Frank Vito the salesman was outstanding. I obtained an estimate from both Pella and Andersen. Pella was fair and Frank was very knowledgeable.Windows are not yet installed, but the entire team is very customer oriented.
Pella’s variety, in home consultation, the reps I dealt with were all professional and performed service insanely well. Had a very large window get installed and came back for a new exterior door. Beautiful and the “Harley Team” are the best.
We contacted Pella about obtaining two screen doors for our original 1985 Pella sliding glass patio doors. They quoted us at $3500. Everyone I spoke with was very polite and kind; however, I am far from satisfied with the results.Update/response to Pella: A representative from Pella came to measure our doors about 2.5 weeks ago. We have not heard anything from them since. I imagine it is because they still plan on charging us $3,500 dollars for two screen doors (which is more than an entirely new door w/ screens).
We purchased windows for whole house and new front door along with storm door. Pella was awesome to work with. They were very professional from salesmen to installers. Very pleased with product! If your thinking of Windows and doors give them a call, you wont be sorry. GREAT JOB PELLA, THANK YOU

Patio door and awning window replaced 7/9/2020. Everything went on time and exactly as planned. Scott and his partner were pleasant, informative and professional. Both the interior and exterior were left spotlessly clean. I couldn’t have hoped for a better experience! Next time, I don’t know if I’d even bother to shop around. Pella completed a large project for me replacing most of the windows in my newly purchased, but older home ( built in 1940). The work was excellent and the service both professional and personal. I recommend Pella highly.

Buyer beware! I purchased windows for my whole house from them in 2004. The designer windows are junk. Paid top dollar for them, just to have them rot due to poor design. Multiple lawsuits filed against them and they want me to pay full price to replace them. You might be happy in beginning, but you will regret it.

The installers did a fantastic job. You would never know it was replaced. Looks like new.
Wasn’t crazy about the saleman, seemed VERY unprepared and not real knowledgeable. Still waiting on them to come back and do touch up work.
They do jot want to do small jobs.Do not waste your time to call them if your job is not big enough.
Installers were outstanding salesman was hard to reach and price I was quoted and what I paid were 740.00 different

Horrible costumer service I called them toInquire about buying a door and some old woman picked up who has zero sales skills only thing she is good at is the i gotta consumers away she was pretty much saying everything under the sun to get me to go elsewhere which is exactly what I’m doing

2022-06-16Frank Vito the salesman is outstanding. We experienced a one in a million failure with our Pella sliding patio door. We called to have Frank come out and quote a replacement. Immediately upon seeing the door Frank went from sales to service mode. Frank made some calls and within days they determined it was a manufacturing issue and they would replace under warranty. Frank easily could have just quoted and sold us a replacement but he didnt...he did the right thing. Frank and Pella will always have our business.

2021-08-30We had both of our cottage style, living room windows replaced. The representative from Pella was knowledgeable and described exactly what would be done. He was prepared with samples and we were able to make all of our decisions during our initial meeting. He answered all of my questions. I was thrilled that we didnt have to sit through a 2 hour presentation regarding their products! Two laborers came to do the work. They were polite, hard-working and did an exceptional job removing our old windows and replacing them with the Pella cottage style, double hung windows. They removed their shoes when inside the house and removed all debris from the previous windows. They took the time to show us how to operate the windows correctly. The windows look spectacular and there is noticeable noise reduction from outdoors. I love the fact that they are light filtering and also that the grille is between the panes, unlike my previous windows. We did receive an estimate from another company which was less money, but we felt that the Pella representative was knowledgeable about his product and was able to explain exactly what would be done. We are so pleased with our Pella windows and would highly recommend this company.

2022-08-04I just had a very large glass door installed but couldnt get it to lock. The service man came over and within one minute diagnosed what the problem was. My worst fear was that it was installed wrong, but it wasnt. He made a few adjustments and BINGO it worked. Thanks, Pella, for outstanding service.

2022-01-11Our patio door required replacement. I contacted 3 companies to obtain a quote. The first 2 companies said that the door opening was not a standard size, so the bigger molding would be needed to cover the opening. The Pella representative looked at it, and said that the opening was a standard size, and would need only the standard molding. It was a little more expensive, but it was worth it to get the job done right. They also installed it almost 2 months earlier than the other companies had estimated. The installation went very smoothly, and the door looks and works good.

He was very knowledgeable with not only the products but also very informative about the installation process. We will be using Dave and Pella for our next window project!

2019-08-28From the ordering process through the installation process everything was done efficiently and correctly. Our salesperson was knowledgeable and helped guide us through the pros and cons of each option. I ordered 13 custom windows in different colors and no mistakes were made on measuring or anything else. The installation was done very professionally and quickly. All areas were clean on the inside after each window was completed. I would highly recommend Pella to anyone.

2021-02-26Pella did not try to sell me on their windows. They told me what they offered and did not Make me feel like I was being pressured into anything. I ended up using them for two replacement windows but I am doing the insulation myself. They did not withhold any insulation information and made a few recommendations to achieve best results. I would recommend this company
