Came in this Petco due to the large fish selection that they had compared to other Petcos in the area. While they did have plenty to choose from, the staff never seemed to know what the fish cost. I asked about a Goby and one staff member (who had to look for price for about 5 minutes) said $30, while at the register it somehow dropped to $18?The stickers on the tank are not accurate whatsoever as well including prices and pictures. The petco at Industry City shows the accurate price and the fish thats in the tank youre looking at. Its a nice store in a good location, but the service is so-so. At least the ladies at the register know what theyre doing!
I went to buy some fresh water fish, they had a huge variety I didnt feel like I had to wait or look to be assisted and the associated actually knew what he was talking about

GROOMERS WERE GREAT AS ALWAYS. book with Daria S she is wonderful but so is the entire staff

2022-08-13I have made an appointment for my dogs grooming session and initially I was told $75, once I went, they didn’t get the job done well and charged me $113 because of some unmentioned “fees”. I made sure to confirm that the cut would be $75 with everything included, but when I went to pick up my dog, i came across these fees. Terrible service and would not recommend to ANYBODY. Save yourself the hassle. This has happened to me twice so ill make sure to never go again.

2020-10-09Excellent experience!!!! Talia was great! My chihuahua can be very tricky she’s not so good with strangers, but with Talia she was able to get everything done including brushing her teeth and buffing her nails. Will absolutely come back again!

2020-11-19Nice people work there but some of the groomers need to take more classes. How to do grooming for different breed, especially fluffy dogs. And how come the price from $59 raised till $93??? After 3 hours and $93 I still need to shave my dog, even brush her matted coat ! 🤦🏻♀️ she has gorgeous hair but now she looks like...I even don’t know how to describe 🤷🏻♀️very bad!

2021-10-18Terrible service. They call me second time for two months i am trying to go for my appointment and last minute they decide to canceled it. This time i have waited for another 3 weeks to schedule another appointment. Of course they canceled it on the morning an hour early before my appointment. They told me girl groomer had issues she could not come to work and offered me to go another location. I tried to call another location on Avenue Y and nobody has picked up phone. Decided to go as girl hadTold me to stop by see. I stop by wasting my time for two months trying to book appointment for my dog. Manager named ASHLEY, said she is not responsible any another location clients. Offered me another 3 weeks of waiting. She was very rude. No clients very quit situation but they were busy to take my puppy. Ridiculous place, unprofessional stuff, not responsible for anything and no contact as well. Disappointed and disgusted!!!

2021-03-18My Frenchie has been there for. a couple years.He absolutely loves Talia and Tamika and Ashley,they do blueberry mask on his face.He comes out like a king smelling so good,he gets the de-shed,nails clipped,teeth brushed, wonderful.He looks like a puppy when he gets done so smooth.Thank you girls you are great.No complaints here.

2021-08-17Tameeka was wonderful with my pup Rocky she was kind sweet and very caring she did a great job with his cleaning and he loved her so much he followed her back in the room when she finished as I want to hang with you lol him being comfortable and happy is what will make me come back for his personal care will recommend to my family and friends thank you Tameeka for your outstanding service

2021-05-21If half a star were possible, that would be my rating. A single visit turned into a 3-week ordeal with misplaced records, poor medical treatment, and lack of accountability. I strongly recommend no one goes to this Vetco branch. Deplorable.

2020-06-29First and last time I bring my dog for grooming. Had an appointment with Daria on 6-28-2020 and it ended with me having to pick up my dog at the vets office because she cut my dogs ear. This is not the first time that my dog gets groomed. So I just don’t see how her ear gets cut??? I don’t recommend this place!!

2021-03-08Went to see if they can see my bearded dragon, lady said no, she recommended somewhere else. I called other place, they said no. Hello why give wrong info. I went out of my way, and nothing.
