Norbert was great ! He has excellent customer service and was able to answer all of our questions. Had a great experience working with him to find a fridge and stove today. When you go ask for Norbert, you will not be disappointed.
Pan the associate was great, he helped us with the purchase of our TV and accessories. Manager Rick also help in the purchase of our fire place . Great service nice people what else can you ask for ?

I went to PC Richard at Gateway. Sales person Abdullah Took care of myDesktop completely with patience. I am very happy with his service. whereas when I called for the technical support to solve my issue over the phone, they could not do that.
I see Haseeb is a truly wonderful salesman I came in and ready to not buy anything today and I’m going home with a refrigerator and an antenna and that is due to the expertise and personality of Huseeb and his patience. 2022-05-24What a phenomenal team! Russel my salesperson went above and beyond in assisting me in getting the right size refrigerator and timely. He is very knowledgeable and a true asset to this company!! The two techs that delivered the refrigerator were true professionals and very polite. I highly recommend them all. Thank you!!

2022-05-08The staff members are very nice but THE POLICYS THEY HAVE TO ENFORCE ARE HORRIBLE!!! This is for THE PC RICHARDS AND SON COMPANY, not the employees at the store.. The the extended warranty is not beneficial at all.. The washer i purchased in December 2020 was deemed unrepairable last week. The extended warranty i purchased didnt kick in until January 2022.. The company gave me a store credit less $25 of what I actually paid, which was to purchase a replacement machine. AND THEY PUT A 30 DAY EXPIRATION DATE ON THE CREDIT... WOW!THEY NOW EXPECT ME TO PURCHASE ANOTHER EXTENDED WARRANTY.. MEANWHILE MY INITIAL EXTENDED WARRANTY HAS ONLY BEEN ACTIVE FOR 5 MONTHS OF THE 2 YEARS. I TOOK A CHANCE WITH THIS COMPANY FROM A RECOMMENDATION FROM MY SISTER.. I CANT AFFORD TO PURCHASE ANOTHER PLAN. THEREFORE, IF ANYTHING HAPPENS TO THIS REPLACEMENT MACHINE.. IM GOING BACK TO HOME DEPOT FOR MY APPLIANCES..

2022-05-08Yesterday, I shopped at the P.C. Richard & Son Gateway location, and I had a very favorable experience. Abdullah, one of the sales representatives, was patient, accommodating and very helpful. He listened to my needs and provided excellent service to ensure that I left the site satisfied. He even carried my purchase to the car in the rain.
