I cannot say enough good things about Marta and her team, they were absolutely incredible. The entire process was easy, and Marta was so helpful through the whole thing. We booked the All-inclusive package and added an hour of photography the day of our wedding and another hour of photography the next night during our cocktail party reception with friends in Flatiron. Marta was our photographer, and I am so happy she was, the photos she took were amazing and she delivered them a week later edited!! ONE WEEEK! that is unheard of in wedding photography. During our wedding it was very obvious that this team is very experienced and each person there was extremely helpful, after family photos Marta had an assistant come with us to carry my bouquet and help with my veil during our photos. This was actually so helpful, and we were very impressed with how professional this team is! It is also obvious that Marta has experience photographing the city and she knew all the best places to get great shots. Our family has not stopped talking about our wedding and Im sure they will continue to do so for a long time as they were all impressed by this team of incredible people. We booked a cello musician, and he played all the songs we requested beautifully, even a slowed down version of Blink 182 First Date which we were both very excited about!Lastly, I would also like to recognize the stylist, Tatiana. I have worked in the hair and make-up industry for 10 years and have done countless brides myself and was a little nervous about having a stranger handle my hair and makeup without a trial. After stalking her Instagram, I was no longer nervous, because her work looked beautiful. The day of Tatiana came to my hotel room and BLEW my mind with her talent. She worked efficiently while giving me the EXACT thing I wanted. I looked and felt beautiful thanks to this team, and I just really cannot thank them all enough. The florist also matched the picture I sent perfectly for my bouquet. Overall, I would choose Perfect Wedding NYC again and again and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone who is looking for a stress-free wedding. First class experience from Marta and Vlad. We had a few hiccups along the way, all of which were outside of their control but they were all overcome. Quick to respond, with a complete service. We travelled from the UK and everything was done via video or email and couldnt have wished for a better day. The photos are incredible. Marta is an excellent photographer and knows exactly how to get the best shot with the least effort. My sister got married with them! it was an amazing experience from beginning to end. Martha & Vlad are gorgeous people inside out. They were so helpful always, and their Garden Chapel was wonderful. The interior space was great for my sister to have her personal touches and get ready for the big moment. We are Latinos, and of course half of the family were as usual super late. But both Martha & Vlad were very flexible trying to find the best solution to every possible inconvenience.We played live music, we worshiped, we did everything we wanted to do, in that nice and private chapel. The A Team! Marta, Vlad, Tatiana and the rest of the team are true professionals. We cant stop recommending them to all our friends who are considering getting married in NYC!!!We got married at Cop Cot in Central Park in June 2022 and are so happy that we chose Marta and team as our photographers and ceremony vendor!Communication - Excellent, responsive, structured and transparent. We knew exactly what to expect before, during and after the wedding ceremony.Logistics - We can tell the team is a very, very, VERY well-oiled machine. There were no hiccups whatsoever from Marta and Co. The decorations were beautiful and all of the personnel showed up on time (e.g., musician, officiant, makeup, videographer). Everything went according to schedule.Photography - PHENOMENAL pictures (see below). The pictures speak for themselves. In addition, Marta was very attentive to making sure everyone was in the right place and helped remove distractions from our pictures (e.g., bags, water bottles). Married friends who attended said they wished their wedding photographers were as prescriptive as Marta about getting rid of picture distractions and making sure folks were smiling in pictures. The team went the extra mile to make sure we got perfect pictures (redoing pictures because of lighting or waiting for streetlights, etc.)Speed - Pictures within a week!!! Some of our married friends waited a month +.Professionalism - All the staff were genuinely friendly and went with the flow. It was 90+ degrees in Central Park during our wedding and we did not hear a single complaint from the team. In fact, the team purposely wore black to avoid drawing attention to themselves. My partner Miguel and I got married in Central Park in April with Marta and Vlad. It was beautiful. It was a magical experience. They went above and beyond for us. They even had an amazing officiant officiate the wedding in both English and Spanish so all guests could enjoy. We cant thank them enough. Their name does not lie, it was literally perfect. Firstly, I know why they’re called Perfect Wedding! They truly deliver to perfection! From the moment we requested for the quote/ additional info up to the wedding day itself, nothing falls short of perfection. Marta was extremely responsive and communicative, she also provided us with great advice. Her constant follow ups and reminder (marriage license application, etc.) definitely helped make the wedding planning smoother.I had Tatiana as my make up artist/ hairstylist and she’s just incredible! My make up and hairdo held up so nicely throughout the day (5am to 10pm!). I even had guests asking if I touched up many times throughout the wedding but I hadn’t. We had a very impressed group when they heard I hadn’t. 