Worse experience ever, this dealer wasted my time when I waited two months for a pre-order Cadillac Escalade ESV 2022 . with a credit score over 760+ a income over 9k monthly and $30,000 down payment. they run my credit and they decline me because they wanted 60k down payment , I said no and they didnt sell me the vehicle

I was looking for a nice Cadillac XT5 for a very long while. Fortunately, i came across Pepe Cadillac, and, with the help of Efren Panjon, I was finally able to find the vehicle that fits my needs.The gentleman provided me with all the info that I needed to know, and that further met my expectations about this car. He also took his time to show me the collection of vehicles— from different models, and years— and guided me towards the one that I liked the most.After so much excitement for buying the car, I accidentally forgot some of my papers and documents on the table. Pepe Cadillac worked with me to purchase the vehicle out of state, from Massachusetts, which has a very stringent registering process. They made the process seamless. Everyone I worked with at the dealership from the sales person, to the finance person, to the sales manager and even GM were all amazing to work with. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a new Escalade to reach out to Pepe Cadillac, they have a massive inventory and will work with you no matter where you live.
Have been working with salesman Michael Lombardo on an online deal . Not sure of the managers name but I got to tell you what a pleasure working with them no BS. I had some circumstances that will not allow me to get up there till next week on Monday I gave a small deposit and they are holding the car till than. Was traveling from Ohio touring colleges when wham!?!? New York causeway pothole destroys drivers side front tire. The Cadillac has a unique run flat that was 20 miles away from our pullover spot in the Bronx. We were connected to the parts department who did a great job of quickly locating and assuring me we could make the drive on the damaged run flat, offered to come get it cl also. We drove in, Explained we had a West Point tour in two hours and we were an hour away! They responded and had us serviced and gone in 40 minutes! Thankful for John in service and the whole crew who stepped up to help the out of towners!
I went to Pepe for some minor maintenance for my vehicle. They did a decent job. Not so much as a complaint but a suggestion. Someone form the dealership will call you a few days after your visit in regards to your satisfaction of the work they performed. I did have a question about some scratches I discovered on my vehicle after the visit. The Cadillac representative said that he only did assessment of work performed. If I had more issues, that I had to call service and make another appointment. I understand his job was to only perform that function and maybe Im asking for too much by the representative having the ability to transfer my call to service so I could make an appointment. Maybe he was too busy at the moment.But since my second visit in regards to the scratches on my windshield, the service manager said that the scratches could not have happened at their dealership due to the design of the scratches versus the actual wiper arm direction. He suggested maybe a tree branch did it. Considering I called within 30 minutes of my visit and encountered no trees enroute to a friends house, Im not sure how he came to that conclusion. He said he would have someone from the dealership call to make an appointment to have the scratches corrected. That was over two weeks ago. Still waiting on that call. Could I call them about the appointment, yes. But If you tell me youre going to call me, I will await your call. I might as well call Safelite myself. So I wouldnt think that I would have to make an extra effort to remind the dealership that they forgot to call me. Im sure if I owed them money on a bill I would receive a call the same day if not the next one. So for this, my rating has changed.Overall, a little disappointing. The service department at this dealership gives an impression that they are doing you a favor by servicing your vehicle for you. I dont get that feel at BMW or Lexus. But if Cadillac wants to be in that high end category, theyre going to need to make some adjustments. Just cause you charge top dollar for service doesnt mean the service automatically matches.
These people are very pleasant and attentive to their customers. You know that normally dealerships only care about potential customers but once youve spent money they tend to act different. I didnt buy my CT6 from them yet my experience with them has been better than where I bought it.

Apparently my comments didnt post the first time - From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in the right place. The men and women working the dealership were taking the necessary safety precautions to makee feel safe and welcome. Then there was Alex, the best salesman I have ever had the pleasure of engaging in negotiations. He was confident, knowledgeable, and willing to address all my concerns, and was also comfortable enough to tell me he didnt know an answer instead of making one up. If anyone is looking for a Cadillac, go see this dealership, and ask for Alex; you wont regret it

While in for an oil change I went to talk to Frank Raniolo about an extended warranty. He took the time to explain the warranties,what they cover and the prices. I picked the one that was best for me. I appreciated the time he took to answer my questions. As a longtime Cadillac customer I am very happy with Pepe from sales to service. I went all the way from middle island ny to white plains to service my 2019 Cadillac XTS.My service advisor was Micheal they did my fuel level sensor broke clips to the bumper which warranty cpo covers wanted 500 dollars to fix instead fixing it free under warranty. I was charged 180 dollars diagnostic fee for checking my brake pads which I already told what the problem was in the start I am completely dissatisfied with their work trust me nothing is cover in cpo when u go there they will never find the problem. Once warranty is finished than they can find every thing magic since now u pay money stay away go to local mechanic they will do it half their price. Stop wasting people time.
Recently leased a 2020 Cadillac XT6 for my wife at Pepe. Would strongly recommend using Harold, the Internet Sales manager. I’ve been leasing cars for 25 years and he was amazing- honest, responsive (best I’ve ever dealt with), professional and direct. Their pricing was uber-competitive and the entire process was simple and painless.

