I went to purchase a new Kitchen Aid Dishwasher and was immediately assisted by Mohammed who was knowledgeable about the product and processed my order. Matt the manager came over to greet me as I have purchased items from this location previously and asked if he could assist in any way. This personal touch is why I return to the New Hyde Park PC Richards, Matt and his sales people are great.
Wow what a great experience we had with our sales person Steven Vricciariello… His assistant and knowledge were second to none.. We purchased a Killer set of BOSE SPEAKERS & Three Real nice air-conditioners …. Great service and no pressure… We will be back
Today, I purchased a new Maytag dryer at the PCRichards in New Hyde Park.I was helped by a very kind gentleman by the name of Khan. Although, I had research edseveral dryers before hand and knew what I wanted. Khan made my purchase pleasant and enjoyable...it took me all of 20 or 30 minutes to make the purchase. He was pleasant and listened to what I wanted.He was very concerned that I was making the correct purchase for my needs and house.I was truly pleased with my experience.Deliver will be in a few days, and I truly hopethat experience will go just as fast and pleasant. 5stars for a kind and knowledgeable gentleman. We bought a nice refrigerator & was delivered to our house. As soon as the 2 guys finished putting together the refrigerator inside the house, they just left the clear plastic bag with cardboard & Styrofoam inside the clear plastic bag outside the curb near the sidewalk. Thank God, my husband gave the 2 guys a good tips and this is what they do afterward & without thinking on how to put the clear plastic bag in the stood in front of our house. This is ridiculous and with no consideration of what theyre doing by not thinking it right!!! 😒
We just purchased a new fridge and Mr. Khan was the best. Best place to buy any appliance or anything else needed. I would recommend this pc Richard location because they always go above and beyond for their customers. I would recommend comparing the service and even the price from other places because they cant come close to pc Richard. Mr. Khan and all the staff have been great.
Store is great (Wish they had more items on actual display imo) but what makes this store stand out from all the rest is their customer service. Especially their manager Alex, who was relentless (in a good way) when the item I bought had issues with the install. Alex came to the rescue and once the issue was resolved on the 2nd try/delivery day, he followed-up with a personal phone call to make sure all went well. I highly recommend this store (and if Alex ever reads these reviews - Thank you too Alex!)
Knowingly sold me a defective LG refrigerator in 2019. Luckily for me I purchased their extended warranty and they were able to send in a technician to perform the repair… one week after the refrigerator broke down. Fridge still does not work. Gave the techs another call and spoke to the manager here. The said that they would send another technician later in the week. Spoke to the manager and told him this is unacceptable and said he would give me a call and push me to the front of the line for repairs. Nothing. No follow up, no repairs, sitting with a dud for nearly two weeks now. Big middle finger to their predatory sales practices and their outsourced repair team.
Purchased a TV and dishwasher with Abu. He was so professional and explained everything in detail . He made our buying experience. 5 star one. Will definitely look for him when I purchase my barbecue this spring.

I was in need of a fridge because my old GE suddenly stopped working. Since the nearest one is in New Hyde Park, I decided to stop in. Alex Williams helped me pick a newer model of the old one I had. It was a GE French Door Refrigerator, and it was perfect for my needs. I also included the warranty that he suggested so I wouldnt worry about any repairs in the near future. I came into the P.C. Richard of New Hyde Park looking to upgrade my home entertainment system. Juvensky knew exactly what I needed and helped put everything together. I’ve been to this particular P.C. Richard a few times and have always been treated great by Matt and all his staff. I went to pc Richards in new hyde park on Sunday afternoon dreading it because I thought it would be very busy which it was , I needed to pick out a new microwave and wine cooler , well what a pleasant experience it was! My sales person was Alex and was thoroughly knowledgeable about the products I needed and we ordered both items within a half hour and set up delivery and install within 3 days. He also was able to give me better prices on both items I purchased. I highly recommend this Pc Richards location and Alex for your salesperson!

I came in a week or so ago on a nice day wanted to look at acs cause my old one died. I was greeted by alex w, when he greeted me he mentioned pc Richard was having a mattress and pillow sale, I had no idea they even sold mattress and pillows. Do not buy the Warrenty!!! It is a scam! The process for getting parts replaced and repaired is a complex and tedious, I suspect by design to deter customers from using it. Freezer stopped making ice multiple times. They outsource to another appliance company, Dan Marc. Took entire day off for technician to deem ice maker broken. Inspection took 5 minutes. Then he ahd to order the part and reschedule. Took another day off for another technician, rude and combative individual to say it did not need replacing. Took third day off after extensive arguing on Phone to replace ice maker. Jot worth your time. Three days off from work and aggravation, I should have bought a new one. Dont need the attitude either. Customer service is atrocious and offensive. Shop elsewehre.

