The crew came on time and were ready to work!!They were very accommodating to my work schedule and had the job set up in a timely fashion..I had some questions and concerns about roof moss/mildew that were spoken about and all is well! I called Dan for an estimate on power washing my hardscapes and pool patio in my backyard. From the beginning I could tell that Dan was a professional. He came and gave me a fair estimate within 2 days, was on time with the service, and his guys did amazing work. They cleaned everything up and it was truly a perfect shine.Dan even made some suggestions and I took his advice on re-sanding my pavers. It was not an attempt at upselling, it was truly just a recommendation. It rained the night they did it and I had some worries but Dan came by the very next morning to check it out.I would HIGHLY recommend Dan and Perfect Shine to anyone looking to have pressure washing done.
Just had a wonderful experience with Dan and the guys at Perfect Shine Exteriors. Dan gave us a detailed written estimate for us to approve prior to beginning work. There were no surprises, and we even got a neighborhood discount. They power washed my house, roof, fence, deck, shed, and even my patio furniture! And they power washed and re-sanded our paver walkways. Everything looks spotless and like new again, and they couldn’t have been nicer. I’ve used Perfect Shine in the past and they’ve got this down to a science. Perfect Shine is my go-to for power washing and I highly recommend them!!

Just had my house, roof and walkways cleaned by Perfect Shine. The service from beginning to end was wonderful. They gave me an honest assessment of what needed to be serviced and what didn’t. Danny and his crew were amazing! My wife and I were going to have our paver patio replaced because of how bad it was starting to look. One of my friends recommended perfect shine so we tried them out not expecting much. The patio came out unbelievable! Dan gave us a free estimate. Spoke to us of what REAL power washing. Dan educated my wife and I telling us that power washing with the power of a regular power washer does damage to vinyl siding and roof shingles. He explained to us that he uses chemicals to clean the siding and uses a gentle power washing to clean the siding. We also got a couple of other estimates but Dans was the best. The results were great. It was honestly the best money weve spent.
We have used Perfect Shine a number of times over the years. Our deck is well over 20 years old and each time we have it cleaned and re-finushed it looks like new.

If I could give a zero I would. They cleaned the roof of our condominium. Workers sprayed water on door causing damage to newly installed $ 15,000 hardwood floors causing the floor to buckle. I was told to contact my personal homeowners insurance company by Dan. Very unresponsive and arrogant. Do Not use Perfect Shine.

They were friendly and answered all our questions and concerns. We had our patio, deck, roof, and house cleaned. It looks new. 2022-06-18My experience with Perfect Shine was beyond my expectations. My deck was looking very old and my brick walk ways was discolored with tons of grass growing threw the cracks.My deck now looks great, like brand new. Went with a pecan Stain to hide the aging imperfections. There crew took there time and made my entire deck look amazing.My walk ways look brand new too. All the grass in the cracks are gone. First week they power washed them to perfection. Next week they came back to put sand with glue as a grout between the tiles to prevent future grass growth. Then they sealed all the tiles.I am very pleased with their work and it was well worth their costHighly recommend and Totally satisfied!!! Fred.

2022-06-03Great experience with Perfect Shine, they have fast and friendly service. My home had dirt, mildew and moss on several sides. The power washing and cleaning removed everything and made the house shine. Also made the deck and walkways look brand new! Thanks guys

I was updated in real time, of their arrival and completion, and constantly informed throughout the entire process. 2021-10-16Great service. Made my house look like new . I had left while the work was being done, I came back and could not believe how shiny and clean my vinyl siding looked . Great prices.They work veryquickly. If the exterior of your home is dirty or you want to freshen it up this is the company to call forget all others. Daniel is professional and very nice . I look forward to calling them in the spring to give them more work .
