As I need to do business either having to switch vehicles due to safety reasons, I get excuses of Im sorry we dont have this or that instead of just saying we will track it down and make sure that everyone is safe the public and the driver. Since then the vehicle ends note had an accident due to the oversight and negligence between the gas and the brake are too close together for anyone who is tall and have a certain size shift to control the vehicle responsibly and safely

Went in to rent a truck,told me I needed $15,000 deposit to rent for 4 hours,so I rented elsewhere......I will never do business there again or everconsider

Extremely annoyed with our Penske experience. We were moving across country so we purposely got rid of all of our furniture and belongings so we could get a small truck. We wanted to save money on gas as well as not feeling comfortable driving a large truck across the country.We were originally going to go with Budget or U-haul for the 10 foot truck but decided to go with Penske for the 12 foot truck because it was cheaper.We go to pick up our 12 foot truck the day before we move and are very irritated that we got a free upgrade to a 16 foot truck. Not wanting the 16 foot we called customer service only to be told there are no 12 foot available at all. Our reservation said 12 foot. Why offer the 12 foot if there are none available then? We explained we werent comfortable driving the 16 foot across the country and customer service literally said, Well you sound like a confident driver!We were moving the next morning and didnt have time to cancel the reservation and book with someone else. We loaded the truck and it was basically empty with the few things we had in it and the truck needed to be filled with gas every 3 hours and was about $90 each fill. We had to fill it two and sometimes 3 times a day. Very, very irritated and wont be using Penske again.

The warranty Service they offer is a scamThe dealers in our location don’t even take the insuranceWe have to tell the truck to another state to get service.