A good appliance store with an ample space for parking. However, sales associates are not readily available. We had to shout a few times before we found one. Their collection is good, if not extensive. Check online their catalog before you head out.
I called to buy a refrigerator. The salesman very rudely said he can’t hear me and he hung up the phone. Wow!!!! New Hyde Park pc Richard’s. Meanwhile the music in the background was loud, duuhhhh! You can’t hear me?? You lost my business.

I left five stars for awhile now but I thought I would add a review. We have been going to this location well probably since they opened. We are what we all would call difficult customers. We probably make their lives hell sometimes. But they have always treated us good and helped us in any way they could anyhow. I came in for 2 new air conditioners. The first person I approached for help told me he was busy on the phone with personal stuff. The next gentleman just pointed to the back corner of the store. At that point I was pretty frustrated. I came to a man named Khan. I told him what I wanted and he knew exactly what sizes and btus I needed. He was a true professional and was extremely friendly. He put me at ease right away. His service was so good that I decided to buy my new tvs from him rather than best buy. What a great guy and because of Khan, a great experience!

I am, once again, asking for you to give the manager named Alex a raise. He is the single, most wonderful, and beautiful man Ive ever come into contact with. When I say I went in this place CLUELESS, I mean it. Ive never used a washer or a dryer in my life! But you wouldve thought this guy has been doing the laundry for his whole family since the stone ages. OH YEEESSSS this man knew EXACTLY what I needed. Ive never enjoyed laundry myself. My girl usually does it for me after I let it pile up but now.....I do all the laundry and Im smiling about it. Not because its fun, no. But because Ive changed thanks to Alex and his wonderful service. I am a new man.

Went into the New Hyde Park store after having a problem with an online order that couldn’t be resolved for my elderly aunt. Fortunately, Alex the manager was available and was able to assist and resolve the problem. He researched various microwaves along with their specifications from different manufacturers until he found one with a zero clearance door, which was exactly what I needed for the space. He was patient, knowledgeable and went the extra mile to set up delivery. In addition, he contacted me with a follow up call to make sure the delivery process was confirmed. Excellent service!! Such a relief to find a microwave that actually fit without damaging the wall.

I honestly wont go anywhere else now. This guy Alex Gesualdo helped me out and surprised me by knowing what he was talking about and not being pushy about what he thought I should buy. I wish more of their associates were that way. I told him what I wanted and he listened. Dude really had a good way to deal with me and I never felt like he was trying to upsell me or force me to spend more. Thats my guy every time I am going there now.

Steve is great alongside Matt or Mike the manager. They only showed me items they had in stock. I was updated with every change in the delivery whether it was sooner or later than planned.
Steve V helped me out so much. He was able to get me all the appliances that we needed at the lowest price and somehow he was the only person who found the items in stock and got them delivered the next day. Nobody else ever helped us like Steven V...

Came here to pick up new headphones before a trip and was helped by Khan. Hes a really friendly and helpful guy. I came back 2 weeks later and picked up the flagship Samsung 75 inch 4k tv and flagship Samsung 3.1.2 soundbar. He was very helpful as I was trying to decide between LG Oled and Samsungs QLed Neo, and compared 4 different sound bar options. As you can imagine we spent quite a bit of time going through all the different available features. Would highly recommend the location and working with Khan. Im very happy with the service.
Went to PC Richards looking for a good 43” TV bargain but not a lot to spend. Was helped by Steve who gave me good info on the TVs and did not push hard, he let me come to my own decision without being rushed.I ended up walking out with a 43” Samsung AND a Samsung soundbar because of his approach! Highly recommend , will be back when I am ready for another TV!

I purchased a dishwasher from Jonathan. He was very helpful and helped expedite delivery since I was needed one asap. The dishwasher works great and was priced very competitively.
In the past, I had no issues buying and receiving items from PC Richards. My last purchase of a washer machine, about a week ago was fine ordering online, but the delivery guys were terrible! We waited ALL day for the delivery. I was their last stop. The guys kept saying they were tired and hot. Without even taking the washer off the truck, my washer was unpacked inside their truck and it seems they already knew the washer was dented. They said it cant be delivered and left. I called to get my refund, which was a bit of a hassle too.I then called Mr Jay for the same washer, got it for less $ and delivery was spot on wonderful. Never again dealing with PC Richard. All it takes is one terrible experience.