😁When we arrived at Dene Summerhouse, we were greeted by Marta and Lisa. Marta gave us a rundown on the details and continued to confirm that all she had arranged is to our agreed plan. Reaffirm and reconfirm - not something that every vendor would do. We are extremely grateful to have picked the PERFECT vendor. My hand bouquet was exactly as the photo I sent to Marta. Early that morning on our wedding day, we were really concerned that it would rain during our ceremony. But low and behold, the sun came out and Marta + her team at Perfect Wedding NYC did such an amazing job. The entire ceremony was above and beyond anything we could imagine. To top it off, Marta surprised us with a special bouquet that was hard to find, because it contained flowers that weren’t in season. We contacted Perfect Wedding NYC one month from our wedding date and Marta, Vlad, and their team were able to make it happen.We got the all-inclusive package which essentially included everything; the process could not have been any easier, all we had to do was answer about 10 questions and provide some pictures of how we wanted hair, makeup, flowers and left it all to them... All we had to do was show up (and we couldnt even do that right as both the groom and I were 30+ mins late to our own wedding, LOL!)But they truly made the day absolutely wonderful; hair/makeup did an amazing job, the ceremony site was beautifully decorated, the guitarist was able to learn/play our requested songs in less than 3 weeks, the flowers were exactly like the picture I sent, and we have so many amazing photos from that day! We had a lot of last minute stress when COVID spiked around Christmas but they made it so we only had to show up. We had a small budget for the ceremony and we couldn’t believe that we were able to have such a lovely wedding within that budget. Marta set up a livestream and we were able to share this special moment with a lot of our friends and family overseas. Working with Perfect Wedding NYC was absolutely stress free! I would 100% recommend. Marta and her team were very professional but at the same time, it felt like a close friend organised everything for us.- Their team took good care of us before, during and even after the ceremony. Marta even helped in putting on my veil, since none of us knew how to do it properly. She also made sure my make up was always on point. Since we had a summer wedding, it was extremely hot, but she came prepared with blotting papers too.- The photos are GORGEOUS. We had Marta as our photographer that day (she’s so talented) and she did a wonderful job with editing too. We were worried about poses at first, but she guided us with detailed instructions all throughout. She knows all the good locations for photos, so even if you only have an hour, you’ll be able to cover a lot of different spots without wasting time.- The bouquet and boutonnière were stunning! They asked for photo inspos, and I was so surprised when I saw them for the first time. They were even better than what I sent them. They looked really FRESH even on a hot summer day.- They have the BEST prices for their packages. You will definitely get your money’s worth, and they even have multiple packages to choose from.- Ceremony was personalised! We had Vlad as our officiant, and he covered our story perfectly. It’s like he knew us personally! He even assisted us with our marriage certificate.- Wedding assistant + videographer were really nice. I wasn’t able to get their names, but they took care of the little details and assisted us the whole time. From fixing my veil, to carrying the bouquet when needed.- What you see on Instagram is what you’ll get. Everything was picture perfect. We wanted a small weekday wedding to celebrate our anniversary by getting married in a special spot, and they completely delivered. All we had to do was show up, they took care of the rest! We did the Essential Duo Ceremony Package + Violin Musician, + Artificial bouquet + Bridal Make Up & Hair Style. The MUAH artist, Tatiana, did a fantastic job as well. As someone who doesnt wear much makeup day to day, she did the perfect natural look with a pop of glam. Ive gotten so many compliments on my bouquet, I was really impressed with how real looking they were, plus we didnt have to worry about them wilting in the heat! The set up was beautiful, from the bouquet to the musician, every small detail was taken care of. I didn’t have to worry about anything, I just showed up and they took care of the rest. We had a great experience with Marta and the Perfect Wedding. The process was very easy - not to mention one of the more affordable companies out there. She found a perfect spot for us in Central Park that was as private as possible so we weren’t too self conscious among the tourists. We are not very comfortable in front of the camera so I was very nervous it would show in the photos, but they far exceeded what I was hoping for. I could not be happier with the way they turned out. I would definitely recommend her services to anyone looking to get married.
