Made a reservation on Opentable for a birthday brunch with a friend. We went on 1pm during a Friday and it was not busy at all. The food was great, we both loved what we got, and we both agreed that we would come back. They even sang Happy Birthday to me which I thought was pretty awesome. Seeing as they have different food for each time of the day, I would definitely come back at another time. My friend discovered this place through Tiktok and we love how it has such cool vibes! The waitress we had was great! And it’s right next to Times Square, so if you are looking for a place to eat this is it!
Can’t believe how charming this place is and the food is 🤯❤️ unreal. Southern food at its finest is what I will call this. Don’t skip the Mac and cheese, the drinks in a disco ball, the crab beignets, the tots and their peachy greens salad. Oh wait I almost forgot their dessert is insane! Order their soft serve with Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal, chocolate chunks and marshmallows. They blend it together and it’s on another level of goood!!!! You have to go!
Very beautiful place, takes you back in time. Very colorful & cool. Service was great. Good morning as ok, price was high.I only ordered a soda & a snack , bill came to 21$ so that’s high! I Gus’s for one time it’s ok.I wish they had more options for vegetarians & fish or seafood !If you in the area in Times Square, check it out. Vibe was great, stuff are very nice.Btw the restroom is pretty cool too & clean.
Wonderful experience from beginning to end. Upon walking in, the restaurant is beautifully vibrant with the 70’s themed colors and decor, with the upbeat music. The atmosphere will automatically put you in a good mood. I started off with the “A Clockwork Orange” cocktail which was delicious, but the best drink I’ve ever had was the “Kevin’s Special,” which was a special creation by the bartender. Please please put this on the menu! For food, we got several items so we could sample a wide variety, including the Crab & Corn Beignets, the Fried Burrata, Peach Bourbon Chicken Wings, and the Pan Seared Shrimp. Literally everything was so wonderful!! You cannot go wrong with what you order here. Literally good vibes and great food!
Checked this spot out for brunch. Its such a vibe! Its a 70s inspired restaurant with a modern twist located Midtown near Times Square. I usually avoid that area like its the plague, but this restaurant is worth going to. The decor is fun and colorful and the staff is friendly. We started off with the Trippie Hippie, a purple drink made with Empress Gin. We also got the Disco Sally, rum punch served in a small disco ball that lights up. I liked both drinks. To start, we ordered the crab and corn beignets and the truffle mac and cheese. I really liked the beignets, especially the paprika remoulade served with them. The mac and cheese was creamy and addictive. For our entrees, my friend ordered the PK Burger and I ordered the Chicken & Waffles. Whenever I see it on the menu for brunch, I have to give it a try. Theirs was spicy honey maple dipped fried chicken with a waffle topped with scallion butter. The spicy and sweet combination paired well especially with the creamy, savory butter. I thoroughly enjoyed it. We were getting full, but had to try dessert. We ordered two milkshakes: one strawberry loaded with all the toppings and chocolate one that we made boozy. I told them to surprise me with the choice of alcohol. Whatever they chose went well. We also got the funnel cake. Overall, the meal was really good and you should check this spot out. Its a unique and fun concept without being corny and gimmicky and the food is actually good.
Went with a party of 5 today. Server was super friendly and checked in on us a lot. The food was super affordable and decently priced. Also very yummy. Everything about this experience was good, I would only recommend maybe one of those blue light bug lamps if they dont already have one! You cant help a fly or two getting in with the door open but we were all the way in the back of the restaurant and had to swat a ton of flys and mosquitos away.
I had an outstanding late lunch experience with a friend at Peachy Keen. The venue (lights, colours, music, ambiance) was amazing and the customer service was out of this world! Our server, Armando, was so kind to choose two cocktails for us that were some of the best drinks we ever had, and was helpful throughout our visit. Highly recommend Peachy Keen!