This was my first time dealing with the Pepe Cadillac team and they were great! Harold was awesome. He was quick to respond to questions that I had and they were the only Local downstate NY Cadillac dealership that had pictures of all of their new inventory online as opposed to generic stock photos that other dealerships were showing online. This was a huge plus considering limited options to go and visit dealerships during the Coivid-19 crisis. No games and fair pricing! Highly recommend!
Ideally, I did not want to even a give a one star for this place. However, this was the only lowest star option. For starters, I inquired about a brand new escalade for 91,000. The man I spoke to asked what state I resided in. When I told him Washington state, he said hold on a minute. He put me on hold and within seconds got back on the phone and told me that HE HAD TO RAISE the price to an additional 15,000 dollars. When I asked him why, he stated that I live on the other side of the U.S and that my state was in demand for such vehicles and that HE COULD. I have worked for many dealerships, managed several and have never been exposed to such lack of professionalism, and rudeness. I would not recommend purchasing from this dealership. Especially, if they have people working for them that takes no pride in treating customers with respect.
I have two cars threw Pepe Cadillac and would never buy another. After talking to the sales department on more then one occasion about an issue I was have with my vehicle they keep putting me off telling me to call back closer to the end of my lease. Then talking to a “higher up” and telling him how upset I was I was told they didn’t make the car they just sold it to me haha way to stand by your product are you kidding me this is a joke. Do yourself a favor buy from someone else

I have had nothing but issues since the initial lease of my 2020 Cadillac Escalade. When purchasing the vehicle, they tell you how wonderful they are going to be and how theyll provide you with outstanding service, and my experience has been nothing like that whatsoever. All the bells and whistles! Ten days into driving my brand new truck, the truck had a vibration and the steering column, kept on clicking when the vehicle was in motion. Brought it back in , they say they changed the tires and that was the issue. Insinuated that I must have hit something, I calmly explained that I didnt hit anything and something was defective with this truck. Took the truck back and experienced the same issue within days of having it returned. They told me the clicking/popping of the steering column was normal, mind you all the wile the vehicle was in DRIVE. So far from normal!!!! I am not sure about anyone else, but Ive never driven a vehicle where the steering column clicks and pops when in DRIVE!Ended up bringing it back three times for the same issue, they finally figured out what was wrong with it and corrected the problem. After I told them I was getting my attorney involved. Insinuated again, that I must have hit something. They explained there was a cable underneath the vehicle that had to be adjusted and it corrected the steering column issue, after being told it was fine and normal. Fast forward to today, brought it back for my first oil change, clean slate! Figured they corrected the issue, let me give this service department another chance. Scheduled the oil change and explained Id need a loaner! Now mind you, they tell you this when you are looking to purchase it, how convenient things will be. I get there and the service technician proceeds to tell me, they have a shortage on loaners and they arent sure if they can provide me with one. I didnt get upset initially. I explained I was told Id have one when I confirmed my appointment. Technician came back said I could have one but I couldnt take it home. Was told my truck would be ready in 1-1.5 hours. That I couldnt take the loaner home and the truck would be ready. Did I like it, NO, but I obliged. Again, no complaints. Waited over 2 hours and 15 minutes and decided to give them, a call. The woman in the service department answered and I inquired as to whether or not my truck was ready. She said it wasnt ready.I explained I needed an answer because I had to get to my office and I needed to know what to do with the loaner they initially told me I couldnt take home. Put me on hold, she consulted with someone in the service department, came back on the phone and said take the loaner home, theyll call you when the truck is ready and theyll come pick it up. Three hours wasted! No concern for someone elses time. On my way to the office (with the loaner), I receive a call from the service technician explaining my truck was ready and to come pick it back up! I said I couldnt and was informed I should take the loaner home and someone would come and pick it back up. He told me I was misinformed. Needless to say I went BALLISTIC! Had a mini freak out! I said thats it, from jump Ive had nothing but issues with this service department. Ended up speaking with Ron Bald who is the service manager and he confirmed that I was supposed to take the loaner back and Jonathan was new and hed speak to him. I said this isnt how you should be treating your customers and giving them added stress, especially in todays climate with everything going on in the world. DO BETTER!!!! Deliver what is initially promised to your customers. You wasted over 3 hours of my time when this could have all been avoided by just keeping your promise and giving me the loaner as promised when the appointment was made. I actually have the confirmation email stating that a loaner would be provided. Please treat your customers better! Enough with the excuses, train your team, service department to take care of customers the way they should be. A negative review shouldnt have to be left.
I have leased Cadillacs through Pepe - at least 4 times - if not more!! It is a great dealership on every level!! In particular, I want to publicly acknowledge my Salesman - David Pershaud. He is such a caring gentleman - knowledgeable, professional, friendly. He truly goes the extra mile to help - and he made my decision to return to Pepe so much easier! I recommend David, and the entire Pepe dealership, with the utmost gratitude!!

