2021-10-16They claim to pay same day but will not pay you if they are closed or if your work ticket sent through email is the slightest bit blurry. Only way to contact them is the front office and you have to go through the automated system for that. I averaged 11 an hour after taxes on a job where Im supposed to make 12.50 an hour the employees at the company they send you to get paid 25% more.More of a Mon - Fri thing

2020-08-24It’sA very long process, that after you complete you still may not have employment. The staff is very food and basically not helpful at all. They should be helping people but instead making people feel like more of a bum before walking into their’ temporary ‘ job assistance. Horrible experience and surely expect for them to give you a unnecessary run-around. If I had a say I’d just say try your luck locally there are a lot of open interviews. #ITSREALLYNOTWORTHTHEHASSLE

2017-06-27Worked here once upon a time. Knowledable staff. Melissa Novak is ahead of the recruiting game. Myra attitude aside is a great CSR. The manager Brian is in a class by himself

2016-01-02Schenectady labor ready is a better choice than Albany by far. Albany Labor ready has a lady there by the name of Maria that gives the jobs out in the order you flirt with her. I have been first one on the job list and not sent out. She whispers the jobs out and basically causes a environment of chaos. All while the management sits off to the side making small talk. Schenectady the only bad thing I can say is they deal with Qaud Graphics where the temps have to deal with racists and rail ex where you are worked to the bone and talked to disrespectfully.

2020-02-10Went on job and was paid less hourly than was supposed to behind a disagreement with staff after work was completed. And I mean with the staff at people ready office. Ran extremely unprofessional.

2015-10-03Hate it been going off and on for years payroll is never correct it takes about 2wks to get one weeks pay their are always consistent problems I recommend Albany labor ready