Visiting some friends from DC and this place was just perfect. Dakarai was our server and he made good recommendations for food and drinks, and made sure that we were good the entire night. Drinks were great. The food gives diner, but the vibe is unmatched. Good music, good food and good service. I will be back
This place was really aesthetically pleasing. The air conditioner was on full blast, the music was good. The food is okay, not much flavor but not bad. The drinks were tasty and the service was okay. I didn’t get to try the milkshakes because I had order the steak dish & drinks the milkshakes would have been pushing it. I wouldn’t go back but would recommend to others to try this place at least once.
Peachy Keen was the best place to have my party last minute when I got rained out on August 22 for my park party. The vibe is everything and the staff was so accommodating for my party of 15 plus people. Maddie is a true rockstar she helped so much. She was on it and all my friends were so grateful for her. The service was amazing and the cocktail minute was great. And it included mock tails as well. Harriet was a great help as well she’s also the one who took the reservation. Awesome team. Everyone needs raises!
Brunch food was delicious and generously portioned. If I could rate the service, I would rate it 10 star for sure!!! Andrew was our server and he was nothing short of amazing! Very great food recommendations, quick and super friendly and he was willing to accommodate us in every way possible. (Including when we were cold lol).
Me and my boyfriend went and the hostess/ manger was super nice! They seated us very promptly. The place was FABULOUS to take pictures in! But as for the food… super bland there was no seasoning on anything… everything was nasty. And I know that food could have been super good if there was effort into it. For the price it was not worth it. But for the pictures totally worth it.
My friends and I were so excited to come to this spot. Definitely got our hopes up. Service was okay but food was FAR below expectations. The tater tots were GREAT but everything else was super bland and over priced. Chicken sandwich didn’t come as advertised. SO UNSEASONED. The side salad was foul. My friend got the fried chicken plate with gravy. My lord the gravy. It was literally brown water. I wish I was joking. Genuinely no flavor. The cheddar biscuits? No cheddar. Macaroni and cheese? basic. She enjoyed the shake. Honestly was the best part of the meal. For $95 I was expecting much more. Also they charged us for using a card but didn’t ask us if we wanted to use cash or not… over all would take a picture here but wouldn’t eat again.
I was so excited to try this restaurant. From the looks, it appears like everything would be amazing. Staff was friendly but the food was terrible. I’m highly disappointed. When we arrived we were seated promptly. The issue came in with the food, firstly, we were told there wasn’t any Mac & cheese to only find the couple next to us chowing down less than 25 mins later on Mac & cheese (WHO WERE SEATED AFTER US). I’m not sure why our waitress didn’t inform us that Mac & cheese was available but whatever. The next issue is, the chicken & dumplings my son had was very bland, my daughters tenders tasted like they were out of the pack from shop rite. The crab & corn beignets were great! My food arrived. In the description the pork chop says it’s supposed to be a peach bbq glaze, It didn’t have glaze on it, in fact it was KETCHUP on top (I took a taste separate from the meat to confirm that it was ketchup which I don’t even like ketchup) & the sweet potato purée was freezing, so I sent it back just being turned off. The cornbread was less than amazing but eatable. My brothers burgers literally tasted like cow, no flavor at all. Overall, I’m just very disappointed and dissatisfied because I truly wanted to love this restaurant.
I recently heard about this amazing spot and decided to go have dinner there to celebrate my birthday and I must honestly say I was mind blown . This place is absolutely magnificent and incredible. I walk in and was greeted with a warm smile from the door , I was then seated and then my server came introduce himself and I must tell you guys, I wish all restaurants had this type if hospitality service. It was just amazing. The food was out of this world and let’s not even talk about the drinks or desserts, there’s no words to describe or express it. I highly recommend you guys going by and giving them a try. It’s a beautiful atmosphere, the vibes is amazing and the food is to die for. Drop by and experience it for yourself.
This place is my new go to for brunch! Food is decant, atmosphere is fun and lively and the drinks and milkshake are super fun. But the service is why you go to Peachy Keen! Madison made our experience unforgettable with her positive energy and enthusiasm!!! Ask for Madison! We live in the neighborhood and are customers for life! Thanks Maddy!
Fun, bright, happy casual dining. I would definitely go back! Good food, didnt rush you, waiter was very accommodating and friendly and if you loved the 70s, its a must. My only negative comment is they ran out of the disco ball glass. Order more...Im coming to get my drink and glass!!!!
