John and team at Penn Collision do phenomenal work at extremely competitive prices. Car looks good as new, and I got it back in 3 days...outstanding!

The body work was fine AND they did all the extras you dont get anymore- detailing, paper mats, etc.
The prices are too high. It is not worth it. Find another place because here they are charging double or even triple. Stay away

2020-03-03Mike and John are phenomenal! Like finding a good mechanic it’s hard to find a true honest and reliable auto body shop. I found it when I found Penn!! they worked with my insurance company perfectly and made a stressful situation so much better… And the work phenomenal!! ...my car is absolutely perfect and I can’t thank them enough along with Julie their secretary. Do not go anywhere else people I’m telling you this is the place for your auto body needs in Baldwin and everywhere on Long Island!! They treated me like family thank you again guys

2020-09-16John and his team are the best in the business. If you’re looking for quality work at a fair and reasonable price, Penn Collision is the place to go. I got an estimate for repair from a shop in Freeport that just didn’t seem right, so I decided to take my truck over to Penn for a second opinion. John saved me $550 in repairs and got the truck back on the road within an hour. Next time I won’t be going to Penn for a second opinion because from now on, they will be my first choice. 2020-12-21A friend of mine recommended Penn Collision after my accident in November. Mike & John are awesome people. Julie there receptionist was a big help to me calling Allstate & Hertz. They all went out of there way to help me. I give them 5 stars, highly recommended Penn Collision for any repairs you might need. My Toyota looks brand new.

2020-09-06Brought my Ford F150 in after serious damage to the drivers side of the truck. Mike was extremely helpful during the process. This auto body shop is excellent and very customer friendly. The prices are very competitive and repairs are timely. Would highly recommend. My truck looks just like new

2020-01-21Been dealing with penn collision for years. They are honest, reliable and have excellent customer service. Today I needed to pick up my car early and they offered to pick me up. Let’s face it who does that today. I found my car in excellent condition and vacuumed and washed. Penn also went out of there way to take my car to the dealer for a recall that blew me away. Don’t miss out on this place when your in need.John T.