By the time I left Pepe, I was driving out with an XT5, best investment I have ever made. They really make you feel like youre family. Especially onceyou meet with Frank. What an AMAZING experience I had at Pepe Cadillac. My salesman, Dan, went above and beyond to help me purchase my dream car. Mine was a unique circumstance...I had a family member extremely ill in the hospital, I live out of state and to top it off my previous lease was due. But Dan took care of everything OVER THE PHONE/TEXT/FAX from a narrative walk around my car to getting me approved before I even got to the showroom. Never have I experienced such SINCERE support!!! I will ONLY deal with Dan Gorlick and his wonderful team members at Pepe in the future! Thanks also to Frank for making the financing a breeze and Nicole for being genuinely kind! There is nothing like diving a Cadillac! I LOVE my coupe!
I purchased a certified preowned 2016 Cadillac ATS-V from Pepe. Jim, Rick, and Kenny took car of business. I drove 250 miles to get the car and was worried about getting the run around. No haggling, surprises or BS. Car was clean and detailed when I got there (tough because its a Black car and they have an outdoor lot). They got us in and out in a reasonable amount of time considering how busy they were. On top of the great service while I was there, they also followed up and took care of any questions I had after the sale and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase.Car is badass too, so that helps.
My experience was exactly as I expected. It was utterly fantastic, from the moment I walked in, to the time that I left. I was treated professionally and with the care that would come from a first rate dealership. An earlier phone call set me up with a used car sales person which made my life very easy. I am hoping to buy one of these used cars for my 81 year old mother who was always spoiled with Cadillacs throughout her life. My salesperson was Rick and I couldnt have asked for anyone better. I owned Cadillacs in the 90s and I highly suggest that you use this dealership. They seem to be a cut above. Just picked up my 3rd caddy from Pepe. Always a great experience! The staff is always courteous, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure Im well taken care of. The car is a ATS.I always wanted a Cadillac and wanted a good price that fits into my budget.So I search and connect to Pepe Cadillac in White Plains New York. Which is a 2 hrs trip where I live.On Thursday September 7th I had connect Pepe Cadillac and got a sales person by the name of JOHN BRANLEY. Throughout the entire process the John at Pepe Cadillac treated me like family, and My salesman John was incredibly professional and extremely knowledgeable and knew everything about the car I was looking to purchase. In 24 hrs, I purchased the car. The service here is excellent. Had an emission system problem and they took great care of my car. A job well done and they also change my cabin filter that I didnt know needed to be changed. They washed and vaccumed my car as well. Dealt with Service consultant Billy. He definitely knows how to provide stellar customer service. Will definitely keep bringing my Caddy here for service.
Right when I walked in the door I felt this was going to be a good experience. The Sales Manager and my sales person, Frank Raniilo, made sure I was taken care of and provided the highest form of customer service. We worked together to find the right car and I left that same day with a new car. The showroom is state of the art as well. Pepe Cadillac personnel do not have any knowledge of out of state registration such as that for NJ or they are truly bad in their customer service or both. They screwed up registration for my brand new 2020 Cadillac Escalade ESV. All new cars registered in NJ are supposed to automatically get registration for 3 years or for the duration of the lease, whichever is shorter. I know this because that has always been the case for all my previous leases. My current lease is for 2 years but they got my car registration only for 1 year. Despite many emails & phone calls, they keep insisting that they have never heard of more than 1 year registration. When Edward Kennedy refused to admit that it was their mistake then I reached out to John Silva whose title is Business Development & Marketing Director but I guess he believes his job simply is to direct me back to the same people such as Mr. Kennedy or his manager Rick Maher despite me having told Mr. Silva that they have been of no help. Mr. Silva should have gotten this resolved by getting this renewed at no additional cost to me. It is unbelievable & wrong that they would not pay for the registration renewal which should have been done correctly to start with.
After many years of driving foreign cars I decided to test the waters with a GM vehicles. I made an appointment with Pepe Cadillac and met with sales person David Persaud. He was such a dream to deal with he lets us know everything step by step. David is the best salesman to come see here. Hes an honest and caring person that doesnt try to pressure you or trick you into doing anything that you dont want, I can truly say that he has your best interest at heart...He also made me feel at ease during the test drive. Everyone including Jimmy, Rick and Frank was very friendly and helpful. And all the process was very smooth and they did great job. I just wanted to take the time out to commend Your employees over at Pepe Cadillac. I first stumbled across this dealership when I was basically turned away from Grand Prize Cadillac in Nanuet when I went in to purchase my wife an xt5, 2 years ago. They instantly judged me on my age and thought that I couldnt afford a Cadillac, even though I told them that I owned a 2010 CTS and currently own a 2014 CTS Vsport. Your salesman (David Persaud) treated us exceptionally well and made sure that I was able to get my wife into the xt5 on the day of her birthday back in 2017.Since that initial encounter, Ive decided to exclusively service my Vsport at your dealership. I live about 5 minutes from Grand Prize, but I do not trust them with my car due to their lack of knowledge with a rare car like the Vsport. Your service advisors and technicians instantly recognized the car and its weird quirks from my first encounter with them and they make sure to treat me well. My most recent encounter was on 4/9/2019, where I was experiencing a weird buzzing sound upon shutting down the car. As soon as I replicated the issue in your service bay, your service manager and lead technician knew exactly what the issue was and reassured me that they will be able to take care of it. Coming from an IT background, I really appreciate how professionals are able to recognize an issue instantaneously when a customer presents themselves. Not only did they repair the issue, but they were able to get me back into my car in 1 day!! That was above and beyond, in my opinion.Cadillac is a brand that is very dear to me and I am glad to know that I have a dealer that feels the same way about customers who choose their brand. Jasson, Sam, David and Robinson are some names that Ive encountered since Ive been visiting Pepe and they always remember me by name whenever I show up. Keep doing what youre doing because its great!