Beautiful place for pics and selfies. The food was good, but should maybe be a little simpler for the crowd the restaurant may attract. I love truffles Mac and cheese, but my nieces struggled to find something they wanted to eat other than the chicken sandwich and burger, but they took nice pics.
I’m a fan of themed restaurants but I wouldn’t put this one in that category. It’s more of a modern take of what the 1970s would be like in 2022 and designed for the aesthetics rather than an attempt to feel like the 1970s. The music, for instance, is modern music. Overall, I don’t think there’s anything too special about this restaurant and it isn’t somewhere I’d go back to.The drinks were fine but, as others have noted, there are no vegan options on the menu.
My friend and i were looking for dinner before the Harry Styles concert and we had the pleasure of getting served by Andrew. He was phenomenal and suggested the specialty Watermelon Sugar High! drink! It was delish and the food was great! The atmosphere is so fun in here!
Its a beautiful place, I didnt drink, but the drinks looked good and the shake was definitely peachyThe food here is not good though. Fries are fine, burger is good, but the watermelon salad was not, neither was the cornbread dish. They also charge full price on a side of fries for all entrees except the burger, the menu makes it seem otherwise
We had an amazing dinner at Peachy Keens. Recommend highly! The food was unbelievable! Fresh and yummy! The mac n cheese truffle was just the best we have ever had. Burgers were so flavorful and beyond your regular Burgers. Did I mention thr milkshakes?chocolate with jimmys rolled around the top of the glass! Perfect after a good day in the city! Close to shows. Such a great, clean, fun atmosphere !!!Dont miss this place!
The bartender Kevin was fantastic, great conversationalist and recommended me drinks based on what we talked about. There was also this female bartender that worked with him at around 4ish, didnt catch her name but great energy from her too.The food was good, a little steep, (especially the pork belly on the tots, definitely not enough). Though that might just be because I haunt Queens more often.
This place was awesome ! Music was great all the fun hits. The aesthetic was very 70s, fun and detailed . The food was amazing I had the wings and the meatballs was phenomenal and drinks were good too ! Staff was great Kevin served and was very attentive. Highly recommend and will come back with friends
This place is so adorable!!! The vibe is colorful fun and kitschy, a modern take on a flower power groovy aesthetic. We had the peach bourbon wings and peach porkchop and were very happy with both. A little pricey but standard for the area. But the best part of all was the SERVICE!! We were served by DAKARAI and he was so lovely, warm, attentive and fun. Hope to see him and the whole team there again very soon!
Food was just okay. I asked to add chicken to my peachy green salad and they forgot to put chicken in it. When I let them know they brought the chicken out like 20 minutes later and I had already eaten half my salad… they didn’t comp us for it either. I’m only giving some stars because the ice cream at the end was pretty solid.
This place is such a vibe! The decor is ADORABLE and the music was bangin’. Their Bloody Mary was top notch! I honestly haven’t had a better Bloody Mary in the city. But my favorite part of my experience at Peachy Keen was our fabulous server Dakarai! They were the sweetest and so helpful and patient as I navigated the menu and couldn’t decide what I wanted to eat! Thank you for such a great experience Dakarai! I’ll definitely be back : )
I just happen to come across this place and I’m glad I did because it turned out to be a really great place the drinks are good we had a very nice bartender named Kevin he took very good care of us. The food here is also go so if your ever in the Time Square area you really should give it a try I stop in before my Broadway Play started and I plan on going back again
I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but the service here was really unfortunate. We came in at 5:30pm, they seated us in a weird place, we asked if they could move us (since only 20% of the restaurant was filled), they said “no, because it’s going to fill up”. It didn’t fill up. Also, the waitress we had barely acknowledged our existence, and the staff kept trying to take our plates away every 5 minutes. It’s like they were trying to rush us out. At the end, our waitress didn’t even ask if we wanted dessert, and she just put the check down. It was a really unsettling experience, and I will not be rushing to come back.
