Love this place!! & the gluten free options!!!They always go above and beyond with their service. Like tonight, I had ordered my usual ~gluten free Italian combo~ (amazing!!) but when my food arrived I noticed it was on regular bread by accident, so I called and they delivered a gluten free Italian combo with great timing!! Thank you for providing great service and great gluten free options!
Im not a n review writer,But I want to kiss the cook and read the back if the packaging for ingredients lol...After a not so pleasant experience with a front end Staff member.The manager offered an Apology and An Exceptional Pizza,Its was amazing the sauce was perfect crust perfect amount of crispy/soft Ratio The cheese! was phenomenal even after a 20 min car ride home..Everyone raved.As a Native of The home of the Best Pizza Pellegrinos definitely has a slice from home The best Pizza In ORANGE County... Stopped in for lunch after getting our covid vaccine nearby. We live in Rockland so had no idea where to eat. The pizza was amazing and the staff very friendly . Will definitely stop in again .
I give this place 4 stars cause the wait staff is good depending on who you get. The owner is an awesome guy and his pizza is very good always trying to come up with new menu items. His cook staff is good but just missing a little more. Great place for lunch his special menu for lunch is awesome it changes monthly

Had their pizza and antipasto about 2 weeks ago, fantastic! Decided to give them a 2nd try, wife had a great grilled chicken sandwich and I had chicken broccoli Alfredo that was excellent! Food comes out quickly and hot, servers always seem to pay attention and come by frequently to see if you need anything. You cant go wrong by giving them a try, youll be very happy you did!!!

Got our first order from Pellegrinos tonight, Italian combos. The combos were made exactly as we requested. The fries and onion rings were great. While I generally like crustier rolls, we enjoyed every bite. Pick up was easy and well be back.
We usually order dinner at least 1x a week from here and it’s always consistently good. However - just had them cater a smal party for us the past weekend and OMG!! Food was amazing and my guests were asking to take some home. They give you FULL pans of food... not a full pan that’s half full.. it was literally filled to the top!! They delivered to me at a designated time at the suggestion of the Owner so that it wasn’t sitting out for hours before it was time to actually eat. Def give them a call for catering!!!!! Thanks for always proving a great meal guys!!!
Never let me down and always make you feel appreciated. Great hot and cold sandwiches. Everyone’s different but I think their cheese pie is a perfect pie and I recommend the Pellegrino Special if you want a good Italian sandwich.
I ordered a pizza 70 minutes ago and it still hasnt been delivered. When I called to check on the delivery the girl said they were backed up with deliveries & my pizza was ready & waiting to go out. I wish she would have let me know this before I ordered. So here I am waiting for a cold pie. Lunch is over. I will never order from Pelligrinos again. Pizza showed up. I ordered a Margarita pie. There is hardly any cheese, sauce or basil. And the cheese isnt fresh mozzarella. Waste of time and money.
My family was so satisfied with the food we ordered. The pizzas were delivered hot. All the food was delicious . Would order again. The onion rings were real onions, not minced whatever. Great food.😆

We stopped in to try their pizza and we weren’t disappointed! We got a grandma pizza and it was delicious, we also got wings and they were really good! The only downfall is there closed Sunday’s! But the food has been good and consistent!
Gravy (sauce) out of sight , we have returned three times in three weeks. Dinners large portions of pasta ,large salad,bread fresh, three different waitress all very friendly,prompt service,average prices , speciality hot sandwiches very tasty,took 7 to dinner and one take out meal all under $100.00 , we have taken out pizza twice one night was out of sight and the other night it was average . Our grandkids ordered speciality pizza and all said they were really good.
Got the menu in the mail today. Honestly well worth it. Friendly staff and some of the best pizza in the area. I was very pleased with everything there. We will be back with friends
Being born in Brooklyn, I grew up with some of the best pizza in the world and had even had pizza while in Italy – Rome / Naples. My wife and I have tried every pizza location within 20 miles of Middletown and found two to be good. WAIT, that was before Pellegrino came to town. The brick over was to die for my wife said, the salad was so fresh like they just picked it from the garden, and their hero’s all with Boars Head, was great. We have finally found the very best of the best in Orange County. Welcome to the neighborhood !!!!

