I’ve been ordering from pepinos for years I’ve always gotten decent food the last two times I have ordered have been a big disappointment my boneless wings were burnt pizza was warm while ordering over the phone I felt rushed I understand it may get busy but customer service goes a long way don’t think I’ll be ordering from them anytime soon
6-7 years ago, peppinos was really good. Now, i suggest you get Gordon Ramseys help because we need the old peppinos back.
Oh my god ,60 dollars for ...I will show you . Disgsuting food ! Did not even take the time to cut the cheapest lettuce on the market ,fries ( u say oil with something called potatoes ) . I have no idea how a place of such has a business ! Save your nervous and eat where you can actually enjoy .
This is the best pie in Syracuse. Its buried on Grant Blvd with bad parking but worth the travel or phone call or doordash.

We ordered from Peppinos on 12/23 for office staff. The pizza came dark and hard. I called 3 times for a refund and 2x was told it was happening, almost 2 weeks later and I havent seen refund. This is unacceptable. I will be sure to show and tell my friends about their customer service.
A sad looking pizza, no sauce on it and was cold when I got it delivered. Never again.
Consistently fresh and tasty Italian style thick crust pizza. Its a friendly neighborhood pizza parlor which main business seems to be deliveries. Ive never had a delivery that wasnt there in 40 minutes or less. Theres also a wide choice other Italian food options and comfort food. If you live in the neighborhood or visiting friends in the area, it would be a nice walk to this pizza parlor as there is some limited seating indoors and out. If you drive there look for parking on the side streets because parking out front is very difficult. I would recommend calling ahead since all meals are made to order with the exception of slices. As one further point this business is a great supporter of local Syracuse City Schools offering discounts or even free food for School events.
I stayed at the Pilot, ordered a plain Pepperoni,Sausage medium.The delivery guy brought it as promised in 45 min., boiling hot, untouched,fresh, delicious!!!Gave him $10.00 tip , it was worth EVERY PENNY!!FANTASTIC service, taste, sweet people, Thursday night at 9pm...Generous meat and cheese too!
Most places you go to are willing to make minor adjustments to items for customers, especially if they have allergies, but not here. The owner basically told me I eat the food as it is or dont eat at all 😕. I thought that was very rude and inconsiderate to say the least but not really much I can do right? On to the next 🤷🏾♂️
During an extremely important weekend where things did not seem to go right, Peppinos was there. They catered a rehearsal dinner for us the night before our wedding and were able to handle the rain without issue. The crew that showed up was kind, understanding, generous, and flexible with the situation. They were truly there to cater to all of our needs and made everything possible. In addition, the food was fantastic! I think we have found our new pizza supplier! Thank you Peppinos and your staff for everything you did to make that crazy night amazing and stress free!
Came to pick up 2 orders that should have been done at 7:10 p.m.. When I came in the kid told me that it was going to be 10 to 12 minutes. 725 comes by theyre telling me another 10 to 15 minutes because they were so busy that they couldnt keep up with orders but they continued to have their tablet on for delivery. 750 comes around a customer calls me asking where their order is I explained that they need to call the restaurant. The 1st order comes at 7:50 there is no time estimate for the 2nd order. When asking for a manager they told me there wasnt one then they tried to offer me a piece of cake for waiting over an hour for these 2 hours. I will not personally patronize this store and I hope nobody else orders from the store as their wait times are excessive and they make excuses. This is not how you treat delivery drivers or your customers. Everybody should be treated fairly as this was not the case at this restaurant tonight.
We will not be ordering from them again. $75.00 1 large pizza, 1med pizza, with 2 lbs of wings. Pizzas came both were soggy and didnt taste good and no wings. Waited 2 hiyrs for the.. to com.nowe wai
I am never disappointed here! Whether its their signature pizza or a tasty wrap I know itll be a quality product. Today I accidentally ordered the pizza with honey on it and I was worried at first but it was a happy accident! Will get it again (on purpose)!
I am in the area visiting family and was looking for a good place to eat in, and this is exactly the spot I was looking for. Atmosphere is great and the food and customer service is amazing. I talked to Elizabeth over the phone and she directed me to where you are located and told me about specials and whats popular. the food was so good I even came back the next day. Definitely should come here if you have never been. I will be coming back to peppinos on my next trip down.
Traveling for work from New Orleans. Ordered a meatball sub and fried pickles for delivery. Easy to order online, I was in the shower when the delivery came, but they were thoughtful to leave it at the desk for me. Fried pickles on point. Delicious food, good prices!
I order breakfast pizza for my company maybe once a month. It is seriously the best breakfast pizza in town. We all love it. Everyone is very pleasurable at this location as well. No complaints!
There is old lady works there she have some attitude she’s a mean lady it’s been three times she’s coming rude to me and while I paying for my food I will never order the food from them again look like she’s on something very bad restaurant very bad service
I been ordering from them for years. I recently ordered a lg pizza that wasnt done, sauce tasted like shyt, toppings😷 and crust tasteless ... For 26 i could have went to pizza hut and enjoyed it more🤦 lost my business🤷 ✌
Got off the turnpike and instantly went looking for pizza. Thrilled to have ended up at Peppinos. I may be from Ohio but I feel bad for anyone whose never had pizza in NY. Thanks for being delicious guys.

