Best PC richards location! Came in yesterday with my mother for Mother’s Day, she was in desperate need of a new mattress we were originally just looking for price options. We Never knew Pc Richards sold mattresses! Mir and manager Steve were both knowledgeable and professional helping us! They gave us a great deal she couldn’t turn down! She is looking forward to the delivery of her new mattress!! Highly recommend, and to defiantly look into their mattress selection! Great prices. PC Richards location in Bellmore is an old school type of store where the customers matters the most. The staff and management really care that you are satisfied. In particular we’ve worked a lot with Mark recently and he has raised our customer satisfaction higher then it ever was before. From his knowledge, flexibility, patience and most importantly price, he has met or exceeded our HIGH expectations. Not to take away from Mark in any way because he is great to work with, but the managers that back him up always do the right thing by us. We have purchased every single major appliance and other smaller electronics there for many years ( 10+ yrs). I have purchased so much there over the years I know more then half the salespeople in the store at any one time. Become a regular customer there, they will not let you down.

I purchased a GE portable AC unit from PC Richard 1 yr ago. Unit worked great for the first season. When i went to install it this season, the unit would no longer blow cool air. I figured I was out of luck because I didn’t purchase extended warranty. Having nothing to lose I reached out to PC Richard in Bellmore where I originally purchased the unit. Lucky for me, a gentleman named Ken S, who identified himself as a assistant store manager, answered the call. After listening to my AC dilemma, Ken opened a claim for me with GE corporate which refunded my original purchase price. Needless to say, I went back to PC Richard and with the help of Ken and Chris M , I walked out with a brand new AC unit. Can’t say enough about the professionalism of these 2 guys! I have been going to this pc Richards for over 30 years. They never fail to deliver. My sales man Chris mondello / was very knowledgeable of all products and so helpful. I also use salesman Garth too but he wasn’t there tonight.but I am so pleased and relieved that I was able to get all my appliances for a new build in an hour. They go above and beyond for there customers and they back up there products with there affordable warranties. I have used that warranty for appliances and have there own people come and fix it. No outside companies. I need to add the store manager and asst manager rock ! So if you are in need of anything from appliances to outdoor bbq etc and beds. One stop shop and you will be at ease bc they have it all. That’s why I keep coming back they do the right thing. !!!!!!

I recently bought a fridge from PC Richards in Bellmore. They delivered the fridge, it never got cold and all my food went bad. They were scheduled to come the following week to replace the fridge. They missed the window and came about 3 hours late. No call, no communication. I had given up and was walking out the door when they arrived. They brought in the new fridge. The new fridge knocks like an old car everytime you close the door. I called them they were supposed to send someone today to look at it. It is now 10:30pm and no one showed or called. My daughter stayed home all day waiting. So we are out a couple hundred dollars in food and countless hours.... I didnt leave a poor review when the first fridge didnt get cold and ruined my food, I didnt leave a poor review when they never called and were 3 hours late... but now they didnt call OR showup.... its really brutal. When you screw up you gotta bend over backwards to fix it.... they screw up and keep screwing up. Theres no attempt to make amends. Its rough

My last purchase was good so I went back and ordered a new Jen Air dishwasher. Salesman Rob Tansky helped my wife and I choose and we found a nice affordable quiet model that fit with out kitchen. This purchase and installation went without problems and was at our house within days of ordering. I would definitely go to the Bellmore store again.My previous review:...went to PC Richard in Bellmore to purchase a bluetooth speaker, i ended up buying a bose soundtouch speaker that is wireless and works off the wifi in my house. The salesman suggested this speaker and i couldnt be happier. The new store is really big and brite and has alot to look at. Went upstairs to mattress dept and was impressed at how clean and organized it is. I will certainly go there for my next mattress.

