The food wasn’t good. The chicken was wet and the rice was hard. They only barely serve 3 chicken wings with a chicken wing and fried rice meal. You are better off going around the corner.
I got a shrimp roll w some weirdddd meat Ive never seen before I got do disgusted I feel like I just ate rat of something. The food wasnt good. Not ordering from here again the pork fried rice tasted burnt
So good. I drive 15 minutes & back. Yes there are tons of Chinese restaurants near me but these guys really are the best. The one in Tottenville is equally as good.

Very clean and welcoming place, I tried this spot once with a friend and I am addicted every since. I enjoyed yummy dish and the staff were very attentive.will definitely recommend this place.
So I have never reviewed this place but it is a regular for me since 2011 when I moved to Westerleigh. I currently live in St. George and I still drive all the way there. On Tuesday nights my family has dinner at my mothers and I bring the dessert. its always from Alfonsos. They have the best napoleon, they have a great location with parking all around it. I literally have tried every item here at one time or the other. They are clean and delicious.
I ordered bonless ribs, wonto soup and an egg roll to go. When I got home and opened the boneless ribs they were clearly old, dry, and were soft color. Having just moved in to a new home around the corner, I am do disappointed in the quality of the food. Not such a good valentines day for Chinese food.
One star because honestly i will never buy anything from here again, chicken wings were so dry and old looking bad threw everything in trash. Chicken broccoli was bad, all food was just a junk. So one star for that

One of the few places that makes tomato egg drop soup. That’s all I really get from here and it is made well.
Even i cant give one star this place i order sesam e chicken and fried rice it tasete burnt and also rice under cooked like plastic please if you serve the people do it nice they order because of they have no time to cook.now i have to cook again when i go home because your food is garbege.

I been ordering from them for a while and this is the 3rd time i ordered veg egg foo young and it was burnt...I ate the rice but this is the last time i order from them..then the man that delivered it was very rude, i asked him a question and he just walked away...NEVER AGAIN..
Walking in was very nice, was to order, Lady who claims to be owner was not nice, rushed us while ordering, soup was cold, And charged us to Chinese tea, this is the first time in my life I was every charged for Chinese tea, And she did not add it on our receipt, so i guess she took it as a tip, Will never go back,

2019-04-29Great food, service is fast. Prices are a tad more expensive than other Chinese food places, but the taste is great. They have a sit in area that is clean. They do delivery and take out. Menu has lots of choices. My shrimp and broccoli took 5 mins to make. Enough food for 1 person. Also the parking lot is huge.

2022-05-30I always buy from here however this time they served me RAW CHICKEN made me sick , i went to get a refund and return the chicken argued with the employee that was claiming it was cooked but obviously someone can tell the difference between raw and cooked chicken , very rude and nasty gave me a partial refund , never buying from them again stay away from this place the new mangement is disgusting !!!!!!!

2018-07-24Most of the food is good. As long as its the regular cook. Although there are a few different dishes that they make odd. And sometimes the grease is not drained from fried items correctly and you fund your shrimp toast soaked in frying oil like a sponge.

2014-10-21I give them 5 stars because lets be honest -- options are limited with respect to finding good Chinese takeout on the island. They have a large variety of take out foods, including traditional Chinese takeout, in addition to some Thai and Cantonese style soups. Theyre also generally pretty friendly, and remembered me and my girlfriend after our second visit. Overall, good decent sized portions, good tasting food, and good price point, make this my favorite spot for Chinese takeout on the island. This means a lot coming from a Chinese person, who was practically raised on Chinese takeout food. The other takeouts simply do not compare.