Peppinos provided on-site catering with their mobile pizzeria for my wedding in September for a group. They were under new management during my planning process and the staff was new so it was a bit tricky scheduling and getting all the information. Ultimately the food was incredible, everyone loved it. The only downside was that they were in and out fairly quickly which didnt give people as much time as I would have liked to each at their leisure. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a caterer!
Pizza is good, not the slices; they are almost never fresh. I am writing because the wings are far too underwhelming considering peppinos location. Almost directly across the street is change of pace, a far better than average chicken wing purveyor. Wings at peppinos are ok, really tough in some spaces, good or ok in others. More than enough sauce, wink wink, and some truly tender wing sections, again in spots unfortunately. Inconsistent chicken wings as a whole. Get pizza at peppinos and your wings at change of pace.Ps. The garlic knots are the most bizarre and perhaps the worst, cant confirm I have consumed many questionable knots in many questionable situations, garlic knots I have consciously consumed. They are either frozen or a failed and bizarre experiment by the chef or owner. By definition garlic knots should be knot shaped; these where similar to a frozen or canned cinnamon roll minus the cinnamon and sugary spread, coated in a fabricated tasting butter and garlic slurry covering a doughy mess with a far more cake like consistency than most knots. I dont understand, how can making strange or frozen knots be cheaper and/or easier than making traditional garlic knots? They are simply pizza dough scraps, butter, and garlic.
They used to be so good! Now their chicken wings arent even saucy, they are dry. & Literally ordered from here last night to receive chicken riggies. With just the chicken on top of noodles, not even mixed in sauce or nothing. Like how can they be proud to serve people that?! Their chicken riggies usually are the best but now I will never order from there again. Too expensive, for chicken riggies & 1 sub I paid 30 some dollars. Ridiculous.

Peppinos pizza is great, the pasta is great and even the Gluten Free Pizza here was amazing and did not make my friend who is GF(but doesnt have celiac) sick meaning they take good precautions when making the dough.The staff are always nice but seem a little rushed for time.My only complaint or warning to customers is that when I ordered ahead for a specific pick up time, when I arrived to get my order the order had just popped up the screen to them and I had to wait about 20 minutes. Im sure or at least hope they fixed this computer error.
Placed a order at 729 it is know 915 just waiting for them to call when it gets here so I can tell them Im no longer hungry and tell them to bring it back

Ordered a pizza with black olives and received a cheese pizza that tasted like it had been sitting out for over an hour. The fried ravioli was decent, but the pizza was one of the worst Ive had in a while.
The food was not great. I ordered spicy chicken wings (not spicy) at all. I ordered chicken Alfredo and the meal came with no chicken, just broccoli and pasta. Everything was pretty plain.it came with a couple pieces of bread that was so hard, you couldn’t eat it. I probably will not order from here again.
How is it possible to make a garlic pizza taste like nothing. On numerous occasions. If you think the pizza is good here you have issues
My friend and I went here for lunch the other day; it was close to work and we could walk. We didnt want a big lunch and this place was perfect. We were greeted immediately - we obviously looked like we didnt know the routine - and were shown the menu and how to order. We got a personal size pizza and split it (remember we didnt want a big lunch) but we still had three pieces each. It was a Neapolitan Shuto: olive oil, fresh spinach, cheese, prosciutto. Soooooo good. Read paper menu when I got home and found they offer a wide variety of other things as well. Got to go again.
This is one of my favorite pizza places. Its unique and delicious! Plus, they have a bunch of desserts and even treats for dogs.
I want to be clear that I love this place, and we will keep eating here. The food is great and the staff is very friendly. However, while waiting for my order, I saw the pizza cook adding finishing cheese to a pizza with no gloves on. This pizza went right into a box and out for delivery. I had to willfully not think about how our food was handled. Having worked in food service, not using gloves really bothers me unless it is food yet to be cooked. As for our food, it was awesome and I cant wait to order again. This would have been 5 stars if I hadnt been able to see into the kitchen.

