Very nice store and friendly staff. They have lots and lots of good pepper sauces, BBQ sauce, wing sauce, pepper flakes, spices, powder and more. Really cool place. I got some good stuff.

Jackie is AMAZING at her job (she deserves a raise)! I stopped by with a group of friends and she was extremely accommodating with all of our interests and let us try whatever we wanted. We even tried The End, but divvied one drop between the four of us because we were too chicken. She made a great recommendation with the Mango Habanero Hot Sauce and ended up buying the remaining stock! We cant wait to return soon and hope to see Jackie again!!

My husband and I Love Pepper Palace! Our first time going to one was in New Orleans, and we fell in love with the variety of hot sauces, rubs, bbq sauces just about everything. Once we found a store near us we headed out. Now let me say they don’t disappoint and Jackie the manager was AWESOME! She suggested some stuff that were Amazingly good ! We got some of her suggestions and some of our favs too! We’ll probably be back before the summer ends, because we use them on everything!

Adam was bombastic and fun! Part of why I bought anything was because of him. Were from MD and came into Palisade Mall and found this place. I dont like spicy much, my Spouse does. Both of us found things we really enjoyed!I cant wait to use them when I head home.

I visited this store yesterday for the 1st time, and got great customer service from Chewy. He is one of the best customer service reps I ever had, very knowledgeable and engaging with us customers. He allowed us to try many flavors and I really enjoyed the samples and left with many items. Definitely going back to this store.

Only put 5 stars so I could leave a review, and didn’t wanna ruin their rating by putting any lower since I don’t know, but just so YOU know, it’s not a place to get tons of hot sauces, they really only have a relatively small selection of actual hot sauces and it’s all their brands. I thought I was walking into a hot sauce store with tons of brand and varieties. That said, maybe I’m just dumb? And I didn’t buy anything so as far as I know maybe their stuff is good?

First time shopper at pepper palaces and I gotta say the selection in this store is great! So many choices and variety that it would meet anyone spicy needs. What top it off is the great and knowledgeable staff! As a hot sauce noobie, it was great to have Sam and Chris to help answer all of my questions and having all of those testers for me to try.

Youll never look at sauces the same way again after visiting this place once. I went in with high hopes that any sauce I end up sampling or purchasing would be a good one... not only was I right, but my expectations were exceeded. My girl and I sampled two sauces; honey chipotle bbq and Mountain Q habanero bbq. Both were absolutely amazing. A literal flavor explosion ensues when you eat those. I ended up buying the Mountain Q habanero... we went upstairs to Buffalo Wild Wings and ate some food with the sauce... best decision ever. We were so impressed, we went back down to the shop to let them know that whatever theyre doing, keep doing it. They gave us a bottle of Youre Awesome Sauce for free. Its much milder but quite nice tasting. The ingredients they use in these sauces is natural. I also sampled the The End sauce... just a tiny amount had me reeling. The flavor was shockingly good, but MANNNNN that spice. I gotta say, if youre looking for an experience with sauce unlike any other, check these guys out. Kevin and Samantha were cool, professional and knowledgeable about what theyre selling, and about the company and its history. I honestly dont know why the HELL I didnt know about this place sooner. I will never buy sauce from anywhere else ever again. Please, take my money. My palate thanks you.

My first time there they greeted me as soon as i came in and already set me up with an employee to show me around the store personally. the service was great and everyone there was so friendly and upbeat. They also have any hot sauce or spice combo that you could think/dream of. I even tried the flatline hot sauce which was soooo spicy.