Probably one of the best experiences I’ve had in purchasing a car. The staff there is amazing, friendly, caring and professional. Of course I had a wonderful sales persons. Dan was the best. Did not feel pressured to buy. He listened to my wants and knew that I had no idea what make of car I wanted. I was looking at the Cadillac xt4 and xt5, the Acura RDX and the Lincoln MKC and Nautilus. Test drove all of them and the XT5 was the smoothest of all. I really was looking for luxury and the Cadillac topped them all. I went back 3 times to test drive the car and each time I went I was treated with care and respect. Everyone at Pepe Cadillac was helpful. I’m glad to say I know I made the right choice. I love my car and I Thank Dan for his understanding because I did drive him a little crazy. Dan Gorelick is by far the guy to ask for when you go to Pepe to buy that car. So we bought a pre-owned car from them even though they are in White Plains, since it seemed like a reasonable deal. They took over a week and a half prepping it up with what they claimed were their thorough checks, inspection and repairs. Literally the very next day after we took delivery, check engine light came on. So I called up the sales guy Harold and told him about this issue and said how big an inconvenience this would be to bring it back all the way there. He tells me this is no inconvenience at all, we will give you priority and get you right in and out. I said this would still be a major inconvenience since it would be 1 1/2 hour drive to White Plains from Long Island and then 1 1/2 hour drive back, pay for tolls and gas both ways, wait there for the vehicle to be serviced and not to mention having to take the day off from work and waste time dealing with this issue, and especially because it happened the very next day of delivery. Makes you wonder what kind of thorough checks did they do that they claimed. So my son ended up having to drive the car there. He got there 8:30 AM and literally sat and waited until 3 PM and after all this they said they found some problem with a fuse. Talk about the aggravation and they would not even offer any sort of compensation for all this inconvenience even though I had brought this up with Harold. I thought they were decent at first but after this horrible experience I would never go back to them or refer them

Took a ride from Long Island up to White Plains. As my wife and I were driving up she called the dealer and spoke with Frank R. When we arrived Frank welcomed us in and introduced us to Harold as well. We were truly going to purchase a 2015/2016 CPO Escalade. After sitting with Frank and him getting a true understanding of what we wanted, he offered us a 2018 truck. After going back and forth we decided to purchase this truck. Frank and Harold were true gentlemen and NOT PUSHY salesmen throughout the entire process. I even sent an e mail on Sunday and Frank replied to it answering a couple of questions I had. I have had my Cadillac for 2 years now and had brought it in for service without too much of a headache. But today was by far very unacceptable! I am extremely easygoing and understand things happen. With that being said I had called ahead to ask to reserve a loaner car which they told me they 100% arranged for me. So that before I drive 25 min with my 2 small children, before I moved clients and pushed my work hours And rearranged the little time I had that morning to get there and home without a hitch. Come to find out they let me sit in the waiting room with my small kids for over a half hour knowing they didn’t have a car for me! I would’ve been sitting there even longer if I didn’t come out and ask about it! When I did, they said nothing but “ we have no car for you, not sure why you were told we did”. No offer for a curtesy ride and no explanation. I got in my car and left furious! Horrible service management and never again. Makes me not want to stick with Cadillac for sure.

