Peak Automotive Rocks….Tray and Jamesdisplayed professional swagg at its finest. I had a LS460 2007 paid off. I used that trade along with $ cash down and leveled up into a LS460L 2013. Ive purchased several cars over the years and my experience at Peak Automotive was one of the best. The dealership not only offered a top notch selection of automobiles, but they provided great costumer service. There great they do what they say there going to do they dont screw you over they really do the best they can and I would tell everyone I know to go see them if they need a car also the ones you should ask to help you is Nick And James there a great team you will never go wrong with these two guys on your side. Jason sold me BMW 528i xdrive 2013 last year in November with the Power train auto warranty to be on the safer side and recommended by Jason. Vehicle been faulty since day 1, but naive me thought I am getting the best deal. Now the car is at dealer getting engine replaced , and warranty doesn’t cover anything. Please read the disclosures before buying it. And take your mechanic if you buy your cars from fishy place like this.
Contacted their internet sales team through text from a listing on cargurus. asked Jason if he could give me an out the door price. he fed me the speel about quality and not pricing. I asked if they could do $1500 off the asking price. (no big deal right?)well for Jason this clearly was a big deal. he went off on a tangent and said 1500 off? why not $2000? maybe I can talk to me manager and get you $3000 off.clearly this guy has never sold a car. every single person tries to negotiate. He is a horrible employee, has trash customer service skills, and should probably be put in a room to just handle paperwork, never to speak to a potential customer again...

Owner Mike tells me $25,500 for a van. I go to put a deposit after talking to the bank and he ask me can I play in the ballpark with $28,000. Really great way to do business. Doesnt even have a shop to look over truck. Very bad customer service. Would not recommend dealer.

I am beyond dissatisfied and disappointed with the way I was dealt with here. I was the first person to look at one of the cars and had the mechanic looking at it then they had sold it out from underneath me. Jason seemed like a good guy and told me I was first in line then goes to sell the car. I tried to put a deposit down and they wouldn’t let me, very unprofessional and I would not recommend to go and buy a car from here.

Drove 4 hours to look at a vehicle that shouldve been serviced and ready to pick up they had the car for sale at 19995 it was listed for that price And I even have the purchase and sales showing the $19995.00 with the signature from the dealer and insurance all ready for the car and all of a sudden I check today it was 21,900.. I came with a cashier check with taxes and all when I got there they wanted me to practically pay 25k for a car thats all scratched up dinged up the driver door didnt open and the front bumper has a hole in it the blinker on the mirror was broken which is not shown in the pictures and they did not want to budge on the price or work with us,when we asked the lady whats the 2 grand for she told us it was to prep and service the vehicle to pay for new tires and oil changes etc !!! all vehicles should b serviced by the dealer and ready for any customer to take the car home!! no customer should pay for car to b serviced, a car they do not own or have never had in theyre possession!! they are crooks and are very bad business ppl!! they will b reported to the better business bureau!! I recommend this place to nobody!! we were willing to just buy the vehicle for the asking price off the 21,900 which is more than what it was listed for ..and the owner still wanted more than what he was asking for the vehicle which makes no sense to me!! I wasted a whole day on these clowns!! worst dealer in the world. We also rented a vehicle They claimed they called me yesterday I had no missed phone calls. If there was an issue why couldn’t they call me this Morning and not wait till I drove 4 hours to tell me .. oh there is some bad news. For someone who works in the finance department and does Car loans . These numbers do not add up ! On the plus side on our way home we found the same vehicle with 33,000 miles mint condition very friendly dealership told them our experience and we are financing the car with them for only 21k!

Well I’m gonna leave a review just like it says on the board in the office. I’m really upset about how this situation was handled we were in contact with a man named Amir for the past couple days on a car. On the day we went to look at the car, he was alerted that we were coming. When we arrived to the place he shook our hands and had a nice smile on his face. Then we asked to look at the car and he giggled and said oh the car actually sold early today. Now you can understand why we could be upset. We all took off work and drove an hour to get there to then find out the car sold early. If this how all customers are treated I wouldn’t recommend this place then.

NEGATIVE STARS!!! Dont go here !!! Dishonest and a crook. After purchasing a vehicle from PEAK. The Engine light went on. The computer identified the problem as the Catalytic converter. Car keep going back but they never fixed!!! Despite the computer read out. He would reset the trouble light and return car Never supplied and paperwork even when asked he said we didnt need it. He had car all tolled for over 30 days without doing anything!!! Still not fixed now up to 7 months of lies and slick stories. DONT BUY A CAR HERE!!!! RIP-OFF AND LIAR !!!

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! The owner is a liar and a fast-talking crook! Purchased a vehicle with several issues which the dealer refused to fix! I noticed several different noises which I reported to the dealer. Within a week, the lugnuts were falling off the car and were spinning around inside the center caps. He made me bring the car in to his mechanic who put basic lugnuts on (because his mechanic had lost the key to the locks) and said nothing was wrong with the car (this was after my personal mechanics noticed a bunch of issues which included a leaking axle seal and broken axle, serpentine belt, rotted exhaust pipe and a ride control compressor). He screamed at me that I was making it up. Luckily the axle was covered under manufacturer warranty and was repaired by the dealership who sells the make of my car (obviously not made up)! However, there were still the other issues that needed to be addressed. He then told me to have my mechanic fax over the quote and that he would take care of it. Once he saw the quote ($577) he screamed at me again that it was too much money and refused to pay even half of the bill. He was condescending, nasty, forceful and spoke over my every word and told me that if I called him again he was going to sue me for harassment! Are you kidding me? I was forced to fix these things on my own within the lemon law time period! Additionally, I had to do brakes and get another key made (the car only came with one key). We spoke of court and he said his wife was a lawyer and that he couldnt wait to take out his bazooka! and that I cant wait to make you cry in court! Unbelievable! Who treats their customer like that! Not professional at all!

