Patrick provided excellent service and expertise. As first time homebuyers, we didn’t know much about homeownership so it was wonderful to have such a thorough professional. He fit us into his schedule quickly and we received the inspection results within 24 hours. Since the inspection has been completed, Patrick has been available for questions and we feel a good level of confidence buying our home.

Very happy with using Perfection Inspection Services to check out a house before purchase. The level of detail was exactly what was called for and provided a strong negotiating leverage by way of its professional conveyance, photographic confirmation, and estimated repair costs on severe items.Report items were clearly described, categorized by nature and severity, and accompanied by recommended remediation actions.They were very responsive through both phone and email and delivered the report the next day. I dont know if that is standard, but we were impressed. I would use this company again and will recommend to my friends.
I recently used Patrick of Perfection Inspection for the home inspection of our new house. Patrick from Perfection Inspection did two purchase inspections for me and helped me to feel confident in my decision. I am a first time home buyer. Patrick Hedderman was beyond anything I expected. We were in a pinch and needed someone to inspect our home and we found him via YELP. Patrick was quick to respond, returned my calls in a timely manner and a date to inspect was setup within a week. His reports are easily readable and addressed all concerns and with you there. The report breaks down all the things to look out for as well as the issues that would need to be addressed. It was also raining during our home inspection but not deter him from giving us an accurate report on the exterior of the home. He was very thorough inside and out. Patrick is also returning my emailed questions after the job has been complete. He is extremely professional and I would highly recommend him for your home inspection.

So happy we hired Perfection Inspection Services to do our inspection! Pat was so quick to respond (I sent an email on the weekend) and we had an appointment set up in no time. He was very, very thorough and his report was easy to read with photos and arrows pointing to the area in question. He was quick, professional and thorough...what more could you ask for in an inspector who is checking out the house you want to buy!
Patrick was extremely accommodating, meeting with us early in the morning for the inspection. He walked us through everything to look out for and gave advice on all of the notes from the inspection, staying around to make sure all our questions were investigated and answered. Very quick response time as well - our report was completed within a weekend!

2020-09-23I utilized Perfection Inspection Services on two separate homes when I was purchasing a home in the Albany. Patrick did an excellent job, and I was able to walk through each home with him during the inspection. He was able to explain things about the structure, electrical systems and plumbing of the homes in ways that I could understand. He found some issues during the inspections that I would have never noticed and it was really educational for me. The inspection report was delivered digitally the next day and was extremely thorough and objective, including photographs of any areas of concern. This also included a radon-test in the home that took a couple of days to complete. They were also more than willing to communicate after the fact to answer any questions I had. Cost was reasonable, and it was easy to schedule an inspection quickly. If I ever need a home inspection in the Albany area again I will certainly reach out to Perfection Inspection as a repeat customer.
