I would rate this experience a 10 out of 10. He was very responsive and got all the right parts really fast. He was really nice and I felt like he really cared about the work he was doing.
Was able to get my keyboard replaced in 1 day, saved me from having to buy a new laptop. Would highly recommend.
My dental office runs on the computer system. digital xrays etc.When it went down, I was out of business. I called PCMACMD and they came out within an hour and got me up and running. Friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

2022-02-24Exceptional service! I dropped my MacBook Air off for repair at 10:30 AM and received a new screen by 1 PM. Sergio is amazing! Same day service is great since I am a full time graduate student and working remotely. Do not hesitant to make an appointment to fix your MacBook. I will definitely be back again! Thank you so much.

2022-02-26Great and quick service. I had a really bad cracked screen on my IMac and when I took my computer in for repair today 2/26/22 at 11am he said it would take about an hour and he had it ready by 11:30am fastest service I ever had. If you don’t want to be bothered with apple please take your products here because the service was fast