Last year and during the pandemic my air conditioners were not working. I visited the New Hyde Park location and that is when I met Matt the store manager. I needed help the same size air conditioners for both my wall units. The experience I received that day was stellar. He took the time to find the models that would fit and during the pandemic with all they deliver issues he was able to get my units to me in a reasonable time. With that said we are remodeling our kitchen and I called Matt to see him personally. Again I went to the store and was completely satisfied with his help and salesman Robert .We went through all the kitchen appliances and got the proper fit and I left with a complete samsung kitchen refrigerator, stove,microwave and dishwasher. Matt is professional, he knows his product and is a real person. You can see in his store the cohesiveness of his team and how they all interact together. Will always shop this location and I truly enjoy shopping here.Kudos to the New Hyde Park team!!!!

Love shopping at this PC Richards - easy parking and location, salespeople are always helpful and friendly.A big shout out to Dan, who was just wonderful when my husband and I recently purchased a stove. He was so knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful. He really knew how to navigate the system and find us a stove that we would love as well as have delivered in 2 days ( no easy feat during a pandemic!). I really like this PC Richard & Son. During the pandemic, spending time in a public location is not something that I do. I went to PC Richards on three different occasions to complete holiday shopping. After entering, I was immediately greeted by one of the sales people. He offered to help me but kept his distance, allowing me to browse. I didnt feel pressured nor did I feel like I was being followed. After selecting the items I wanted to purchase, I was directed to the register where I was able to quickly pay for the items.The following week, I needed another item and called the store to see if they sold the specific model. The salesperson confirmed that they carried the item and proactively offered to see if it was in stock. To my surprise, I was told that the item was available. The salesperson allowed me to pay for the item over the phone. When I arrived at the store to pick up the merchandise, it was quickly loaded into the back of my truck and I was on my way in less than five minutes. Thank you PC Richard & Son for such great experiences.

Ordered an A/C online and used curbside pickup at the New Hyde Park store. It was completely seamless. Called when I pulled in and a young man appeared in less than 5 minutes. He checked my ID, put it in the car and I was on my way. No fuss, no muss - 10 minutes tops. Well done!!!!

Was picking up an order made onlineCalled the store to confirm it was there. The salesman that picked up was rude. He said if I got the email to pick it up then its here. Refused to look it up for me because his time was so valuable apparently.Lo and behold I show up at the store and the order is cancelled for some reason. If he took a minute to help a customer we couldve sorted it out beforehand. Waste of my day. Wish I got the trash salesmens name.

2022-05-02Great service from Jay. had no idea PC Richard had mattresses and a pillow sale. Came in a week and half ago for an Hdmi cable. I left knowing if I need a mattress I could go back to the New Hyde Park PC Richards store.I came back today May 1. 2022 and bought 2 Storm pillows and 2 protectors. The Storm 1.0 and 3.0.I plan on replacing my refrigerator within the next 6 months. Alex W. showed and explained details/features of various models that interested me. He was courteous, polite and knowledgeable. When I asked if a certain model could be ordered with an exterior ice and water dispensal, Alex W. did not hesitate to look this up.Alex W. and his manager, Jon, were very helpful as to the pillow firmness coding and explaining the benefits of pillow protectors. Alex W., great refrigerator knowledge and willing to research if not sure.I have been in other PC Richards stores and walked out as no one greeted me or offered assistance. I will not go back to those stores. Not so at the New Hyde Park Store. I was greeted and helped. Great staff, very friendly and knowledgeable along with a willingness to research if not sure. I will return to the New Hyde Park store for what I need I highly recommend the New Hyde Park store to shop in.

He was very patient, knowledgeable and professional.He took his time showing us different options from a wide range of selections, provided detailed information when answering our questions and even made some recommendations to replace out of stock items. He offered a vast amount of knowledge and answered pretty much all my questions regarding my purchases! I got exactly what I needed and what I was looking for in my purchase. 2022-02-23I had such an amazing experience at PC Richard & Son in New Hyde Park. I was immediately greeted by Khan when I walked in the door helping me with a purchase of a large TV. He was patient and polite as I showed him pictures of my renovation and where I was planning on hanging our new TV. Alex was also so kind and friendly with assisting me on the “perfect” size TV. It was the end of the day and they were closing soon but they were both giving me their full attention. I live in Floral Park and always use this particular PC Richard & Son and always have a wonderful experience. Thank you for always being so accommodating and professional!!
