Shopping at PC Richard in Bayshore was a great experience. I purchased a full set of kitchen appliances with the help of Anthony Rosa. His expertise and professionalism made the process much easier than I expected. I told him my measurements and features I wanted for each item and he identified appliances that checked all boxes at the price points I needed. I’ve had the appliances for about 4 months and am happy with all of them. Even with inventory shortages across all retailers this year, Anthony was able to find appliances in stock that were available for immediate delivery. I really appreciated his dedication to providing excellent service. I will definitely be shopping there again.
I have been purchasing products from PC Richards for years. Never had an issue. I just purchased a house back in December and it was time to purchase appliances. My gf and I had enough funds for 3 appliances for now fridge, microwave, and dishwasher.We went to PC Richards they were closed so we went to best buy where we found the appliances we wanted and decided to purchase them at best buy. The day of delivery I received a text not a call stating my fridge wasnt coming in. ok it happens 20 min late dishwasher date was changed from 2/12 to 3/25 I said I am done after calling best buy and receiving the run around I went to pc Richards where I should have went in the first place.I spoke with the sales rep Julio and he as well as Mohamed the store manager assisted me in getting the same appliances at a better price and better warranty.today my dish washer was delivered and installed my fridge was next but the delivery guy slipped and dropped my fridge made a dent and couldnt install it. I had to call pc Richards at 10am however Mohamed the manger called me first and told me not to worry Im sending another fridge today.an hr later my fridge was delivered and all is good.Thank you PC Richards team of bay shore for all your help and support. you truly know the meaning of customer service.
I went in to the store looking for a washer machine with no idea with what I wanted. Anthony Rosa took his time in going into detail of every product on display that would suit my needs. I was finally able to gain confidence in making a decision thanks to Anthony. fast forward now Ive purchased a whole kitchen set of appliances along with small appliances , whether I know what I want or not Ill always ask Anthony for his personal opinion due to his knowledge and reassuring that Im buying the best product.

Every time we come to this location we leave very happy. We always work with Anthony Rosa when looking to make a purchase and it always goes very smoothly. So far we’ve purchased numerous TVs, washer and dryer, freezer, dish washer and many other items and we have always been very pleased with Anthony’s recommended products. I always tell friends and family to go see him at this location for any appliance purchases. They always leave happy as well.
I’ve been going to the bay shore New York location of pc Richards for years now to specifically deal with JR. He is always super helpful and treats me like family. He makes every experience enjoyable and I always look forward to going back and seeing him. A huge plus is he always remembers my name and makes me feel like a valued customer. My sons birthday was coming up and I didnt know what to get him. I came into PC Richards to get an Idea on what to get him. The manager Anthony saw me confused and helped me out. He nailed it! Went into PC Richards to get a bunch of items. We were greeted by Mike the salesman. This guy was on point and very knowledgeable about the items we needed. He gave us his recommendations but was not pushy and let us decide what we wanted. While we were shopping the Assistant Manager Anthony came over to check on us to make sure we were getting the help we needed. He was very friendly and helpful as well. After all said and done both Anthony and Mike checked us out and made sure our order was correct and the delivery date was right for us. Excellent experience with staff and great products. We will be back in again and highly recommend you stop in as well!

Went to P.C. Richard & Son for a television for my apartment. The experience and service was incredible. The place was very clean and I was immediately helped by Dave K. Dave was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions regarding the television. He also helped offer some useful advice to help me with my selection. The TV looks AMAZING in the apartment and fits PERFECTLY as advertised! Dave also was able to help me with the selection of a sound bar for my television as well which also works perfectly! Look, PC Richards has been around forever! They stand behind what they sell and they sell quality products! Prices are reasonable and with some extra effort you can get an over the top deal. (But not always needed, as their sale prices are very good). Know what you want and go get it!!

My husband and I purchased a new mattress last year and the service was IMPECCABLE! We returned today to purchase a new gas range. We were greeted by the store manager, Sheldon, who walked us to the correct person who could help us. David was knowledgeable and friendly. They honored my Northwell Health Employee discount even though there was a Memorial Day Sale. I am, once again, extremely satisfied with the service I received there. It was worth the longer drive. Richards has it in stock and available for delivery this week. Overall wonderful experience, which has come to be the norm when shopping the Bayshore Store. 10/10 on all accounts, would definitely recommend that anyone in the market for a tempurpedic makes P.C. I went to the Bayshore P.C. Richard & Son today to purchase an air conditioner for my daughters room and a portable one for the basement and met the most wonderful salesman Stephen M. He was so incredibly nice, personable, and went above and beyond for me. I honestly felt like I was talking to a long time friend. After we started talking about Air Conditioners and problems with leaking if not put in correctly I started to tell him about a separate issue I was having at my house. He allowed me to show him pictures and he took his time in trying to explain what the problem could be. Mind you, this problem has absolutely nothing to do with P.C. Richard & Son or an air conditioner but how many people would take the time out to try and help a complete stranger? P.C. Richard & Son is so incredibly lucky to have such an amazing salesman who has an incredible amount of knowledge and a bedside manner to match. Stephen has a forever customer with me! PC Richard’s Air Conditioner contractors scam customers. I did not want to pay $30 so the contractors can remove and take my old wall air-conditioner with them , I can place it outside myself. I also did not want any fancy inside wood molding for $80. I DID want new white trim surrounding the outside but the contractor kept the old trim unless I was willing to pay $45 each side. What a rip off‼️I suggest if this happens to anyone else, please complain to P.C. Richards so they can hire a honest company.
I must say I have an awesome experience shopping at the P.C. Richard store in Bay Shore. The general manager Sheldon personality and helpfulness makes you feel so special which makes you so comfortable you purchased more than what you came in to buy. I purchased a King Sized Mattress at Bay Shore PC Richards. I made a mistake on the size I needed. When they attempted delivery until they found the bed was the wrong size. They took the mattress and box springs back without issue. Once I found out I had a Queen I didnt need the king as I had 2 other mattresses in the house I could uae. I went to the store and they refunded the full amount of the King Mattress. They did not charge me any fees of any sort and were very understanding. They didnt need to be as the mistake was completely mine. I have purchased all of my other appliances from them. Grill, kitchen appliances, wash room appliances. They are equitably priced and very good to work with. Thank you Mike V with PC Richards and all the other great staff there.