They will rob you without a gun and a mask. They sold me car with no headlights only high beams. They sold me a warranty, I never had. Collected my money paid in full. I called warranty company they have no record of my warranty. I was robbed for $1585.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone! They had a worker there that was scamming people out of money for a year and they claimed they knew nothing about it. By time they “ found out “ what he was doing he got away with thousands of dollars from many people and the owner refuses to help the people he stole from. Now the cops are looking for him. Horrible service!

Went to Peak automotive today in hopes of coming home with a car. After being to many other dealerships and getting thrown absurd numbers and fees with subpar credit - we weren’t feeling very positive while car shopping. Amir and everyone at peak automotive completely changed that experience for us. It was the most pleasant experience we’ve had shopping for a car. Amir was very upfront and reasonable. We were at the dealership for no more than two hours and drove home with a beautiful car. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a used car.

This place is a rip off. They sell cars from the car auctions and if someone trades their car in they do not check to see if anything is wrong with it. They will sell you a car that is a lemon then will ignore you if you call and ask to fix any issues. They lie like its water. Especially the owner. I was stuck with a car that was a lemon. I had to junk the car after three months. The car wasnt worth the amount of money to fix it. Also, they will not give you a real receipt if you pay cash for the car. I was desperate for a car and feel so dumb for buying the car within a few hours but felt pressured by the so called sales men. I will tell you this dont buy a car from this place and everyone I know even the people who referred me says this place is a rip off and does illegal stuff.

Romain and James helped me throughout my process of purchasing my vehicle and my brothers vehicle the very next day. 2022-05-17Great place,great cars,amazing people…not only good at selling but good at heart;I came from all the way from Boston just to get a car with them and they made it work for me 🙌.I couldn’t go back driving the car so they made sure I had a place to stay;payed my night at a hotel dropped me off and even got me food this people are dope and I got my car shipped no fees applied. Deff 5+ star place and people.u won’t. Regret it. James and trace were the ones taking care of me 💯

2022-04-18The car has been giving trouble since day 1. My coolant were leaking but they ignored it. And as soon as my warranty expires my car electrical system shut off. Jason was my sale agent. I have spend more than $10000 on the car repair so far only within 1 year of purchasing the vehicle.

2022-05-28My husband and I just purchased a car from Peak Automotive and our experience was phenomenal. My sales person was Nick who was so inviting, personable,knowledgeable, you name it, he answered every question and concern we had even being the fact that the car was not there but he made an appointment with me to see it the next day because the car was getting cleaned up. My husband and I came in the next day and the car wasnt there (no problem) Mike the owner came and told us the car would be there in 10-15 minutes. When the car arrived the car was clean inside and out just pretty 😍. We looked at it took it for a test drive ( My husband being a true car guy) checked it thoroughly. Bottom line we put a down payment on it and Angela( finance agent)who is also so warming and polite asked when did we want to pick up the car. We told her and said we would come back before picking up the car to give the rest of the money. Well we came back a fee days before picking up the car and she stated we could get it that day I was shocked because I didnt see the car out side. But it was in plain sight with a big RED BOW on it. I walked right passed it and didnt even know. That is how great of a job the detailing on point I mean PEAKS POINT... it was beautiful. I just want to say Nick is an excellent salesman not pushy or arrogant like I have seen others but just so open and inviting. He is wonderful.He is great at what he does. Angela is a Gem and Mike well he is so transparent and honest. I felt like he was a long time friend. Thank you guys for all that you do and being so helpful with this process.

2022-06-15This was the Best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Nick my salesman was very professional and helpful. He made the process very pleasant. He even came in on his day off and stayed through out the entire process. The finance manager James was also very professional. He explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions. When I went there I didn’t expect to leave with a new car , but Mike the owner who was also professional and generous offered to have the car I came there with brought back to my home. That’s exactly what he did. I live 2 hours away from dealership. They’re good people !

2022-05-19I went through Peak Auto Sports to purchase my Mercedes. I initially spoke with Tray who was very helpful and transparent over the phone about the details of the purchase unlike the other dealerships I had previously spoken with and visited. He was the main reason I decided to drive up and visit the dealership with the intention to purchase. Angela is who assisted me with all of the numbers, paperwork, and ultimately my purchase. She was truly a gem. So informative and knowledgeable. Mike, the owner I believe, was so kind and helpful. He made sure everyone was on point and working at their highest level. He was even able to arrange for my cat to be transported back to my residence (a few hours away) the next morning. I mean talk about customer service. I would absolutely recommend and refer anyone to this dealership. They are awesome!The only con is that the morning after I brought the car home (less than 12hours) I had a flat tire due to a flawed rim. It was inconvenient being that no one expects to have a flight less than a day after purchasing a new vehicle. However, the owner Mike made up for it by having my car towed back to the dealership and the issue resolved.Great dealership and great people. Patronize this business.

2022-07-10Great guys! As soon as I walked in they greeted me & got right to business. They were patient, offered refreshments & made sure everything went smooth. I left in the car I wanted the same day & to top it all off they helped me get a way lower insurance payment than if they had not helped. James & Nick definitely made sure I was straight before leaving!!

2022-05-22Came in to upgrade my 2014 C class Benz for a newer model. Nick was both welcoming, knowledgeable, professional and personable. James was our finance guy, and was also superb in both his customer service, as well as his knowledge; and worked diligently to get me into the car I fell in love with. It was just the two of them working (as they were short staffed that day), but they ran the shop as if they were a staff of 20. I definitely recommend you going to get your next vehicle from them, I know I will.
