Our Fur baby needed an appointment with a new veterinarians office as his vet abruptly closed without telling us. Perry Pet was able to take us in and by far exceeded our expectations. They talked with both me & my husband and made us feel like they truly cared about both of us and our fur baby. They explained everything very well, gave us estimates, told us the cost of everything before they did it. The prices of their services are fair as well. I feel as if I wasnt breaking the bank to get my fur baby taken care of. I would 100% recommend Perry Pet. We will forever keep this office as care for our fur babies.
Irecently moved to Batavia and needed emergency care for our puppy. Our regular vets, while a wonderful competent crew, are way too busy and couldnt fit her in. In desperation I Called Perry Vet and got right in, where we didnt have to wait an hour out in the car. Very calm atmosphere, Christmas decorations! Kept apologizing for the wait,lol. Goofy dog needed surgery which went perfectly. We have a new vet now.

The technicians took my dog back to the treatment room where she cried and yelped. She is an anxious dog. I have always held her for blood draws, exams and vaccines in the past. This time, it was not even discussed. The tech asked my questions and then didnt acknowledge me when I said I usually hold for her appointments and she stays in the room with me. My dog had a much more traumatizing experience than it already was to begin with. She wont even go near my car now, and she loved car rides before.
They took really good care of Elliott. The employees are very helpful and answers all my questions. 😺
The facility is very clean. The staff is professional and friendly. I found the prices are equivalent to other locations in the area. They will work with you on coming up with a pay plan if need to. I have three dogs and a cat so keeping my costs down is important to me, i take my pets to the clinics for their rabies and take the certificate to them to update the records. They dont judge.
We have been going to Perry Vet for years. Im fine it funny how my dog gets so excited with the scents from other dogs both inside and out. The staff here has always been so caring and easy to work with.

The best vet ever. I recommend them to everyone! The staff were amazing, I called them and they had me at the office within a hour of me calling and they were the only vet office that actually answered my call and didn’t send me to a voice mail. They saved my dogs life! And I’ll forever be grateful for all the staff members there! She had a pyometra inside her uterus that was a little over 4 pounds. Dr peter Hecht was awesome and he had her diagnosed within a hour of us arriving and scheduled for surgery the next morning. I’ll never go anywheres else for any of my Animals. Thank u all from the bottom of my heart.
Our first visit. We took our Farrel cat for a check up,shots, etc. The gave us a leash to bring her in and took us right in a room. King responded very well. We were very happy and the cost was reasonable.
My Karma girl was taken good care of and I was truly grateful that she felt comfortable there even after surgery! She is doing very well after coming home, thank you!
These are the best Veterinarian services in our area, in my opinion. My Dog and cat receive excellent care from doctors and staff.I lost a beloved pet to another office from bad care. I dont believe that it could ever happen at these Doctors office.SIMPLY THE BEST

Excellent staff from the front desk, to the techs, to the Veterinarian. Quick, clean, efficient service. Everyone welcomed me and my pets to the office for our regular checkups. When we needed a “sick” visit, they accommodated us the same morning. Overall, I have great confidence that my kittens are in excellent care at Perry Vet and this will be our Vet for the next 15-20 years.

Perry Pet is always willing to take the time to talk through my concerns on the phone. During quarantine, the office did a nice job including pet owners in the care of their pets in a safe and friendly manner. The vets who our pets have seen in person have been very kind and informative. Highly recommend.
We found a great professional who takes great care of one of our familly member, because he is not only our pet. And Dr. Peter Hecht understands that so well. He performed a great surgery and our Little guy was as wonderful, healthy and didnt require to take any additional medications. The stitches seemed like they were done by an Aesthetic Surgeon. We are greatly thankful
Fantastic place, all the people are so friendly! The doctors are awesome! Its very clean and professional atmosphere. Best of all is I havent found them to be too expensive with anything they offer.... We also had to put one of our cats to sleep a year ago and they were so welcoming friendly and understanding. It was exactly the atmosphere you would want to have if you are in that very sad situation.
A very friendly place with employees who truly love animals. Weve had nothing but positive experiences here. They have helped us during some difficult decisions with our pets these past few years and we are thankful to have them as part of our community.