Sales people are always helpful and knowledgeable and the one manager that usually helps me, I apologize I cant recall his name, is always professional and helpful. I went in last weekend and was greeted by a salesman name Donald and he was very polite and courteous. I was looking for a more economical refrigerator and he showed me many different brands. He certainly knows his products. I do have quite the decision to make, but bet your bottom dollar, Donald is the gentleman I will go to when I decide. He knows my budget and preferences and was not pushy all. He is a prime example of what a salesman should be. P.C. Richard to have such an exemplary employee like Donald.
I had a very nice sales manager help me out his name was Anthony Rosa and he couldnt be more helpful. I was so please I gave his name to several people who use him all the time now.
Went looking for a washing machine. When we walked in we were greeted by sales associate Todd Rosen. He was fantastic showed us what he had in stock took his time. Was a pleasure to deal. Store manager had spoke to us as well. Fantastic store great customer service and experience.

Went into the bayshore location recently, and had no idea what I wanted. I walked in just to browse and A great young man named David helped me ...and we were able to narrow it down. I just moved into my new home and needed the best of the best. He was so patient, kind and gave amazing guidance when it came to what I wanted. Let me start by saying I absolutely LOVE this store. I have always shopped at PC Richard for as long as I can remember. I have bought all my appliances here and wouldnt think to shop anywhere else. The sales associates are very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. There isnt any one person that doesnt stand out. I have purchased a front load washer and dryer from Brian 7 years ago, have never had an issue with it. I have purchased my dishwasher, range , dehumidifier, Sonos surround sound, Bose headsets, and numerous televisions over the years and I WILL NEVER shop any other store then this one. The store is always clean and the inventory is always available, if not they will get it for you. The guys that do stock are always running their butts off. David Kimmelman assisted me in purchasing a replacement kitchen aid dishwasher. My 11 year old Kitchen Aid worked, but was falling apart on the inside with no available replacement parts. My old dishwasher had a custom panel and I wanted to replace it with another kitchen aid, custom panel ready. David told me the two available models and I purchased the more expensive model. It was installed today by Eddie and it fits perfectly! My beautiful cherry wood panel fit like a glove and expertly installed. David and Eddie were extremely helpful getting this dishwasher replaced. I went in looking for a microwave a couple days ago but I was having difficulty deciding on which one to buy. Thankfully, there was a very helpful emplyee named Chanel who helped me select the perfect microwave. Considering how well the customer support was, I will definitely be returning in the future!
I am a good customer of pc Richards and never had a bad experience until yesterday. I went in there looking for a specific brand of appliances and expressed this to an associate who i will not name. He badmouthed the brand I wanted and tried to push another brand on me that I did not want. His brand was more money than what I wanted after he wrote up a quote. I told him why I did not want this brand but he didnt care...he was pushing something on me that I adamantly didnt want.. he didnt even give me a price quote in the brand I wanted because he felt his preference was better. Im not a confrontational person so I took his quote and left and went to a competitor that gave me exactly what I asked for and didnt push any other brand. This salesman felt he has been doing this for 30plus years and knows what I need better than I do. He lost a $4000 sale. I will not hold this against PC RICHARDS. Just sad they lost my business this time. Very weird experience.

Return customer to PC Richards. Have basically bought all my appliances from PC, the last decade. They have a really knowledgeable staff, always willing to work with your requirements. Also my salesman (Syed Huda) was great, he really made the ordering/delivery process easy.
Salesman Julio Saravia does his best to provide me with the best customer service possible. He never falls with his suggestions and expertise with any item sold at the store. The latest item that he help me with was an alarm system for my vehicle.

The staff welcomed me as I entered the store with a smile. I was not followed or Hawked by any salesperson. when I was ready to ask my questions a salesperson was close by to answer thoroughly. What they couldnt get figured out in 15+ minutes, I was able to get through in less than ten minutes at Best Buy. Im a big proponent of shopping local, but PC Richards never fails to disappoint with their store people.

2022-05-27After a bad experience, I’m glad we gave P.C. Richards another chance. Customer service goes a long way and can turn a bad experience into a good one. Mo the manager was very knowledgeable and attentive. He helped my mother pick a mattress that suited all her needs and got her the best deal possible. David the salesman made the process very smooth by further explaining our purchase and made sure he had the correct information for our order. David Harrison helped us to get next day delivery and overseen the whole process. These three gentlemen apologized for our previous experience, provided the best customer service, and went above and beyond!

2022-04-24Everybody is wonderful at this branch esp Marcos & Julio. Theyre so helpful and friendly. I initially didnt get approved for the credit card but now they have an option called Acima and I was able to walk out with whatever I needed. Will be coming again!!

2022-05-30I am beyond upset at the level of inconvenience this store is causing me. Holiday today and I work at hospital 12 hour shift and tomorrow is supposed to be oppressively warm. I ordered AC unit to be picked up curbside. Since I am working I called the store to give consent for my husband and two babies to pick it up. I was told no. Manager Marcos could not accommodate my simple request because my credit card needed to be in sight. Giving verbal consent is no longer good enough. Now my two babies will suffer with no AC since I cannot pick it up. The store will be closed when I get off work. Beyond disgusted. Shame on you guys.