SUPERB SERVICE!!! I wish I could give this MORE than 5 stars. Marta and Vlad (her husband and officiant) were PHENOMENAL!! My then fiancé, now husband, and I were scheduled to arrive at our agreed location at 11 but we got stuck in traffic e for 2 hours. Not only did Marta and Vlad wait patiently for us, but they never made us feel guilty or get upset for making them wait. They were so calm and sweet and understanding the ENTIRE time. Despite the fact that it was also Vlad’s birthday and I’m sure they must have had plans after marrying us. They even threw in free rose petals and never charged us for the half hour we went over! Then they walked us around Central Park and snapped photographs that we were completely in love with. If you’re looking to elope, definitely, definitely book them. They are worth it! They’re absolutely the best!!!!

We had a great experience eloping, from the first point of contact Marta was able to advise us about the necessary paperwork etc before we arrived.The ceremony on the day, done by Vlad was really lovely and personal. It was pouring rain all morning and last minute Marta suggested we altere plans so wed miss the worst of the rain and have photos on the way to the restaurant we had booked.This quick thinking and local knowledge on her part was brilliant and I think we got even better photos on the route she chose than we would have had things gone to plan!It was exactly the low key celebration we wanted and Perfect Wedding NYC made it easy.

We booked Marta and her team 8 months before our wedding day (8/6/2022). From the very beginning, every single detail was handled with the utmost care and attention to detail. Communication was always clear, timely and thorough. Marta took care of everything from my bouquet/his boutonnière, hair/makeup, live music (cello), photography, videography, officiant, etc. We got married at Cop Cot in Central Park and it truly could not have been more perfect. I give all the credit to Marta and her team. Her hairstylist/makeup artist showed up to my hotel room and completely blew me away. I never had to worry about what to do or where to go, her team was ready to help guide me every step of the way. We booked a vintage taxi with her and this was the best decision ever. We are native New Yorkers so vintage yellow taxi photos in the heart of time square was no small feat, but Marta made it happen with ease. My husband and I got married at the Garden Chapel in July - at around 6.30pm. The venue exceed our expectations. It was so perfect. The team were fantastic - we just turned up on the day and everything was ready to go. We organised our wedding very last minute, and we couldnt be happier with how it turned out.The pictures that Marta took were also amazing!!! We cant wait to get them printed out.I wish I could give the team more stars.
We chose to go with the all inclusive package and chose the Cop Cot location in Central Park. Our wedding day ended up being on a day with torrential rain but that didn’t stop Marta from making my wedding day the most beautiful, magical wedding ceremony I could have EVER imagined. She calmed me down when the rain started, reassured me that we would be able to push through and it was WONDERFUL. They made Cop Cot the most romantic alter I’ve ever seen. We had an amazing experience with Marta and Vlad. They managed to organize our wedding in less than 3 weeks, and it was just perfect.We chose the Essential Duo package at first but then we decided to upgrade it to the Classic Ceremony package with a flower arch and hair & make up services. Marta suggested several locations in Central Park and we chose Dene Summerhouse since we had a small ceremony with less than 10 people. The location, flowers, and decorations were really beautiful, and we received tons of compliments from our guests. We also got our pictures the next week after the wedding, and they were just as beautiful as the photos that you see on their website and Instagram.Honestly, we are really happy with how everything has worked out. NYC being one of our favorite weekend destinations, we knew we would tie the knot in the Big Apple. We then decided that our family couldn’t miss out on the beautiful ceremony I knew they’d deliver so, Perfect Wedding ended up curating us a gorgeous micro wedding with 10 people in Central Park. My mother loved Vlad’s officiating and my wife and I have never felt more special and important than when being handled my Marta and her crew. I was a little worried that we wouldn’t be able to take a lot of photos (due to a couple fashionably late family members) but Marta was able to send us 600 (!!) photos. All of which were gorgeous and high quality. They even sent us an extra hard copy of our ceremony video in the mail because we were having formatting issues with the downloadable. PerfectWeddingNYC worked on my wedding in August 2022. I am so happy I chose them! We got an All-Inclusive package with additional photography and florals, and it was the best decision ever! PW team created the whole ceremony for us, including decor, bouquet, officiant, etc. They had a permit for one of the most beautiful spots in the park (Cop Cot). The booking process was easy, Marta was in touch with me to answer all the questions (I’m guilty of going into a crazy bride mode at some point). All I had to do is to fill a questionnaire and attend a few calls, and PW did all of the magic. One of my guests had a very fancy wedding last year, and she loved the decor and couldn’t believe I actually didn’t pick any of it.And the best part — we got the pictures back very quickly (around a week), and they are gorgeous. Amazing service! We got married on 12/12/2020 via zoom. The ceremony was very cute. I didn’t know what to expect but it was even better than I imagined. My family could join us for this special moment and it couldn’t be more perfect during these hard times (COVID-19 and things). I definitely recommend them!