I bought my 2011 CTS new at Pepe and they are the only ones I allow to service it. They have been fair and honest from the beginning. When I bring the car in for an oil change and an overall check up, I get exactly that...an oil change, a tire rotation, pressure check, etc. with no surprise expenses. I had one warranty issue and while it was being addressed, I received a loaner car. I could not be more satisfied with Pepe.
I had a tire issue and had to be towed to the nearest Cadillac dealer. which happened to be Pepe Cadillac. They couldnt have been nicer, had the Tire in stock had me back on the road in less then 2 hours, washed and vacuumed my car too. Marc was great to deal with. I will be bringing my car back to Pepe for my regular service in the future. Much better then Grand Prize Cadillac service I was receiving.
This family owned and family operated dealership is not where you should go if youre looking to purchase a vehicle. The salesman I was assigned was Harold, initially Harold was pleasant then the negotiations began, he avoided any and all offers and was only focused on setting me up with a 60 month, 24.99% rate on a Santander loan. This is after being told twice before that the car had been sold already, as well as it having someone elses deposit already down. Harold was only focused on profit instead of the customer, was willing to completely ignore someones deposit for a chance to make a penny more, and overall lacked any and all business ethics. Pepe Cadillac is a dealership where you pay their asking price or they will refuse service.

I purchased a 2016 certified pre-owned Cadillac ats a week ago on 3/26/2019. I saw the car online at Pepe Cadillac in White Plains New York, which is about 85 miles away from where I live, so I wanted to be as sure as I could be before driving down there. Through telephone calls and some texting, I spoke with a very pleasant young man named Harold Mota. He could tell I was a bit skeptical about purchasing a vehicle in this manner and took his time to answer my many questions about the car and the entire process. I took him at his word, and decided to buy it the next day. I drove down to Pepe Cadillac and was pleasantly greeted by the receptionist . She introduced me to Mr. Mota right away, and he got to work. The entire process exceeded my expectations. Harold handled everything quickly and professionally. This past Sat. I inquired about a used 19 Infiniti which I ended up receiving a call from salesman initials R.D. I told him I have a trade but it was involved in an accident and getting repaired. Should be ready in a week. He said it will more likely be in the fair range of the KBB value...fine. He asked me to come in to look at 19 Infiniti and well go over a few things in person. Later that day, I let him know I couldnt make it but will be there noon on Mon. I also emailed him a copy of my vehicles carfax report and reply from carfax regarding the repairs to my vehicle were done.Mon. I meet R.D. and he proceeds to tell me based upon my carfax, theyre not able to offer me fair range but substantially lower...just enough to pay off my current loan so I wouldnt bring in negative equity into the new vehicle. I felt it was real low and wished he told me that before I made the trip from LI but at least I used my vehicle diagnostic to test the vehicle and it passed all tests. Because I felt their trade in offer was unreasonably low, I got another offer from a NJ Infiniti dealer forwarding them the same carfax info I sent R.D. and they came back with an offer $5k to $6k higher. I forwarded their offer to R.D. and he replies to me saying the general manager stepped in and said they are no longer accepting vehicles with my type of damage. WHY WASNT I TOLD THIS FROM THE BEGINNING instead of having me waste my TIME, MONEY and GAS driving from LI. His reply was very disappointing and completely unacceptable. Hence the 1 star rating although 0 stars is more accurate for this horrible customer experience I went through. After my reply, no response from anyone at Pepe Cadillac until this review.
Unfortunately my bad experiences continue with the Pepe Cadillac service department. Every time I take my SRX to service I have to bring it back because the issue was not correctly fixed. I brought my car in Monday picked it up Wednesday with the exact same issue I brought it in for, had to return to the service department that afternoon and have to go back for a third time on Monday because the gentleman who took my car in forgot to tell the mechanics water was coming into my car. Ridiculous not so luxurious waste of time and money!
Leased a 2019 Cadillac xt5 from Ro Davis (salesman) of Pepe Cadillac, Told him I had 4 months left on my current lease (2017 Equinox). Barton Chevrolet offered to get us out of our equinox lease early if we lease another GM product under the Pull ahead program that GM offers. Ro Davis said he could honor the same deal if we buy from Pepe. We went ahead and leased from Pepe and left our Equinox with them to be turned in to GM. Yesterday we got a bill from GM financial for 4 months of lease payments for the Equinox. Called R.D. and asked why Pepe did not take care of this? He told us that he never said or promised to be responsible for early lease termination or anything of the sort. He said that it was us that told him that we qualify for early lease termination and he and Pepe just went along with it as if were a fact. Clearly R.D. and Pepe took advantage of inexperienced buyers. In essence they told us to take a hike and that Pepe will NOT help in anyway. We have 4 payments to make and no Equinox to use. Tremendous change in R. Ds attitude!!!UpdateThe dealership contacted us shortly after we posted our review and had work very hard at making things right. All in all It was probably a miscommunication between us and the salesman