I needed to bring my dog here as an emergency visit during the week and I was very pleased with the whole experience. The office is huge and clean, all the staff were very pleasant and Dr. Westfall was very good at explaining my options and her recommendations. Not only did they take good care of my dog, she had to stay overnight and the total bill was extremely reasonable. I would certainly recommend to others!
The office staff are rude, they often leave you waiting for 1/2 hr to 1 hr past your appnt time, they insist on office visits for every condition even if its an ongoing issue (so they get their fee) and they wont get you in the same day unless you pay an extra $100. The exam is often not thorough and a few times theyexamined our cats only visually but charged a full exam. Overall a terrible vet that only cares about money.
I made a mistake on what office I was to bring my bunnies to, and they did everything they could to squeeze me in even though I was very late to the correct office. They were very patient and kind. The dr who checks my bunnies handles them very gently and knowledgeably. I am very happy with this office. They also cost less than half of what other vets charge for neutering.
They have taken great care of my dogs. My dog recently died and they made the painful process a little easier. They are always there to help.
I took my very sick cat to a different Vet (located in Cheektowaga) and she totally misdiagnosed him. Even though Perry Vet is farther from me (Batavia) my sister gave me rave reviews about them so I decided to take my cat there for a second opinion. They are AWESOME! Very professional, sure enough he was sick (other vet said he was fine - ear infections and hyperthyroidism). We saw Dr Nikki who is very professional, listens to you, down to earth and really good with my cat. Even though it takes me about 35/40 minutes to get there Im going to continue b/c I love the knowledge, atmosphere, and compassion they showed my puddem!
Love my dogs vet. They have always been there when Ive had emergencies and dumb questions. The new office is so nice and clean. They try to be as in schedule as possible. Never had to wait long to be seen. The staff is so friendly. My dog never gas anxiety when we go and he loves the attention they give.
I have been with this facility for many years and have always been completely satisfied with their care of our many pets. Any of the doctors that my husband and I have met have been very compassionate. At our pets end of life, every one of them have been extremely caring, for the pet and for us. We have had to make emergency phone calls as early as 2 am to have one of our precious cats put to sleep and they gave us time with our pet, not rushing us a bit, before or after he had expired. They truly felt our sorrow. I would definitely recommend this facility to others.
Had to put our dog down today, all the staff were very heart warming in what we were going thru. It was a quick process and we are grateful for that. Fit us into their tight schedule and we are grateful for that. Our own vet in Albion couldnt take us in because of other appointments. Thank you BAH if I could give you 10 stars I would
We had to find a new vet and our dog was having some problems. Perry Vet got Penny in within two days. Very friendly workers greeted us. Place is clean and spacious.Penny was treated with care and concern. Going back for a follow-up but she is doing so much better, they got the problem first time.
My baby girl shih tzu had a great emergency and they were available helpful are working with me to help make my little princess better. Reasonable in pricing and working with me to be able to handle the bills. They are treating my puppy with great care, am hopeful for her upcoming surgery.

The staff is welcoming and the doctors are knowledgeable and caring. They are a bit more on the expensive side than other veterinarians, but it is a clean facility with good service. My one complaint is that they are not willing to fax prescriptions to Web pharmacies because they want you to buy the meds there. However, there prices are a bit higher. Regardless, I would still recommend this place because of the friendly and caring staff.
My 3 month old kitten angle was suddenly very sick. The Dr., and staff were wonderful to us. They are very proffesional, caring to our needs. They also Let me know that I could get a hold if someone on that Sunday. I am very glad to say Angel is doing better.
My dog needed to have his foot looked at because he broke it. My dog wasnt a patient of this Vet Clinic and they got me in the very same day. They are very understanding , and very caring. I would recommend these guys to anyone. Their prices arent ridiculous either.

I was in need of a veterinarian and wasn’t sure where to go. I called Batavia Animal Hospital and was able to get in fast. The receptionist was very polite and helped me out with everything I needed. She was courteous and professional and made me feel very welcome. My dog was treated with care and I will definitely go back again.
We travel from Rochester to the Batavia office because we have been very happy with every doctor we have seen.
I’ve been bringing my kitties here for a few years and I have nothing but amazing things to say. The always get me in quickly and I never have to wait. Today, I brought in our new kitten and Dr. Shelly was INCREDIBLE. She was super friendly, very patient and she explained everything to me. She took the time to listen to all of my concerns and made me feel very comfortable. I will continue to recommend Perry Vet Batavia office to everyone I know
We trust Batavias animal hospital 100% with the care of our furry family members. They take the time with you and your pet, to make sure you feel comfortable in the care of your pet. Their prices are also reasonable.
I asked never to book me with one particular.doctor because my family dog died because I was told he should have never been there overnight. But they did and 180 dollars later my dog is still sick. I have.been a client there for ten years and always paid up my bills but when my dog hurt his leg they would not see him unless I paid that day. Now every time I watch his leg that did not heal properly I feel really bad and have had to give him pain pills now for many years.
My dog Anna had a urinary blockage and the doctor stayed there to make sure that she was able to pass the stone so she would be comfortable for the night. The surgery the next day went smoothly and she is recovering very well. They went out of the way to make sure she was ok and I appreciate that.
A brand new rescue and the doctor did not introduce himself to the dog but just proceeded to grab her head to try look at her ears. Needless to say she was scared. Shes the sweetest dog, very gentle wonderful with children but it took her a little while to learn how to have a human care for her . the doctor is obviously in it for the money and not because he understands animals. I have found a new vet who actually introduced himself the dog.