Marta and her team are absolutely amazing. Marta is very attentive to any questions you may have and rest assured, you are in good hands. You truly do not have to worry. I chose the all-inclusive package and my concerns were location and makeup. She discusses pros and cons of locations so that you know what to realistically expect for yourself and guests (if you plan on inviting any). As for makeup, monolid ladies, you are in good hands! Tatiana, who did my makeup and hair, is a gem. She is so kind and fulfilled the makeup requests I had. Makeup and hair was flawless and I didnt need any touchups (held up until midnight).They honestly take care of you so that your day will go stress-free. We had a downpour of rain the night before and it seemed like it would continue until our ceremony time the next day. Marta made sure to contact me so that we would have a backup location planned in case the rain did not lighten up. Luckily, it did and it was perfect photography weather. Marta was amazing in leading us during photography (from posing our awkward-selves to locations, etc).I absolutely loved my bouquet. I originally was going to have a civil ceremony so it wasnt until the questionnaire that I realized I had to worry about choosing a bouquet. After finding a bouquet picture that spoke to me, I sent it to Marta. I was more focused on colors rather than specific flowers so when I saw my jewel-toned bouquet the day of, just wow. They made a lovely arrangement and the color choices were spot-on.Vlad was our officiant and he was wonderful. His voice conveyed a lot of sentiment and it certainly felt special. We chose to not have personalized vows or specifics in the ceremony, but Vlad was able to make it meaningful. As for the photo/video crew whose faces I know, but not names, are wonderful as well. Great personality during the group photography. I had a mental list of who to take photos with back-to-back and may have forgotten some people combos in the flurry of activity. However, Vlad and the crew made sure to ask me if there were any other photos that needed to be taken before proceeding to the separate video-shoot. They did not make us feel rushed at all.I had a maid of honor and bridesmaid to help me if anything was needed, but during the ceremony, they didnt have to do anything but enjoy the moment. There was a staff member who was almost like a shadow-bridesmaid. Shes great. When photos were being taken and the bouquet needed to be held, she would just silently pop up out of nowhere and hold the bouquet. I mention this because, for any couple who is planning on getting married in a couples-only ceremony or have just one or two guests, you truly do not have to worry! Minute details such as holding a bouquet are taken care of by their staff :)All in all, you will not regret choosing Perfect Wedding NYC. Superb service from beginning to end. They truly take care of all the details so you do not have to worry. I almost forgot to mention the guests reactions. The guests were impressed by the setting and could not stop complimenting how beautiful everything was.

Perfect Wedding NYC has exceeded our expectations. I couldnt thank Marta and her team enough for making it hassle free and convenient. We LOVED our wedding. We wanted a small, intimate, elopement. The plan from the start was to always just be us, so finding Perfect Wedding NYC, someone who specializes in elopements felt like a perfect match. Their professionalism is outstanding, their directions were clear, their help, their confidence, their reassurance - all it and more were fantastic. My husband and I talked a lot about how seamless and amazing Perfect Wedding NYC made everything.The setting was beautiful. Marta said a morning wedding was a good time to get married and she as absolutely right, the time of day was worth getting up early for. The lighting, the lack of people, it was perfect. My flowers were exactly what I wanted, Tatiana was great, we loved Vlads officiating. Vlad did such a great job. We had a great experience with Marta and would recommend this company to anyone. We had a fully remote ceremony via zoom and were able to share this experience with friends and family all over the world. We thought that a virtual ceremony would be awkward or impersonal but Marta made sure to include anecdotes about us and made it feel special.