Worst dealer ever! I bought a 2015 Escalade from them 2 months ago and I was having some problems with the truck, I called them few times, I even left them few voice messages and they never got back to me. I tried to speak to their finance manager and apparently hes always busy, hell never come on the phone! I left him 4 voice messages and he has never called me back but surprisingly everytime I go to the dealer I always see him just walking around doing nothing! Please avoid this dealer if youre looking to buy a new vahicle because after selling the car theyll not know you anymore and theyll just treat you as a piece of crap! Only good thing is their service department, if you wanna go there for servicing then I would highly recommend you to go there! Theyll provide you really good service!
My brother went here to buy a 13 CTS-V about 2 months ago. They said theyd have the car ready for us at open so we made the 5 hour drive to get it, after waiting hours he signed most of the paperwork by noon but still hadnt saw the car. They get the car there around 1, multiple paint chips missing and this wasnt in the ad/visable in photos, the exhaust had been cut for a bigger cat-back and had a 1/2 weld filling the gap for their homemade exhaust. My brother furiously insisted they drop the price or we walk, they argued for a half hour while the sales staff kept saying we were trying to rip them off/get a deal and replace it with a cheap exhaust (He didnt, he got a proper exhaust elsewhere like the dealer should have). Obviously we dont trust them to work on the car and other cadillac dealerships wont pick up the warranty work. Big ol mess. Would give them 1 star but at least they dropped 1k off the price. Ended up paying more for repairs.
Great place. Greeted promptly, sat with Dave Persaud for at least 45 minutes answered every question about Escalade base, luxury and Platinum.I understand that I dont fit the Cadillac crytearia but it never affected the way I was treated at this one dealership.After shopping at around 20 different dealers I found the only one I would hand over my hard earned money.Every other Westchester dealer could learn a valuable lesson from this dealer. Where do I begin? Kenny, the sales guy assigned to us must have seen a dunce face on my husband and I. We told him we wanted to lease an Escalade. He told us that if we wanted to lease, it would have to be a brand new car- that is a lie. He showed us a $99k escalade (never showed us a base or a premium Escalade which are cheaper) then when we told him we didn’t want a $99k escalade, tried to sell us a pre-owned 2015 Escalade with ridiculous mileage at a ridiculous monthly payment with $15k down. He tried so hard to convince us that if we own a 3 year old vehicle, we would have sooo much more equity and so much more value for our money. I went home, thought about it, ran the numbers and basically, we would be throwing away more money with that 2015 purchase than if we were to lease the Escalade, period. I called the dealership, told them we weren’t interested and they had me on the phone Forbes a half hour trying to convince me to take this 2015 vehicle. Why were we having that conversation when I clearly stated what I as a customer wanted? After I clearly told them no, and within the next day they proceeded to run my credit 6 MORE TIMES!!!! I kept getting the notifications. For those of you who don’t know, these are hard inquiries against your credit score. My score dropped 15 points as a result. They did it with bad intentions, they never called back so they purposely were trying to screw me. If you go there, know your facts, run your numbers, don’t agree to have your credit ran before you’re sure what interest rate you’re looking at and you’re sure about the vehicle, or don’t go there - they (at least Kenny) are not nice for doing what they did!
I scheduled service on my vehicle and a loaner for the period of time it would take to get service and have two recall issues addressed. On the evening of the loaner pickup there was a major storm that felled tress and stopped traffic on flooded highways. It took me over an hour and a half to get there from the Bronx. I arrived at 6:00pm (their closing time) and despite the fact that there were no less than 5 employees there, they refused to assist me. I bought my car there, but I will never go back. Watch out for these guys. Customer service is 0.
This was my 1st service visit (oil change only). Made an appointment for 9am. Arrived at 8:55am. Service Advisor Jason Liriano was not able to see me until 9:30am. He was the only Service Advisor at the time. Very disappointing for my 1st service experience. Additionally, I discussed an issue regarding a spare tire. The Service Advisor Jason told me hed have Salesman John Gerardi contact me. A week has gone by with no follow-up.

