Good supply of the pet food we need.
They are prejudice here and like to follow black and Asian people around the store. Even after they see you buy alot, they never say thank you, or even helllo when you enter the store.. I am never going back there. They should change the entire staff here, or close this location. This is not the way customers who spend their money should feel because they were born black or Asian...
Top notch customer service at that location! From the employees on the floor to the cashier...everyone was so knowledgeable, helpful, and welcoming.
I can’t say enough good things about the dog grooming at this location! Rachel was kind, patient and loving with my dog, Patches. He’s 12 and shakes now all the time. He was calm and relaxed when I picked him up from his grooming appointment and did I mention that he looks amazing!! I travel almost 200 miles for Rachel to groom Patches!!! Worth every mile. Thanks again for another great grooming!!!

I placed the order from my phone as I was driving to your store. I waited for about 10 minutes and just like that the transaction was complete. I pulled up in my car, order was handed to me and I drove away. Quick and efficient. Great job!
Today we decided to take our Pug Ruby in for a spa day. Best decision ever!!! Rachel and the others were super welcoming and helpful, not to mention how great they were to Ruby. Ive honestly never seen Ruby so happy after getting a bath and a nail trim, the blueberry facial is a must as well, left her face so soft and clean. As I mentioned before, Ruby came out super happy which made us super happy as well!!! Would give it more than 5 stars if could!!! Thanks Rachel and the awesome Petco Team for being so awesome!!!
Alexa has been grooming my dogs for a few years. They always look great when they get home. While I am there I pick up a few supplies. Easy to find and the cashiers are very nice.
They have you covered in just about every area of your pet needs no matter what pet you have. From tiny exotic fishes to lizards and snakes. They provide dog grooming and a wide range of pet food that includes live crickets and worms. Various sizes and shapes in fish tanks with accessories. Cages for birds and literally just about anything pet related youre looking for they have you covered.
Worst customer service ever .They were not taking any return due to Covid ... I get it and ok with that .Now I want to return , in the 3 months allowed, a harness that I bought ... very bad quality , broke in 2hrs .Answer of the manager :” we have a new system and I don’t know what it’s not allowing me to do the return ... sorry “And he left !!Waww it’s pathetic!

This is hands down the worst Petco I have ever been to. I live in Hampton Bays and used to go here for stuff. I stopped going cause there is never anybody to help you. Employees will see you standing there in the fish department and walk right passed you without saying a word. It was a normal occurrence for me to wait 15-20 minutes just to get help. I have walked out a half a dozen times because no employees were there to help. I would suggest nobody go into this store and it should be closed or everyone let go. This store is horrible and I will never spend another penny in petco,

Came in with goldfish won at a carnival. Kept the Huge one for me to give to someone with a pond. Put together tank and all other items needed for the 2 small ones won also. Could not have been any nicer. Were patient and well informed about everything. Thank you!
If I can give them zero stars I will do it, very bad experience, I take an appointment for my yorkshire teacup who have only 3.0lbs, the lady of the grooming salon refuse to take care of him because she feel he can hurt her ???? I still not understand what people did not like animals work with animals ? How someone suppose to take care pets is not able to take a 3.0 lbs pet under control ? So just a free advice, dont use this grooming salon they are really really so bad

They have a good selection of pretty products. Never overcrowded stop its easy to get in and get what you need quickly as well as having lots of parking space.

2019-07-09An extra star for friendliness of the staff who are always smiling and willing to help. However despite the smiles they managed to butcher Brownie’s grooming appointment and poor puppy was skinned to the point that he was bleeding in a few spots.This is the first time in this dog life he was treated like a peace of meat - literally like a dog brought for slaughter. Rachel was his technicians and while she apologized for skinning the puppy, the apology did not compensate for the emotional and physical trauma of the pet and his owners:((

2019-08-31My dog utz went today today for the 1st time to have a bath and his nails trimmed. Kristina did a great job. She was very sweet and understanding because utz doesnt like other dogs.she reassured me that everything would be ok. Utz looked so beautiful when I came to pick him up. His coat was soft,shiny he smelled so good.. I received a 25 percent off coupon because it was his first time there. I recommend you take your fur babies to see Kristina.

2020-11-29Went to pick out some cat accessories for a 30in crate...was getting a little overwhelmed and along came Angie...she was delightful and helpful. There were some things I could have gotten at the Riverhead store, however, this was so much closer and I would like this store to remain open. Had a productive experience and enjoyed the service.

2021-07-20You have to book your appointment in advance right now because they only have one groomer at the moment, (Concetta, who is who is amazing) and there is a significant influx of people on the east end because of covid they are backed up. Not sure why there only is one groomer right now but Concetta is the best anyways and the dogs are treated with respect which is important.
