Im very glad I chose Perfection Roofing. They were the only one that helped me understand hidden costs. I had an old flat roof and nobody knew how many layers needed to be removed or how much much plywood would be needed. Lucky me, it was only one layer and removing it was part of their standard service. No plywood was needed as I have a metal infrastructure. Other contractors included the plywood and guessed there were multiple layers leading to higher estimates. I felt like Perfection Roofing wanted me to get the best deal. They even fixed up a little side roof at no extra cost. Sweet! The crew was great and the work was completed on schedule. Im happy with my new roof and looking forward to the next big thunderstorm.