I thought long and hard about my experience because i want to be fare and impartial with my feedback. Over a week ago i purchase my second cadillac from Pepe cadillac. 2014 ATS premium model a very beatiful car after trading in my 08 CTS. Ive always given feedback according to treatment and 90% of the time it has been positive. Pepe has a great presentation and customer service which appears to be client centered. However they are just as deceitful as the little car dealership you would find in the hood, let me explain. Ive been dealing with Pepe for years after purchasing my 2014 ATS i go to visit a friend of mine to show of my new car. He happends to be the owner of a body shop thats directly connected to Gieco. After he looks at my car he points out that the car has been in an accident. After I challenge that by bosting about Pepes integrity he brakes it down for me. He shows me the work done in the left rear door and to prove it by pionting out the after market work to the original work on the right side of the car. He then shows me the difference in the paint and pionts out that after the car was hit from that side the person driving must have run into something pionting out the right front fender and bumper work that was done, unless it was two separate accidents. I was blown away. He decided to therally check the whole car and assured me the chasis were fine and the car was striaght Thank god. But I signed paperwork that shows carfax clean, no accidents. Pepe cant know of this that would be the only reason why they wouldnt disclose. I call Jeremy the manager at Pepe and he tells me that unfortunately people dont report the accidents and that the car is certified and they do back the car. BUT YOU KNEW was my response its not in the carfax sorry. If the technicians certify the car then they should know the car has been in an accident so because its not in car fax you keep the truth from the public. Thats what a little car dealerships do in the hood would do. Im hurt thanks PEPE...
My friend and I went there to check on different kinds of Cadilacs. Edward Kennedy was the salesmen , what a nice guy he is! He took care of us right away. We went there just to take a look and we walked out with a brand new car because. He gave us such a good deal that we couldn let go. If you are looking for a Cadilac , this is the place to come!
I wish there’s some stars in black or red to show one’s worst experience at a place like the Pee (PePe) Cadillac white Plains. I bought Toyota Camry 2015 from them, as every seller or dealership treats you with marvellous services but the actual picture is that which you will see how you will be treated once you bought something from them. They don’t give you proper ear nor address your issue. I only asked them to please write my company’s name on title or papers so I can avoid paying registration tax twice (once for registering on my name and once for registering on my company’s name). I’m owner of my company and I thought it wouldn’t be a problem at the tome of registration but DMV told me get it corrected from dealership. The Pee (pepe) can easily do tbis correction because its all about their internal matter and no any dmv or government related thing envolved at the end of dealership but they became completely stranger to me as I was not their customer ever. Shame on such mean selfish dealing. Don’t GO There... respect means respect forever, not only to sell your product.
Do not do business here! My day started with a great experience. I was shopping for a Cadillac ATS. I met with a salesman named Dale. He was a great guy very personable and down to earth. After test driving the vehicle, we sat down to discuss price. Thats when it went all down hill! The sales manager refused to come off the sticker price of the vehicle. Oh im sorry he came down $300, what a joke! I later learned that I was in a apparent bidding war with another customer. According to the sales team, this other customer didnt speak English, hinting to the fact they would be able to get more money out of him than me. Still the vehicle was intriguing to me because of the low miles. After getting a quote with a 1.9% APR, I decided to put a deposit on the vehicle. Two days later they call me to sign off on the vehicle but changed the APR to 2.9%. I decided that I could not trust this dealership and decided to pull my deposit. I am a government employee and I posted on several different government employee sites and also contacted USAA, warning them about this dealership. I ended up purchasing a 2014 Lincoln MKS for cheaper and had a great experience!

I purchased a 2014 Cadillac CTS Premium 3.6 Certified. The day I drove the car off the lot the brakes were grinding. They said they were new brakes and rotors. Took it back that day, they did something, brakes still grinded. Took it back the next day, they fixed it. I listen to my music all the time so didnt know the brakes were squeaking. Went down south the following week, picked up my Son, pulled off and heard squeaking. Got back to NY, told PePe, they said to bring it in. Ive left my car around 5 different times. They have said they changed the brakes cut the rotors, they changed the rotors, and till this day, my brakes still squeak. They said after the last time its nothin they can do. So now I have a Beautiful car that squeaks when I hit the brakes, all the time. Very Embarrassing when I pull up on people. I dont even know what to do at this stage. Seems liked they tried, but obviously its not the pads nor rotors. You would think the dealers mechanics could figure this out.
STAY AWAY CALLED WILLING TO PAY ASKING PRICE ON A NEW CADILLAC, WITHIN MINUTES OF BEING ON THE PHONE I WAS INFORMED THAT SINCE I WAS CALLING FROM OUT OF STATE THEY WOULD BE RAISING THE SALE PRICE BY 15,000 DOLLARS. YES YOU READ THAT RIGHT. WITHIN SECONDS NOT MINUTES THEY SHOWED ME NOT ONLY HOW UNETHICAL THEY WERE BUT THERE WAS NOT A LINE THEY WOULD NOT CROSS. BUYER BEWARE I WOULD THINK TWICE BEFOR TRUSTING THIS ESTABLISHMENT WITH NOT ONLY YOUR MONEY BUT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION. NEXT THING YOU KNOW THEY WILL BE SELLING THAT TO THE NEXT HIGHEST BIDDER. I ONLY WISH THAT I COULD RATE THEM LESS THAN A 1 AS I THINK THAT IS STILL TO HIGH!