I was very impressed with Mitzys office visit. Everyone was so nice and very caring. I felt very confident I had made the right decision to come here with my kitty. They made sure I understood what was wrong and how to treat it. I will come back here with my pets with confidence.
I live in the northtowns where I feel like the majority of the vet offices charge an arm and a leg. After getting a quote for $1300 for my dogs aural hematoma, I was in search of a new vet. My aunt had brought her dog to the Perry location and said really good things, Batavia was closer for me so I ended up here. The doctor was really knowledgeable and everyone was realistic with treatment goals and costs. My dog spent two nights there, and the cost for the surgery and everything was $500. Having two dogs that are prone to medical issues, I appreciate when the vet is understandable when it comes to money. I highly recommend this vet office!! I have already shared their information to two coworkers!
Took our new puppy there and was very pleased. We were seen quickly. They answered all my questions and provided valuable information as to the care of the new puppy.
We took our pet dog Harliegh to Perry Animal Hospital for her shots and routine check-up. I was very impressed on how well they examined her and took the time to answer all our questions. I feel that the only bad side is how expensive vets are but that goes for all vets not just Perry. Dr. Stoddard and Staff were AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!
The staff are always so nice and willing to help. The doctors are excellent and equally friendly. The facilities are very clean and well maintained. We especially like that they run on schedule. We have never waited more than 10 minutes for our appointment.

I bring my 2 dogs and cat here to see Dr. Higgins. Always a good experience and prices have always seemed fair. Their online pharmacy is very convenient and has competitive pricing (they even send coupons through email). I am always recommending this location to friends and family.

I thoroughly trust the Doctors and employees at Batavias Perry Pet. The exams and treatments are thorough and they treat my animals very well. I am use to Dr. Westfall and Dr. Higgins who give direct explanations of needed treatment. I trust the care of my two felines to this establishment which I have been a customer of for many years.

Think these people love to talk about money more then your animal. and their prices since they like to talk about them are way to high for a doctor you had a bed side manor of a coroner . Took my cat somewhere else and surgery was never mentioned like it was ever other sentence from batavia animal hospital . i would have put my pet down before all that . seen new doctor different place an antibiotic prescribed cured my kitty.
I love this vet. Everyone here from the front desk to the vets are informative as well as caring and compassionate. They provide excellent personalized care and dont try to push a ton of costly products on every visit.
After Dr Phillips passed away I found myself looking for a vet and since the woman (I cant recall her name) that took over for him went to Perry Pet I decided to give them a go. My first visit I find out shes no longer there but nobody knew why, that should have been my first sign to go elsewhere. I brought my dog in for an ear infection, $400 later he was good to go, I thought the price was way high but the place was clean and the staff was very friendly. My next visit and follow up from Karen their group leader did nothing but leave a bad taste in my mouth. I brought my dog in because he had been scratching his side, I knew they would probably prescribe him apoquel so I checked pricing online. The day before our visit I received an email from Perry Pet offering me 20% off on meds, I thought that was awesome. So we get to the vet, she does her exam and says we need apoquel. I tell her about the discount and ask if they would honor the price since its their website and she says I dont know youll have to ask the desk. We go to check out and I ask the girl at the desk, she didnt even answer me, she said if you want to order it online you can. I thought that seemed a bit rude, I mean if you wont price match your own website just say so. The cost for 30 pills online was $64 and with the discount was around $52. I asked what the cost was for the 28 pills they were trying to sell me and she tells me $89!!! I couldnt believe it. Now my dog has to wait who knows how long for pills because 4 days later they havent even been shipped. This vet doesnt care about pets they care about the bottom line. The next day I get an email asking me about my experience. I voice my displeasure and kept it moving. A few days later I get an email from Karen their group leader who tells me Im confused and that they pay more for the meds than I do. I could not believe how she spoke to me. Again I know theyre in business to make money but to price gouge me and the rest of their patients isnt right. There is zero chance that they pay more for meds that they buy in bulk from a place theyre in business with for their own website than I do as a consumer for a single purchase. Ill be looking for a new vet.
The Batavia office has the most caring and compassionate staff I have ever seen!! I owe them all my deepest thanks and gratitude for the kindness they showed me, my family and most importantly my dear Cooper. Without them, he probably would not be here.