Hello Peppinos....had your world famous PS2 pizza last night. Toppings were an amazing combination but it definitely needs more sauce....go heavy on the pizza sauce, don’t be shy. It’ll make that pizza wayyy more amazing than it already is.
Enjoyed this food immensely!! We ordered a calzone and wings. I was bit skeptical about the price (more than your average papa johns) but after biting into one delicious bite the money was decidedly well spent. Its one of our top 5 from this city!
First, I have to say that the woman behind the counter was less than pleasant. We had ordered pizza and wings to take to a party. When I asked for a bag to put the wings in, she literally made a face. Im so not sorry that I inconvenienced her because I did not want chicken wing grease all over my car.Second, the wings themselves would have been much better if they had sauce which stuck to them. Im not sure if they were too greasy and thats why there was hardly any sauce or what.Its hard to find good pizza in Syracuse. The pizza was pretty good. They dont skimp on the toppings, but the sauce could use more garlic.Overall I give it a 2, mostly because the counter help was so unpleasant, but also because of the wings. Well try it again another time and revisit this review.
I have had the pizza truck / catering service at several of my parties and people seem to really like it but it was only when I went to a recent grad party that I really had time to sit down and evaluate the pizza etc. The pizza was fabulous, the service was spectacular and my wife really enjoyed the gluten free pizza made on demand. When you host as many parties as I do you get used to disappointment with a lot of things but Peppinos has never let me down. If you use them for your catering there will be no surprises or regrets.
Tried them for the first time yesterday. I stopped by to pick up a cpl slices for lunch around 12:00pm and I went ahead and bought their $3.99 2 slice special.After the lady working put the 2 slices into a toaster over to reheat them, I knew I was in trouble. The slices seemed as though theyd been sitting for days. They were very small slices. Sauce was dried out and barely any on there. There was barely any cheese, whatever cheese was on there was dried out and barely noticeable. The crust was stale and old as well. After a cpl bites they were thrown to the side and tossed in the trash.Not sure if I was given some old slices from a day or two before? Id hope thats their excuse because this pizza was very bad. Anyhow, I definitely wont be back here thats for sure.

The pizza was mediocre.. The wings had NO flavor and we ordered the EVERYTHING Wings. Might as well of been plain! For $63 plus a tip VERY disappointing! The customer service was good. Sorry they work with such a sad food QUALITY.
FOR YEARS THEY WERE....they were awesome. Best food, best service.Today they are overpriced, poor quality food, refuse reasonable customer concessions and the customer service is not what it used to be.The best part is we used to use them to cater events at work and have gone different directions.A very big disappointment when you order off a lunch menu and the order is totally wrong as they readily admit and offer a 3 dollar coupon because I cant wait for the replacement food.They are DEF not getting my Super Bowl order.Pissed is an understatement. It isnt like this is a first time mistake. a dollar a wing and 3 dollars is I get back. Pfffft

I ordered delivery and was told 45 minutes so I went a block from my house to the store and got a call from the driver at my house! It was 25 minutes NOT 45. It makes me wonder if the pizza was a cancellation so I got it. It was awful