If I could give 0 stars I would. First time visiting this place cause a friend recommended it to me. Reached on time for my reservation ambience was nice just very cold so walk with a sweater if you going , but after this review I doubt you’ll be going. Was seated wait approx 10am for a server. Ordered drinks and 5 appetizers, the only one worth is was the corn and crab beignets. Wing no, cheddar biscuits dry and the meatballs cold.Proceed to order chicken and dumpling for main , out waiter advise us he put it in and shift is about to change so we’ll have another waiter. We sad for about and hour he as if we needed anything else and I was like yea my food.To my surprise he came back and said no food was put in for this table to my surprise. After waiting an hour. He quickly offered us our check now real apology nothing. Gave him 2 cards to split the bill be placed all in one card. This has to be one of the worst experience I’ve experienced in NYC and for a new restaurant to be giving this kind of service just crazy.ZERO STARS WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
Food was okay. Wait staff was just horrible! I suggest if youre going to discuss a patron returning an appetizer because it was the wrong order, please go in the kitchen or somewhere and please dont point at them as youre talking about them. I probably will not return to this restaurant and will not suggest it to anyone visiting NYC.
Came to Peachy Keen after trying a sample cocktail they were offering when they first opened like 2 weeks ago. Ive been thinking of the Peachy Keen cocktail ever since. I came today to sit at the bar. Melissa was so fast and made my cocktail beautifully. She really cared that it was made properly, quickly and the presentation was awesome. Will definitely be back.
Kevin was absolutely amazing. He cracking jokes all night. Rachel literally looked at us and we just laughed So much. The waiter Darren was extremely hospitable and I really enjoyed myself. I would recommend anyone to this bar. They are down to earth and the drinks are strong .
We love HK restaurant group so no surprise we’d love Peachy Keen! Our fave mixologist from Dolly Varden (Christian) helped with the cocktail menu here and the vibes were RIGHT. Birthday, date night, friend in town, night out - you’re set. Attentive and lovely severs - we loved chatting with Dakarai B. Such a sweetheart, have their blue Hawaiian and literally anything off the food menu. Does not disappoint.
The prices are overrated and the food is not good. I sent my pork chop back because it wasn’t tasty. The waitress said there was no more cheese left to make the Mac and cheese. A couple came in 5 mins later and got the Mac and cheese. My brothers had the burger and they said it was one of the worsts they had ever had. Definitely skip this place unless your getting drinks. The staff is very friendly and polite the vibe is good but the food is a waste.
Interior design was the best part I’m not gonna lie. Music was insanely loud, to the point where we all got a headache and couldn’t wait to leave. Food took forever to come and when it did it was disappointing to say the least. I paid $180 for a food that was 3.5/10 and like I said all of my friends and I couldn’t wait to get out of there because the music loud and obnoxious…
I was soo excited to try this place, with all the great reviews. Here’s the real:Ambiance, decor, vibe : 4/5I actually really loved the theme, so cute!Service: 3/5I do believe my date and I could’ve been approached more often. We waited for everything. From the 1st sit down, we waited until someone finally said hello and took our order. We waited for our order. We waited to speak about updates on our order and we waited for our check. I understand things get busy, but even a “just one moment I’ll be back with you” could’ve made a difference.Though I would say, the young woman at the front when you first walk in was extremely friendly and for her, I added a star.Now….Food: 2/51st thing I’d like to mention, which seems to be apparent, is the inconsistency in taste and overall presentation.I’m not sure if our food was just rushed, because it looked like nothing of the pictures seen in the menu or even those raving about the food. Closest thing to the actual presentation shown was the pk burger.2nd thing is how actually bland the food was.We ordered the truffle Mac, peach bourbon wings, ribeye steak and the pk burger.Truffle Mac was actually saucy but bland. Honestly tasted like macaroni and milk.Peach bourbon wings literally tasted like wings with ketchup. We expected a sweet bbq kind of taste with a hint of peach, but no. It honestly tasted like ketchup. I thought it was a joke when someone else mentioned it, but she was indeed correct. The ribeye was also bland but the sauce that came with in a cup saved the taste for me. I also was disappointed because I ordered medium and it came out extremely well but didn’t have the energy to send another order back. I actually enjoyed the kale on the side. The kale had the most seasoning compared to any other dish we ordered. The side of potatoes were just okay. The pk burger, my boyfriend actually hated. How does one hate a standard burger? Like, he actually couldn’t complete it and I actually was surprised by that. He stated that “ it taste like nothing.”The drinks are absolutely beautiful and cool. So I’d recommend going for just that.We also didn’t order any dessert, but they did look awesome.Overall, I don’t plan on ever returning, but in the event they worked on their service and maybe the consistency of the dishes they bring out; in terms of taste and look, I’ll think about it.
