The petco itself is great but the groomer janasia is unprofessional. Rescheduled twice on me and the 2nd time I was already outside waiting to go in.very unprofessional

Call to inquire about vaccines which was posted on the website as an option they let the phone ring then picked it up and hung up without talking 3 times If their doing that they really dont care about your pet or customer service