The food here is good but they are definitely a lot pricier than most pizza places where the food is just as good. I also know the trend is to gouge customers for their love of wings and it started with reducing orders of them to 10 from a dozen. Now the new gouging tactic is to sell them by the pound here at Peppinos. As much as I like the food here I stopped ordering it because of the wings prices.
Spent 40$ on a pizza 4 mozz sticks and hald a dozen wings. took nearly 2 hours to deliver. pizza was old enough for the cheese to harden and congeal, the dough was raw and and the amount of grease in the box was staggering. all got binned. convienently they were closed 2 1/2 hours after my order was placed so i had no chance to call. nasty *edit* it took over a year for the owner to respond to this
The pizza was great and the staff were amazing even on a busy night they were so friendly and the service was fast. We loved the pilgrims pie slice and the cheese pizza. A local favorite!
The last two times we ordered the pizza has barely any sauce. The parmesan garlic, chargrilled wings were not appetizing. They wings were made again and same thing. We never said anything about the pizza. We have this thing where we never send food back, no matter where we are. We will go elsewhere for our pizza from now on.
As an over the road truck driver i try food from all over the map never once felt the need to write a review about a place but this time i do. This is by far the best pizza ive ever had i thought Chicago pizza was good but this place beats them hands down!! Staff was super nice on the phone. Food arrived a little early thats always a plus! Delivery driver very polite professional curtious. Next time im in the area again i will definitely order from here again. Even my wife said its very good. I highly recommend this place. Keep up the amazing work oh we really love the sauce yall use.
Usually love the food. I just ordered and had chicken parm and a side salad. Chicken was way over cooked as was the spaghetti. The salad was literally inedible! All the lettuce was brown and slimy, the cucumbers were bad as well. There was browish slime in the bottom. Not sure how someone could look at that salad and think it was fit for human consumption! I’m sad because this used to be my go to spot.
NYS pizza , sausage riggies and philly chicken sub:5/5.NYS really is NY style. And it’s great.The riggies pack a ton of flavor.Chicken Philly - I’m a fan of this style I have not had before thanks to the flavor and ... I just really enjoyed it!!

Great pizza crust! I had the PS2, it was delicious. The Risotto Bombs were awesome, except they forgot the marinara sauce when delivered.
The food is way over priced...The sheet pizza was over cooked and not that great... The wings were just ok... The only thing that was delicious was the fried dough. Wont be returning anytime soon...
First time ordering from this establishment and unfortunately I wasnt impressed.Lasagna had sauce,some ricotta cheese and some king of sausage cut in tiny squares, certainly not your regular lasagna.Very disappointing.Haddock was over cooked and dry.Bread was soggy with butter.Lettuce was fresh(reason for the 1 Star)

I’ve ordered a cheese pizza twice from here. The cheese is lightly spread across the pizza so it’s nothing but sauce and dough. The first time I ate the pizza and told myself maybe this is not how it’s made all the time. The second time I had it, I told myself never again will I order cheese pizza from here. Other pizza may be great but don’t expect much from the cheese pizza here.
We ordered dinner for 20 on short notice and were very happy with the food - stuffed shells, meatballs, sausage, salads, garlic knots, and canolli. The food was ready when expected, and the hot food stayed very hot due to the way it was packaged. All the paper goods and serving utensils were included. Everyone was very happy with the food - always a challenge when so many eat together, with kids and adults both going back for seconds. The amount of food was more than expected. The only disappointment is that the antipasto salad was really not what youd expect for antipasto - a green salad with bits of cheese and meat on top. Not bad, just not what was envisioned.