Despite the beautiful ambience and decor I would probably not come back. The food was soooo bland. The truffle Mac and cheese was incredibly disappointing.Even the Caesar Salad was terrible….If it weren’t for the decor and ambiance I am pretty sure this place wouldn’t be frequented as often as it is. The food is beyond subpar.Paid my check and had to get some more food elsewhere. Also the reviews about the AC are very accurate. It is FREEZING! Come prepared. Hey but at least it’s instagram worthy I guess
This a vibey groovey place! The decor is bright and fun! The restaurant is spacious with comfy seating. Servers are friendly and attentive, I dined on a Wednesday afternoon, it was pretty empty. The drinks were delicious but the food was just okay! I enjoyed the flavor of the wings but would’ve enjoyed a more crisp skin! The mac tasted like milk ; no chz. I’d pop back in for drinks for sure!
I came here last Thursday on a date with my boyfriend. I was so amazed by the atmosphere, the food, drinks, and the service! The hosts and the bussers were incredibly kind and on top of it, but I have to give a shoutout to my server Armando who was holding it down! We got the wings, biscuits, mac and cheese, and chicken sandwich, and everything was better than the last! Will definitely be back soon!!!!
Worst customer service and rudest manager Ive ever met. His name is Conor! My friend and I ordered a chicken and dumpling plate and it came raw with blood not well cooked even though we mentioned to the waiter to make sure that it is well cooked. Conor gave us attitude asking whats wrong with the chicken even though it was very clear.
I tried posting my review on Open Table, however the link was inoperable for me, so Ill post here. I visited about 3 weeks ago with my closest friends from college. Overall our experience was amazing and the atmosphere was great. DAKARAI was our waiter and let me tell you, he was knowledgeable about the menu and very attentive. Everything we had did not disappoint. We tried the truffled mac n cheese, the caesar salad with steak, the seared shrimp and the PK burger. For drinks we had the Blue Hawaiian, the tea-quilla mockingbird and a boozy milkshake. Thanks Peachy Keen!
Soooo I decided to have a couple of friends and family to join me here to pre celebrate my 49th birthday here. Omg. The hospitality the Ambiance. The food drinks decor. All such a vibe. No rush. And everything came in 2 snaps. No complaints. Accept the Air wax freezing. But that was taken care of as soon as I mentioned it. Since Chelsea was the best. Rhe Carri. Well thats probably not the correct spelling. But I nicknamed him. Love love love them. So attentive an patient. I can be annoying. When it comes to drinks. But they made sure I was satisfied. I live 2.5 hours away. But Ill be back. Soon. I need the those crab and corn cakes. Lol. They are actually called something else. But they were amazing. S/O to tje chefs as well. The food presentation was so post ready. ❤❤❤😆
Very bad experience. We were very excited to first try that place but it turned to be really disappointing. The waiting was too long before the waitress came and took our orders. It was even longer to be served. After we were done with the meals, she finally served us our drinks and cocktails. The AC is way to high. The dishes are simple with no sauce not even salt or pepper. The beef has no taste. The crispy chicken is better to be eaten at KFC...Its, at the end of the day, only a Instagram spot.Avoid this place.
Had a great time celebrating my moms birthday at peachykeen! We had the It’s ya birthday groovy shake which we highly recommend. The vibes and the atmosphere were SO fun. Our waitress, Madison, was an excellent server and carefully reviewed all my nut allergy concerns and added a birthday candle shake to my moms shake!
