen Head area a few years ago and contracted with several plumbers. No one would touch our steam boiler except for them. They have tackled every problem we have had since then. They are the only plumbers we use now. Paul Yonkers Sr. and Paul Yonkers Jr. are so responsive, and their team of plumbers are very experienced and trustworthy. I highly recommend them.

2021-03-20We got quotes from three contractors for our new water heater install. Paul was first to respond, the most professional, provided the fastest quoted install, and (all competitive) least expensive! Dont bother with anyone else.

They arrived promptly, did everything quickly and efficiently and weve used them ever since.We recently had a new washing machine installed and the work they did was nothing short of beautiful. 2018-01-15This marks my 19th year doing business with this very dependable, very professional home service company. My phone calls are always promptly returned, their response always timely and accurate. Their work flawless. The job is always done to satisfaction. In fact one time they couldnt correct my problem and there was no charge. It was an outside underground issue not within their domain.You dont keep customers for twenty years by failing to meet their needs.And,lest I forget, their technicians are always interested, pleasant, and hard working.

2018-04-03I had a sudden leak under my sink, I called Paul Yonkers at 4:30 PM, fully expecting not being able to use my sink until the following business day. The person who answered the phone said they would send someone over as soon as a technician became available. Twenty minutes later, they were knocking on my door! Both technicians were courteous and efficient, including running out for a part before the supply store closed for the day. No more leak. Just like that. I will certainly recommend and use them for my plumbing/heating needs again.

2018-01-18We have been using Paul Jonkers Plumbing several times by now and we have always been impressed by the prompt and friendly respond to our phonecall. The appointment was always scheduled within 1 or 2 days (we never needed them in case of an emercency) and they were trying to accommodate our schedule. The plumbers are friendly and happy to answer questions.