She walked us through the process of booking a video call with the city clerk. She presented us with numerous options for wedding speeches and even though we went with the simplest version she could definitely help others get creative with the process. 2022-04-06Marta, Vlad, and their team were wonderful to work with on all aspects of our wedding day! They were well-organized, always very responsive, and were super flexible when we had some changes/requests. We really appreciated how reassuring they were when we werent sure about some of our choices for location or timeline - having Marta coordinate everything really allowed us to stay calm and enjoy the day! We planned our wedding in under 3 months and opted into the All-Inclusive Package with extra hours for photography and makeup/hair trial and found that it was all worthwhile. Marta is a talented photographer and Vlads ceremony words were so lovely and well-written. Their team members were also super helpful and their decorations are gorgeous. We are so happy with the memories of our wedding day and would highly recommend them to anyone else!

2022-08-19We honestly couldn’t have made a better choice! If you are thinking of eloping or having a smaller wedding they are the perfect choice! Marta and Vladz team did absolutely everything I just had to show up and everything was perfect! Marta took my bouquet inspiration and made it even better! The photography came out AMAZING even on a hot summer day they made us look amazing! They are honestly a great team to work with and care about their couples so much we ended up being left with no phone and no money to get back to our hotel and Marta very nicely let us borrow hers so we can call someone. They are true professionals and can handle any hurdle thrown at them with such grace and poise. Booked the All-inclusive package and planned our micro wedding in around three months! Super easy to book and she’s very responsive and on top of things to give you your dream wedding. We’re so great full to everybody in the team! Shoutout to her stylist, Kate, who is a magician with hair and makeup and transformed me into a spring bride. Vlad who is an amazing officiant and comedy relief. I’m known to be a very picky person and I hate photographs of myself, but Marta made everything so easy and comfortable and moreover, she ensured that everything came out perfectly. The photos were incredible and she coordinated the ceremony marvelously. It took so much pressure off my husband and me so we could just enjoy our day. I have nothing but good things to say! 2022-07-16Marta and her team were absolutely great. The pictures were great, my make up and hair done perfectly and the set-up of the venue looked gorgeous. We were pretty lucky as this venue (620 loft and garden) was one of the strictest venue they had as an option, but also the most beautiful. Even with the time crunch (only 1 hour to do the whole ceremony and egress and 1 hour to do the set-up), Marta and her team was able to do everything in record time and we had the most amazing time.Tip: Chairs were an add-on but really elevated the experience. If you have other guests, make sure to ask if they can provide a mic (I dont know if its an add-on) so everyone can hear it.

I chose to get married at Cop Cot in Central Park. It was easy to book the package (I booked the all inclusive) and Marta reached out to me with some questions. Before our wedding, Marta spoke to us and gave us a run through of what everything will be like on the day. She was happy to answer any questions and was very detailed. 2022-09-16Using Perfect Wedding NYC was the best choice we made when planning our small intimate wedding. We live in NYC and so does our family so we knew that we wanted to do something close by but small and Perfect Wedding NYC checked all the boxes when it came to fulfilling our vision. Planning a wedding in NYC can be expensive and hard when you only have 35 guests so doing an elopement and following it up with an intimate dinner/reception was perfect for us.Working with Marta was amazing, she listened to everything I asked for and made the entire process seamless. She anticipated every question and helped with the process from beginning to end. Her team was amazing and extremely helpful in every way possible!

2021-12-05Can’t begin to describe how amazing Marta and her team have been to my husband and I. We decided to do an elopement wedding and contacted Marta. She was so accommodating throughout the entire process. Included us in planning and made sure everything was perfect for our big day. The day of our wedding it was pouring , but Marta was able to change our time and location to ensure that the rain stopped and nothing got in the way of our ceremony. The entire set up was gorgeous and the flower arrangements were out of this world. The pictures were wonderful. Our families loved our ceremony and we are so happy that we used Perfect Wedding NYC for our special day.