Horrible experience, take my word for it I was a regular. More than one occasion Ive waited 3x the expected time for my food , like 1hr for a large pickup... At noon on a Saturday or the when I get meals the entree will be completely lackluster and sparely as described. Place is a joke and kids just sit behind the counter talking about smoking blunts til they pass out.... Cool business. I was going there like twice a week for awhile and live .25/mile away so I would know
The food was disgusting. Got rigatoni instead of zitas which is what I asked for. The eggplant was old and dry and hard mostly just breading. None of it had any taste at all. The little piece of bread is got was hard on one end and soggy on the other end. So done with this place. Was a waste of money.
Usually good. This time, the pizza arrived with a third of the cheese slid off. The driver refuses to come to the door, calls, says to come out and get your food. I dont leave my toddlers unattended to go outside my home and meet strangers. Very annoying. After this time, I wont order from them again. We arent lacking in good pizza places here in Syracuse.
Good food and the owners not too bad either
I go for their awesome wings and their delicious PS/2 pizza. The rest of their pizzas are pretty good but mostly comparable to other Syracuse pizza places. Delivery is usually very prompt but quality of the pizzas can vary from okay to awesome.
Im dissatisfied with the service, IT WAS A WASTE OF MONEY I ordered a traditional stromboli and instead I received ricotta cheese and onion calzone for 20$ along with a Detroit style cheese pizza with a 2 liter Pepsi altogether I spent 45$ and waited 45 minutes 😡😧☹
I order from here all the time. Pizza is always great. HOWEVER BEN At the front desk is very rude on the phone and in person. Im spending my money only to receive terrible and threatening customer service at times.. He should be removed immediately from the front desk and moved where he doesnt speak to people.
Over priced and really bad service. I called ahead and arrived 15 mins after they said my pick up would be ready. I got there the kid said they had to make my order over because they cant find it or someone took my order by mistake. Smh the only mistake was going there spending my cash.... lesson learned
The bang bang shrimp was delicious. My husband ordered a calzone which tasted great. The person taking the order explained what they are known for since this was the first time I was there. I will definitely be back.
Weve been going here for years. Use to be awesome food. Now it never tastes the same. Always a different recipe for the same meal. They barely give two tiny slices of bread with your meal. Definitely not worth the price anymore. Especially since you never know how your food will taste.
If you order through GrubHub I strongly suggest you call the restaurant immediately after to ensure their fax machine is working. After waiting 2 hours for my order I called to confirm it was out for delivery and was told they didn’t get my order because their fax machine was down. Will order from Franco’s next time.

Best pizza on the north side of Syracuse
HORRIBLE. Spent $50 for pasta dinner (alfrado with sausage Broccoli and mushrooms.) Cheese sticks, chicken tenders(appetizer not meal)side salad, a slice of mousse pie.The cheese sticks were overcooked with all cheese melted out of themChicken tenders oddly very dry but not burnt???(how does that happen?)The alfredo sauce was so diluted it had no taste let alone the cheese taste typical of alfredo. The Dded mushrooms they charge $2.50 for, had exactly 7 small, skimpy canned slices! The mousse pie is so old the sides are dried out and the crust is a mushy mess.But hey, the side salad appears to be okay. This restaurant used to be great. Last few years it has become trash and the same very high prices. I never minded the prices until the food started becoming so bad. Regret everytime I try to give it another shot. Peppinos as I knew it is never coming back. So sad.. Pull your restuarant together or shut down. I am trying to figure how to add photos
If I could I would give this ZERO stars. WORST service I have ever had. We waited an hour for a table when they said it would be 15 minutes. A table that got sat after us got their drinks, bread, and food before we got our drinks. Our server never checked on us and we sat with empty glasses. We ended up going to the bar and ordering our drinks as we sat with empty glasses for 15 minutes. We asked our server for separate checks and he told us that he was too busy and would appreciate it if we got one check. I gave it 2 stars because the manager took care of our check and apologized.
This place has absolutely amazing pizza. The rest of their food is incredible as well, but the pizza is unreal. Best crust Ive ever had with a wide array of sauces, toppings, and gourmet pizza options. They are a bit pricey but Ive yet to be disappointed with my order. Try the chicken carbonara pizza, youll appreciate life more.