Wasnt a pleasant experience they took nearly 2hr to tell me the trade in value and kept asking me to fill out credit application without even telling me the trade in value. I have been to many cadilac dealership never seen this kinda stuff. . Beware ppl dont let them run your credit.

I called my cadillac roadside assistance for help with my battery because my car would not start Christians they patch me in with a roadside assistance representative by the name of Carlos I had a great experience Carlos was on time he was very professional he had to come out to separate time but each time he gave me a call he stayed in touch with me she let me know what time you would be here he arrived at that specific time he did the job quick and took care of the problem immediately thank you thank you thank you so much follows for being a great help
Thank you for ruining my already troubling credit score,How dare you run over SIX HARD CREDIT INQUIRIES OF MY CREDIT REPORT even after I asked you to stop. Just because I was trying to go into business for myself WITH UBER. No one runs anybody credit like that. My family has purchased a few cars with Kenny over the years - each time we walk into the dealership were greeted by a familiar face and a very fair deal. 2022-02-08We picked up our car last night and I can’t say enough of how wonderful Jack Demler was with us. He was thorough as can be and did everything to make the deal work. Also want to note Frank Riliano was excellent as well. You have a great team! Such a great experience and highly recommend them.

2022-03-29Would not recommend buying from this dealership. Salesperson Jack stopped replying to my emails when I asked about bringing my trade in vehicle for an appraisal and how to redeem the $75 gift card they are offering on test drives. Told me they only have 1 Escalade in stock and wouldnt even allow test drives until I had a contract and financing already taken care of. Sounds like the $75 gift card for test drive (no purchase necessary) is just a scam.

2022-07-17I had an awful experience at Pepe cadilac in white plains, i took my escalade to get it fix because it had electrical problems the instrumental cluster i was told from my mecanic but he wasn’t able to fix it so he told me to take it to Pepe cadilac, i took my truck in on Wednesday the checked it and after two hours they told me they couldn’t fix it and on top of that i was charged $193 dollars for the labor, i was furious, you tell me that u make this truck, is a cadilac and you can’t fix it ?? Outrageous, and i ask if i could leave it there so they could of work on more and the answer was it would be $545 and not even sure if there were going to fix it that was just the labor, and they wrote bunch of lies on my receipt things i never say, so while i was waiting i was looking at another truck that i was hoping to buy, noone approach me to see if i need any help, so you lost a big commission and i would never set foot in this place ever again, i felt so miss treat it and criticized, so no I rather give my money to someone else thank you.

2021-12-12Danny at parts is a wonderful young worker. He deserves the opportunity to grow in this dealership. I was there in need of help but John was in a meeting so Danny was concerned about me getting the appropriate help with my vehicle part. 2022-01-26My very 1st time going there. Had to pickup a item from parts. The place is spotless. The floors in the garage had not one spot on it. Friendly staff and professional staff. I never had any work done on my SUV but will be back for my oil change. Coming from Manhattan.

2021-11-10I just want to say I highly recommend Alexander Elliott as your salesman at Pepe Cadillac. He did an excellent job, patient, professional and he worked with me to explain everything. Any issues or questions I had he took care of it right away. I received a survey but think I may have answered it wrong in a rush. Alex was Awesome! I highly recommend him. His service was 10 out of 10!

They are very understanding.They did an amazing job and explained all the services that was needed in car. They listened to the issues that I was having with my car, very patient workers. 2021-07-04Such a great experience with Pepe Cadillac- specifically with Alex and Richard. Alex is very knowledgeable and straight to the point which I appreciated! He worked with me closely and answered all of my questions. I really felt taken care of when Richard & Alex made arrangements to bring my new car to me. I have 2 babies and they were more than accommodating! I live 2 hours from Pepe Cadillac and would make the trip again- they are a fantastic and professional dealership.