My wife and myself have purchased multiple items at the Bellmore PC Richards on Sunrise Hwy. We always make sure we see THE SHEIKH for assistance. He has never disappointed us. His over the top knowledge and sharp attention to our needs makes our trip to PC Richards amazing. Our last two purchases were for a stove/oven and a refrigerator and one in the wall AC. He made sure we received a great price for the AC since we were replacing the broken one that was purchased a few years ago and he was disappointed it broke so soon. All of our items were delivered on time and our experience was again fantastic. There’s only one SHEIKH and he’s always ready to help everyone.
Went there two weeks ago to buy a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer for my new house, met with Tom who was so helpful throughout the process. Just went back to him today to finish up some Christmas shopping and again he was helpful. He didn’t care if the purchase was large or small he wanted to do what was best for me and my wife .

All I have to say is that the experience was grand. Me and my wife went in to purchase all new kitchen appliances and some other needed items for our planned remodeling. Robert and Gerald were unbelievably helpful and knowledgeable about the appliances pointing out different features on each crafting out what might work best for us. They then priced out the items and explained the different warranties without placing any pressure towards action or inaction on any of this. Joseph’s expertise and professionalism as well as that of PC Richard & Son, leaves a lot to be desired. They make a sale, give you a tentative delivery date, fail to deliver, and fail to follow up with a courtesy call. To further add insult to injury they advise the item was never in stock… shameful.

So the computer on our kitchen stove died. My wife & mother in law looked around and found a nice, reasonably priced stove and went to see it. The salesperson Syed greeted them and answered all questions very honestly and knowledgeably. Being in sales myself, I put a lot of stock in honesty and knowledge. We arranged the delivery for this past Thursday. The night before, we were emailed that they would be there between 10-2. They arrived at 11:30am. All in all a very professional experience from Syed and the rest of the staff. Thank you guys

Went to pay appliances bill.My bad, as I didnt get the bill yet but just wanted to get done & out of the way.At the time, they could not see in computer how much I owed. But they were able to make a payment.Just received statement, looks like I overpaid by $1,000.Will call to confirm tomorrow & ask for refund check. Taught me not to rush to pay for something.

I Went to PC Richards today in Bellmore to purchase a new oven. I buy everything I can from this store. I met Syed as soon as I walked in. I did not have to wait at all for assistance. He was bright, friendly and very knowledgeable. The whole transaction was done within half an hour. I met the manager Gerald who was super wonderful. He checked my order, made sure the measurements were exactly what I needed for my new oven. Couldn’t of been any easier. Great staff at this location. Highly recommend.

When I went to the store to get a tv and I didnt qualify for the PCrichard card. The sales rep took me To Matt and Phill at Acima in the store and the ran my info through their System and I got approved and walked out with a sound bar and my tv.I recommend the no credit check option with Acima. It was fast and I was very happy with my experience

Needed a new electric range. Stock is limited because of demand but Robert helped us find exactly what we needed. Went during the week and had our new range in by 10am Saturday. You can’t beat service like that!

Bought a dishwasher and dealt with Anthony and Chris. Process was easy and simple. Will use them again in the future when I need appliances.
Probably not a shock to anyone but the appliance warranties are total scams just designed to separate you from your money. Bought a whole collection of appliances from PC Richards at once, including a dishwasher, fridge, microwave, and 2 stoves. Less than a year later, the dishwasher lower wash arm has melted in half and the refrigerator is rusting.Even with appliance warranties on everything, PC Richards refuses to cover rust on the fridge. And to clarify it is a fridge sitting in a brand new kitchen, and it doesnt even have a water hookup so it is exposed to zero moisture.For the dishwasher, they set up an appointment with a local appliance repair business, naturally 2 weeks away from the date you call. I tell them specifically when making the appointment what part is broken. The appliance guy finally comes, says oh you have a broken lower wash arm, and says hell have to order the part (despite me already telling them what was broken). Of course it takes 2 more weeks for them to order the part. And Im expecting once its delivered itll take 2 more weeks before he can come and install it. Yet I could, on my own, order the exact $20 part I need from one of the many appliance part websites and have it here next day.All in all, its a giant scam to ensure that using a warranty on an appliance is as slow and painful as possible so that you dont use the warranty.