Peppino’s service was awful. I ordered food and was missing food I paid for. Called to discuss with employees was yelled at and hung up on. Very rude people and I will never order from this place again. To be told that I need to take my complaint “somewhere else” I am shocked a business would even hire people who would speak to their customers in this manner. Never again and you can keep you $7.50 because you obviously need it.
We were told when we arrived that the order would be ready in about 10 mins … almost an hour later we’re still waiting. Food is definitely not worth the wait!!!
Peppinos showed up at the door of my workplace in Syracuse today to give us free breakfast pizza, which tasted great. It was a nice surprise on a busy morning and made my day. I had never tried this place before, but I will certainly be ordering from them in the future.
I placed my order for a bacon and cheese pizza and a dozen wings when I got my pizza a hour later pizza was burnt to the point I couldn’t eat it I called the restaurant and told them that the food was unacceptable I then had to wait another 45 mins to a hour for another burnt pizza at this point it’s 11pm at night I then held the food to the morning time untouched so I can get a refund the employee then stated there’s no manager in the store at all on weekends that I will have to wait til the week day for my refund I find that very unacceptable as well … employee stated manager was not happy to assist me because it’s her day off !
My company ordered lunch on 2/19/15 from Peppino’s on Grant Boulevard and had the worst experience ever. We placed an order at 8:30am to have pizza and wings delivered at 11am. The food arrived on time, however, the pizza was cold and was obvious it had been sitting for hours. The wings barely had sauce on them and had a funny taste. We also never received blue cheese, celery, plates or napkins which were requested. I called to speak to John, the owner, and was appalled on how he handled the situation. On the initial call, not only did the owner call me “unclassey”, but he was defensive and wanted to pick up the food because he didn’t believe my story. My supervisor called back in disbelief to speak with the owner and was not only sworn at but threatened as well. The call ended with the owner saying “I’m going to meet you in the parking lot to smash your (expletive) head in.” My company employs over 500 people and we will never order there again! I have never witnessed such unprofessionalism in my life and cannot believe they are still in business..
My burger melt was good but my small salad only came with a piece of tomatoe and 1 slice of cucumber and when I called to complain they stated thats the way they make them. Please dont get a salad if you prefer more to tomatoe and cucumbers
I ordered cheese fries with a chicken ceaser salad, after waiting about an hour i only got the fries , the delivery guy insisted that both the cheese fries and the salad was in one box. but i knew that wasnt the case. i went inside and checked. and low and behold, only cheese fries. which wasnt even good. some dry melted cheese peices on some dry fries. had to wait another 50 minutes for the delivery guy to come back with my salad. and the salad was terrible, i asked for no onions and green peppers. but got onions and green peppers. huge waste of $20. bad service, 10/10 would not recommend.
Fries tasted like they were made in old oil. They forgot an order of Fried Ravioli. Called at 6:58pm to tell them they said they would send it back out, an hour later I called again and it took another 45 minutes to get the order. Wont order from here again. 1/13/2017
They’re food is hit and miss. When it’s great, it’s really friggin great, but when it’s bad, it’s really friggin bad. The thing that really disappoints me is that they charge $2 delivery fee. If you’re going to charge a delivery fee, at least be worth the extra charge! TWICE now I’ve had to wait 1.5 hours, which is completely ridiculous!
I ordered a pepperoni pizza and two dozen wings from Peppinos. It was not peak time but it still took an hour to arrive. When it did the order was wrong - wrong toppings, only a dozen wings and cold to boot. I called to get the order straightened out only to deal with a girl on the phone who became rude with me once I explained the situation and asked for it to be corrected. After speaking with a supervisor, I finally got the food I actually ordered, although again, it was cold.
Dont place a door dash order before they open in the morning because they think its not real and will NOT even call to check with you to see if its a legit order. So basically you wont be getting your food.
Food was just ok but service wasn’t great. They told us to come get our completed order in 30 minutes then made us wait for an hour inside the restaurant because the order wasn’t ready and then they we’re not nice to us about it.
We ordered online. Our food was hot, fresh and absolutely delicious. Staff was very friendly. Would definitely recommend Peppinos to anyone visiting from out of town and locals! Thanks for the great food and service!
Wings are some of the better ones Ive had. The pizza needs work. Super greasy, soggy crust this is a complete 180 from the neapolitan. Dough needs flavor.
Ordered the World Cup Pizza, was tasty at first, but was very greasy. The pizza carton itself was soaked with grease. After the first piece it was even limp because it was so greasy. Didnt enjoy it at all.
Pizza was cold and wings where so big they should be called hole chickens I will never order there again!!!! I frozen pizza is better then the one I just got

Never ordering from them again, I used to go there all the time but their staff’s attitude is getting worse and worse. I can honestly say they have the worst customer service in town, in person and on the phone.

Way more than a pizza place. There menu is 2nd to none! Everything on menu is delicious and my family and my favorite is the deep fried canolis DELISH I highly recommend trying them out. There catering is number one in all CNY they cater to any event you could ask for!