Cameron really enjoys visiting the clinic; that means it mist be good!About 5 years ago, we had an emergency with an older dog (a Kuvasz) the clinic we had used for over 10 years said they could see her in 2 days. Till then, Perry Pet was only a number in the phone book; they said bring her in. Shila left an healthy dog and we had found a dedicated vet.
Excellent care was given to our cat with quick and positive results. We did have to wait a few days to get in but when we were there we didnt have to wait. Thank you for your excellent care.
Everyone was so kind and did everything they could to help my dog. I will tell anyone to bring their pets to this animal hospital. I cant thank them enough for everything they did. My dog is almost back to his old self, playful and happy. Thanks again!
The vet was very understanding. We had to shave an area on our little buddy, but thankfully I was persistent about the area he was having an issue with. He was bit or stung and the area was much larger then expected. Hes better now with his meds

My son just brought his snake in and was incredibly 😞 at how he was handled. He rescued this guy from a bad owner and is being as gentle with him as possible. First and last time he will use this vet office. Bedside manor goes a long way with pet owners as well.
I always feel comfortable when taking my doggie to Perry Vet. Everyone is always nice, and I am confident that my dog is getting the best care. I believe they care about their patients and owners.
When we had a problem with our pup I called (even tho we were not customers)they gave me an appointment the same day were we had to wait 3 days at regular vets. We were very happy with every one we talked to
You do have to wait longer than I’d like to find an open appointment.Dr Shelley was excellent with our older dog and great at explaining things simply and logically.

I have been going to the Batavia Animal Hospital since the year, 2000. I have both Golden Retrievers and Havanese....and the staff and the vets take excellent care of my babies.Dr Westfall is an awesome vet and goes above and beyond in taking care of my babies.
All of the employees were amazing. Other than the vet, Dr.Hagan. I brought my 11 year old German shepard here to be put down. When it came time to inject the medication, she put him down WHILE HE WAS STANDING, as I was trying to get him to lay down. Nothing was more traumatic than watching my BEST FRIEND drop like that. As soon as he dropped, she stood up and said Ill send someone in to help you with the body and left. She is the only reason for the 2 star review. Everyone BUT her was an absolute angel and definitely helped through this rough time me and my family went through. I do reccomend this clinic. I do NOT reccomend Dr.Hagan.

Have had a great experience with my 3 dogs and they make suggestions and not force you into anything you don’t believe is necessary. Very responsible and reasonable cost.
My experience was amazing and could not have been better. Dr. Hecht went above and beyond to solve an issue with Gradys prescription after hours on a Saturday.

Brand new modern facility. Staff is awesome the doctors are very knowledgeable. Below average prices for services but still same quality. We switched from our old vet to here.
Its with a broken heart I must change my review. My pet died merely hours after returning home from here. He had a terrible reaction to something they gave him as they discharged him and he died very painfully.

2022-04-20Our first visit for our 2 pups was yesterday & I cant say enough good things about this place! Dr. David Hale was very attentive, knowledgeable and took the time to discuss all of our concerns, and give adequate advice & recommendations! We absolutely LOVED him. We have 2 very reactive, & anxious dogs and he didnt once have anything negative to say! We will most definitely be keeping him as our primary veterinarian! 2022-05-22Our dog is getting up there in age. The people at Perrys do a good job taking care of her needs. At this time in her life our dog is as healthy as can be for her years. They recommend treatments that are sensible but not too costly.

2018-10-13A highly professional staff that is incredible. They understood that we simply wanted the best for our new puppy and never tried to oversell us on anything.The office is clean, well lit and no disturbing smells. Rarely can you hear any dogs barking. Additionally, a completely computerized system allows them to track everything. You can even install an app on your phone to get reminders and so much more!

2022-03-03We moved to Lockport which was the only reason why we had to switch from using Perry vet. Our 14 year old cat became very ill and I called my local vet who was not sympathetic at all and told me to go to an emergency clinic (during normal veterinary business hours) where I would have probably had to spend hundreds just to get him seen. I called Perry and and explained the situation. They told me to bring him right in. They were so compassionate and kind. They found out that his kidneys were failing and that he had lymphoma. They gently put him down for us and were so sweet with our 3 year old daughter. Our cat was her best friend. The nurses even colored with her during the euthanasia. I cannot praise this veterinary clinic enough! They have ALWAYS been there for us when weve needed them and theyve been nothing but wonderful to us and our pets. If I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would!

2018-11-08Front desk staff is always very friendly! The only downfall is you see a different veterinarian every time and some of them seem fairly rushed and like they speed through apts (I understand they are busy, but it is important to feel like more than just a number). I wish you would see the same one every time in order to develop a relationship with them and have them connect with your pet more. Besides that prices are good, pets receive good care, and the practice has great hours.

2018-09-12We are new to Perry Vet. They were able to see my Finny, just days after making the appointment. The staff was friendly and helpful. Very nice, and clean facility. Thank you for taking care of my dog! He is thankful too.

2022-01-30Best place to take your fur friend. My last visit was by far one if the best. My friend was having TERRIBLE skin problems and causing it to bleed and had bee bee size welts. This was the first time $ was an issue. There main concern was to get her relaxed and relief from the itching. The bill was extremely fare and was never an issue. My dog probably couldnt thank them enough along w/me.Thank you Perry Pet in Batavia.
