Horrible customer service, everyone with an attitude just because they hate their crappy job. Act as if they are doing the customer a favor by being there. Always understocked. My last time shopping there!

2022-06-05This place is now a Fabco.. Fabco shoes suck.. They always run small.. I miss the old Payless where my big size 11/12 in womans shoes wasnt hard to find.. This place is wack!! Dont bother expecting to get the same quality Payless once had.. Run!! Away!!

2018-12-12I need to buy work shoes and hate paying over $100/pair even though danskos and birkenstocks are great. I just would rather keep the $100 l, buy the cheap shoes from payless and use the money leftover to....do whatever I want!

2019-05-09Apperantly they were going out of business the last time I was there, all prices were jacked up and then discounted so you were essentially paying regular price for stuff.... What a gimmick

2019-03-19I like going to the store and try on what ever I buy before taking it home I always get what I need and want from this store buying on line is not going to work for me you talk to an machine I like talking to a person other than that you have always bin a good place to shop thank you I hate to see you go
