I call for delivery 1wk and order same thing How is it every time its a different price :$980-$1080-$1180 when the lady said $11.80 I said what happened to$10.80 she said $1 extra for delivery. LoLoLo on menu its FREE DELIVERY min $8 Isaid No Thku hung up never again Watch out for this place
Really good Chinese takeout especially spare ribs. Cash only no credit cards so they probably cheat on their taxes and do very well which is why they can give you very good quality food at a very low price. I hope no one from New York sales tax department sees this post.
I called this place by accident and should have been able to tell right away that I called the wrong location because (a) lady sounded like my mother yelling at me from the kitchen- my blood pressure is still lowering from this 5 minute interaction (b) she acted like she didn’t understand “west” but knew what “east” was. Speaks Mandarin, does not understand Cantonese. So glad this is not my usual Peking takeout.

Skip this place. The horrible now that the owners left and a new woman took over. Everything is either undercooked or overcooked. I dont recommend this place at all. The last time I was here the food was not fresh at all.
Although the food is okay, the cashier is always extremely unprofessional when it comes to taking my order. I simply asked to receive more sauce for an order, and she began screaming at me because there are a lot of problems here so she couldnt give me an extra container of sauce because of that. Moreover, the prices of the dishes always differ from the menu when I call, even if I have the most updated menu.
This place is CASH ONLY 💵 . And right now (during Covid19) you have to wear a MASK 😷 . Also, there are a few seats here to eat but only barstools on a small countertop - I recommend taking the food home or to a park.But I LOVE this place. Their food tastes great. The portions are large. They cook it very fast. The staff are very nice and get straight to business!Recommend 💯.
I have ordered Special Fried Rice. They have delivered Vegetable rice. I have called to complain of their mistake. They did not even want to listen. I have told the lady on the phone I will never order from you again. She said No problem. Make your own conclusions.
Woman that answers calls is extremely unprofessional, she screams and yells at customers and gets angry when asked to include plates and forks even though I placed a $45 order for pickup. The food is ok, but after that experience- just go to the another Chinese food restaurant where they will treat you like a human being. To make it worse the prices NEVER match what the menu says.
Food is delicious! I order almost once a week, they’re sesame shrimp is the best! They don’t make you wait too long for the food and it’s always perfectly hot when I receive it, no matter what weather!
Woman who takes orders over the phone is mad at her life and yells all the time. Very unprofessional. If you dare to tell her not yell at you, she will spit in your food. So yeah, dont order from this place.
This place simply knows how to serve their customers. Always with a nice approach. The food is reasonably priced, constantly yummy and clean.

2022-04-12My go to place for moo shoo and veggie dishes. Not to greasy, vegetables crisp the way we like them and prices are good. The food is ready fast. I put in an order and maximum 15 minutes its done and pick my food up. Recommend.

2022-05-26DO NOT GO HERE! They handle food without gloves and also take money without washing their hands people going back to cooking. How gross?! The short little in the front has the nastiness attitude, she yells and screams has terrible customer service. The inside of my chicken was brown! I would not recommend anyone to ever waste their money here. Worse experience ever.

2019-11-11Its been a while, since Ive been able to enjoy my Chinese food but whats surprising was the customer service. Generally, what happens is you give your order and the staff talks amongst them self in their native language, never engaging with the customer unless its necessary. Well I was surprised, the lady at the counter was very delightful and accommodating to all, while I was there. The customer area has bar stools for those who want to stay in, just be mindful its a small place. The flood looks clean at a glance but my only complaints is the fried green plantains. I got fried green banana which reminds me of banana chips. Anywho, Id return for the customer service, the quality of the food and the sesame chicken.

2022-01-01If I could give them a zero I would. Just had a terrible experience with this restaurant. We order often from this place and at times give the delivery guy between a 1 - 5 dollar tip. The one time we dont give the delivery guy a tip they denied us delivery services and the delivery guy claimed we dont tip. When I tried to refute the claim the person on the phone would not listen and continued to argue with me instead of listening to what I had say. Will never patronize this restaurant again.

2021-09-20The food is good but what I hate about this place is that they always change prices. I order half chicken with white rice most of the time at first it was $6 and now that the pandemic started they started raising the prices now it’s $8 wth and also they take money for delivery but on the menu it says free delivery