Went to this store expecting just to browse for mattresses and wound up walking out with a a whole new bed! Abid was extremely helpful and attentive. Had the fridge 3 months . Then the main section started getting warm. Got run around on the phone. Was told go to call our insurance company about spoiled food. Then said repairman would come by between 9-1pm.still waiting for tech to come by. Go to best buy, lowes anyone else. They are basically used car salesmen. Sold us a Whirlpool fridge June 30 2021 that broke down week ago.
Our TV broke after 10 years. I went to P.C. Richard and had a great experience with Thom my salesman. I had a budget I had to stick to including getting the extended warranty, delivery and set-up. He was able to find a TV in my range with all I needed. I highly recommend Thom and will go to him again if the need arises. Old fashion customer service and experience never gets old!

I would recommend this store and more specifically Eric P who really went above and beyond to help us with purchasing some new appliances.He greeted us as soon as we walked into the store and assisted us for probably a good two hours. We had a great experience with sales at PC Richards in Bellmore. Our air conditioner would not turn on so I contacted sales. Rob answered the phone and in one minute, he provided information about the model number and year of purchase. We discussed the options for a new unit. He offered some ideas on what might be wrong and suggested a very easy fix, a replacement remote. He provided the part number and a phone number to call. It worked!A muggy day in August makes for an easy air conditioner sale but this salesman was ethical and helpful. I have been shopping in PC Richards, Bellmore for many years and will continue to be a loyal customer. It pays to shop local.

Normally very happy ,I have purchased all my home appliances there. They beat everyones prices, but ont his occasion, I went in looking for a yeti cooler couldnt find them looped the whole store to find them by the right of the door and a small selection on site, none of the large models you would need for your yard. Normally they are very attentive there but that day my wife and I went unnoticed. But past visit and price match still get a good 4 stats

We come to PC Richards in bellmore for all of our needs. We just purchased a washer, dryer and a gorgeous 65 inch Samsung TV. The sales people are all honest, patient, and nice! They give the best deals around (we priced it out everywhere). Alex acts as if he is a friend, he is incredible. I manage a retail store for a living and these employees are extremely valuable! I recently moved and had to buy several TVs, washer, dryer, BBQ and a Ring security system. I was very impressed with my salesman, Eric Pillado. Eric was very patient and helpful. He answered all of my questions and provided me with his knowledge. My family and I are enjoying our purchases. Delivery and installs were all top notch. I purchased about $8,000 in appliances from PC Richard and they delivered to a house in Bellmore. I specifically upgraded so I could have an over that contained a grill. To my surprise, the grill was a simple piece of cast iron that just sat on top of the grill plates - it did not even fit.Worse, the refrigerator was delivered with a broken water line, which an attempt to repair was made with one coupling, but they did not do the other coupling. The service department is run by an outside third party that is run horrifically. They did say, however, that the color hose was not normal and they would never use a coupling in a line that could break and cause a huge flood.After six weeks, the service guy gave me 24 hour notice that they would be at the house. As its vacant and my cousin had died the day before, I left the lock box code in an envelope on the door. They ignored the envelope and the service guy refused to reschedule. Very nasty - possibly overworked.So I have been to the store at least six times and called service several times, all to no avail. Very difficult to get anything done in regard to service.thanks

2022-02-01Upon coming home to water all over my kitchen floor from my dishwasher, I headed to PC Richards the next day to pick out a new one.I was greeted by Eric who could not have been more helpful. He was knowledgeable, friendly and made the entire process an easy one. He went over different models and answered all my questions about each one.A new dishwasher turned into me picking out a new stove and refrigerator as well and again, Eric was extremely knowledgeable about each different one and helped me make the right choices. Excellent customer service and just simply a pleasure to deal with!

2022-06-30I went to PC Richards in search of appliances for my kitchen. I was helped by Chris, who was very knowledgeable and friendly. He gave me the best price on all the appliances I purchased. He also gave me his cell number and was able to help me reschedule delivery without a problem. I decided to go back to Chris when I needed a new washer and dryer. Once again, he helped me with finding me the best washer/dryer for the best possible price. I would highly recommend going to see Chris for anything you need for your home…even mattresses!