I was so excited to visit this place my boyfriend and I came in on a Wednesday night after a broadway show it was pretty empty only 2 other tables were seated. The food and drinks were decent but that service was BAD. The waitress just threw down the menus on the table . She literally only came to the table twice once to take out order and again to give the bill. As I was sitting I could see her in the back of the restaurant eating. I get that people have to eat but you probably should actually have a break for that and not do it while your servicing customers. She never came to ask us if we needed anything else, how the food was. I literally had to wave down someone else just to get the bill paid. I typically don’t leave bad reviews but I was so disappointed in this service especially considering the restaurant was practically empty while we where there.

2022-08-16Peachy Keen is a real cute place, I loved the vibes and the decor of it! If you’re looking for comfort food, look no further. There’s a DJ spinning too but Sunday afternoon brunch, it wasn’t too loud, just the right volume!I went for brunch on a Sunday and I will say the service was incredibly slow, the restaurant was busy but not packed, but it still took at least 30 minutes to take our order, and another 30 for food to come - it was not a quick process. The food was pretty good, nothing OMG AMAZING but it was tasty and the portion sizes were very good for the prices. My 2 friends each got a drink and said it was made strong too.I would go back to try the dinner menu on a weeknight, maybe when its less busy. Would recommend if you have time and looking for something cute and comfort food!

2022-08-29Such a fun and unexpected place, and so close to the theatre district. The decor is the highlight of the place, but the music, the friendly staff, the amazing drinks and the mix of locals and tourists seal the deal. Southern style comfort food with a few surprises. Decadent desserts and shakes.

2022-06-22Place was great, I liked the decorations and the seating was really comfortable. Service was good and very attentive. Food was good too, I recommend trying the wings. Definitely worth giving the place a try and I’ll be back next time I’m in the city!

2022-08-05This is a very short review because unfortunately I didn’t spend enough time here to get a gist of everything they offered. The staff is friendly and the decor is ON POINT!I personally feel that the menu is a little lack luster, not many options and kind of basic food you can find anywhere in the city for a cheaper price. The item we did want to try was not available so we just decided to leave.I would consider coming back because they are a very new establishment.

2022-08-16Decor is pristine. Chicken sandwich was good (but not amazing.) Cheddar biscuits were great. Cookies & cream soft serve dish was 😍One star off because they charge a 3% credit card processing fee which I’m pretty sure is illegal in NY.

2022-08-26This place is so cute! It is like a selfie station in every corner. The food is even better. The drinks are so cute and delicately made. We really enjoyed our brunch here on a Sunday it was well worth it.

2022-09-04The coffee drinks were excellent, but the burger was super dry, with no taste. We paid $300 for four people. If you want to eat a tasty burger, don’t go there. They didn’t even ask if we wished to have medium rare etc.

2022-07-25Great new groovy place in the city. The decor is fun, service is friendly and they have a great array of menu items. The drinks are super strong. 1 frozen limoncello drink will have you really feeling it. Highly recommend giving this place a try.

2022-07-30The Peachy Keen ❤️ New Restaurant near Birdland Jazz ClubWe LOVED it ! The place itself has these 70s/80s vibes, lots of colors and disco bowls…(You may want to take a lot of pictures) but not only ! The servers / people working at the Peachy Keen were AMAZING !We came at 2 families, arrived at the table and had the kids menus ready with crayons/ a coloring and it was well appreciated ! It’s closed to Broadway so you can definitely walk there after a show (we went see Aladdin : Wow wow wow - That’s another topic).Take a look at my photos to see the menu.I had the Burger and it was delicious !My frozen cocktail was perfect. The kids had the choice between : Apple, orange or Pineapple juices - they had the kid burger and the waffles and loved it.Great great experience !We will be back !Great place

2022-08-05Peachy Keen was a delight! The drinks was great, and the food was delicious though a bit pricey. One thing I would change though is that the food should come with one added side. The sides are additional costs and it is not a few dollars. Other than that, the ambiance was great with good music and a 70s feel.