Excellent food, a lil pricey but worth the paying extra for good quality and taste. Sometimes their popularity works against me as delivery wait times can be lengthy. Might want to consider having somebody else answer the phones as the usual woman seems to be kinda stressed out but very nice all the same. She deserves a vacation for the call volume alone

Gave our food to the wrong GrubHub driver after wed been waiting 40 minutes, and when I called to see what happened, they didnt offer to remake the 55$ worth of food we ordered, and instead just cancelled it and said have a nice night and hung up.
Ordered 2 slices and an order of wings. Slices were ok while the wings were very bland tasting and half done. 8 wings which equals a pound for 10 bucks. Wasnt worth it at all!!
One of the few pizzerias locally that will add fresh chopped garlic as a topping and it is delicious. Gets busy on Friday and Saturday nights.

2021-11-27I really wanted to like the pizza. I got the PS2. The cheese, crust, and toppings were all great. But wheres the sauce on my pizza!? There was probably twice as much of the creamy ricotta as there was sauce, to give you an idea (the creamy ricotta is sparsely placed dollops). Not exaggerating when I say that 90% of the pizza had ZERO SAUCE (no, Im not saying it was too thinly spread, Im saying there was none at all in 90% of the pizza), just cheese fused to bread. Its sad giving it this review, because it had a lot of potential. Theres a tomato in your logo, so embrace that wonderful tomato and gimme some sauce!!!Added a photo to illustrate. Its hard to show because without sauce the cheese fused completely with the bread so I cant peel it up really. But theres no sauce in that photo, the only red you see is pepperoni.

2022-04-07This is our go-to pizza place since moving to Syracuse. We love the Sicilian and chicken bacon ranch. Be aware they cut the regular pizza not in triangles but strips, but we call and ask for the regular cut and they will do so. Wish the prices were a little bit cheaper but we love the taste and quality. Usually spend over $50 for 2 large specialty pizzas.

Thanks to Peppinos we survived our sons high school grad party & it was a success! From the 1st interaction we had planning this party, Bailey and John were not only professional but kind & helpful! The tasting sold my 2 sons from the assortment of choices and how good it all was! John came out & planned the set up ahead of time, came out again the day of party to make sure we were set and then he really stepped up to help us! Just hours before the party our tent rental company was unable to fulfill our order. John heard my stress and offered us what we needed with tables, chairs & linens!BUT... the food is what made everyone rave! Hot, non-stop delicious pizza & food! Our pizza chefs Frank & Tommy were friendly & worked hard!To say I feel indebted to Peppinos is an understatement! From a stressful situation came a reminder that great people & businesses exist! Thank you Peppinos!

2022-06-03The 2 in fact I would have given them 5 stars for the Risotto balls which were amazing and had that been all I ordered. BUT the calzone was ALL bread and very little Ricotta and cheese. In fact I added a note on the delivery page for a more ricotta cheese and I was willing to pay more. It was like I ordered bread with a little cheese. It was disappointing at best especially as you charged me $10.00.

2020-09-19I really liked this pizza. The crust was crisp, yet still floppy, with the tiniest bit of char. Really nice. To be an above-average pizza, the toppings and cheese need to stay in place on the journey from hand to mouth. Peppinos nailed it in that regard.The proportions of cheese and pepperoni were just right, the sauce robust with a hint of herbs. We grabbed a 2-liter bottle of Pepsi, but no ice was available. Tsk, tsk. The soda was cold enough, though, so no major complaint there. The fried dough scored well with our group. The risotto bombs, not so much. Its safe to say they were just OK.The place is small, but clean.Just make sure you get that bathroom deadbolt secured, otherwise youre in for an awkward moment.

2022-05-26I have been eating pizza for 20 years from Peppinos . They have changed to cheaper tasteless cheese . They say they charge more to keep the premium ingredients, but it doesn’t taste like it . Sad I miss the grande cheese . The crust is still good but the cheese isn’t the same . Sad , to say but don’t like the pizza anymore .

2017-09-30I would give this restaurant a rating of a zero but I have to give it one. We ordered pizza from here and the pizza was basically a pool of grease, and the boneless chicken wings where cold when we got them and it to several attempts to cut threw them. It was horrible and disgusting, they lost a family of loyal customers. Basically the food is awful. Just look at my photos to see how awful it is. I mean just look my pictures of this place and how we spent $40 on this awful food....

2022-03-07I ordered a pizza at 4:30pm told It would take an hour called pizza shop and told they stopped making pizza and ordered a 2 liter of soda and after 2 and half hours later and brought a 16 ounce soda and cold pizza. We will never order from pepis again and I would advise others to do the same if you want warm good food