I can only comment on the pizza: my wife and I had the plain regular slices which are always very good, we also split a slice of sicilian, which, for upstate, is also always pretty good. Im spoiled, I grew up in the bronx and for my taste sorrentos pizzari on Williams bridge road makes the best Sicilian pizza. The only problem I have w pelligrinos pizza is, when we eat it at home, the bottom crust gets soft, and even after after reheating does not get the crunch that you get when eating at the pizzeria. What are you going to do, we live 25 minutes away. Remember, just because we really like it, we all have a different take on what a good sauce should taste like.Anyway, the two girls who worked there yesterday and helped us were both pleasant and courteous.

Had a sign on the foundation drinks, one refill only. Who knows what else they are skimping on. The original Frys they had were really good but now they just have generic fries i can make at home.

Placed an order with Co-workers who didnt want to but I convinced them, and my food was the worse. The pizza is good most of there food is good but if you want cheese fries with mozzarella cheese not cheddar or American cheese go there but it was horrible 😡

Was there Thursday night with my family food was amazing and the service was great the owner even came over to talk to us even my father in law who use to own a pizza place years ago and is very picky about his pizza was very happy with the food .

2022-06-18I just ordered this grandma pie (04-30- 2022)for dinner, me and my husband are very happy . This is our very first time trying a grandma pie and the flavors that Pellegrino & Sons use for this pie is simply chefs kiss. We will definitely be ordering from this restaurant more often. The delivery guy was also very nice . The best in middletown and our pizza was just warm but that was not an issue because it tastes amazing. The picture that I posted about the look of the pizza has nothing to do with the quality of the taste of the pizza I posted the picture because I was excited about trying this particular pizza for the first time 😊😊 Pellegrino & Sons is a definite must try you wont be disappointed!!!

2022-02-22Today was my first time there. Over the top amazing. I had the Penne alla Vodka pizza, and a chicken bacon ranch OMFG the Penne alla Vodka slice was to die for. I am sorry that I have not been to this place sooner keep up the good work guys very very clean and you could see right into the kitchen love it love it love it I cant wait to come back I will be ordering on Saturday. Thank you to my friend Tony from the laundromat for telling me about this place. My dad and I combined had four slices and two drinks the bill was under $16 wowza love it love it love it.

2021-12-27Stumbled upon this gem on the drive home after Christmas. Very, very good calzone and stromboli. The calzone was reminiscent of the old pizzerias from my childhood with crunchy, chewy crust and an abundance of ricotta and melty mozzarella. Very even crust that held up well. Our daughter had a huge bowl of chicken alfredo, that she likewise said was excellent. Plenty of leftovers, and an excellent value.

2021-09-05Was my regular pizza place whole in Middletown, did the Monday special almost every week with Garlic knots and a Coke. For as long as we ordered, the pizza was DELICIOUS, the garlic knots were pretty good too. Delivery times could use work, they usually estimated 45mins, but it almost always took near an hour. 🤷♂️

2020-07-21This is my new pizza place for sure. Monday special on large pies is a great deal for a family of 4 (including 2 teenage boys). Delivery was fast and the Crust, cheese, and toppings were perfect and portioned great. Definitely going to be ordering regularly.

2020-09-20I ordered a large Pepperoni Pizza with 2 dozen wings well done. I paid 40.00 and the whole meal was horrible.I asked for well done wings and they werent even cooked properly. However, my pizza was well done.The best thing was my 2 liter of Coke ColaThank you for your lack of understanding towards me and my familys needs tonight.We shall never be ordering here again. A full refund is what needs but wait, your closed already.🙄🙄🙄🙄

2019-10-15Have ordered and had it delivered twice in the past month. We ordered a couple of grilled chicken salads, and a couple of pastrami sandwiches. We were told about 45 minutes. The food arrived both times in under the time stated which was a wonderful suprise for delivery. Also, the food was fresh and tasty. The pastrami was delicious! You can make it a combo for a few cents more. Wonderful place and customer service is spot on!
