Bad quality clothing, over-priced. The website has so many bugs that it makes checking your order status difficult. Took me over 3 weeks to get my clothes after going back and forth with customer service for weeks. They gave me the wrong tracking number. Spent hundreds of dollars just to find cheap quality, wrinkled clothes. I usually wear an S in shirts so I often buy XS, but the XS was way too big on me. Ive bought better quality clothes at TJ Maxx for $30 bucks.
This designer creates beautiful designs and the clothing quality is amazing. I have ordered several skirts and dresses over the past 2 years since I discovered them and have been pleased every time. These tailored designs have become my favorites. The attention to detail makes me smile and the fabric is beautiful and easy to clean. I am so thrilled to have a dependable clothing designer that offers this quality, and at a reasonable price. I am also feeling fortunate to continue to receive orders during this unpredictable time.
Bought a coat online, great customer service. There was personalized text messages to check up on you and email response was really quick too. The coat happened to have a discount 2 days after my purchase and the people were super nice and gave me a refund in the price differences. About the coat, it feels amazing, looks spectacular, and it is surprisingly warm enough for Michigan winter. Though feels a little bit too big on me....
Their clothes are overpriced given the quality, so I only buy during sales promotion when the prices are reasonable…So I bought multiple dresses during their sales, although I do like some of the dresses, their return and exchange policy for final sales item frustrated me a lot.I bought one winter knitting skirt (Ellis Skirt) and the quality is like H&M. The material is not stretchy ,pretty thin and is polyester. I couldn’t believe the original price for this skirt is above $120!! It didn’t fit my waist and I couldn’t exchange or return it.Their sizing is confusing too. I bought a dress in XS size, which fit me well. I then bought the same dress in different print, but this green dress doesn’t fit me and I don’t know exactly why. It is extremely tight around my waist. I think their clothes are known for being pretty fit, but the downside is each dress is very specific and you really have to be careful.I won’t buy their sales items again given their restrictions on return and exchange. Plus, their store temporarily closed during covid, so there is no way to try on those sales items.their clothes are also high maintenance. I used cold water and hand wash the Emilee Dress-Ivory Print once and the flower print came out on this white dress. I later found out the tag said dry clean only..but I am still frustrated by the quality of this dress. if the clothe is in a good quality, how come the print came out so easily. If I know I have to sent it to dry clean every time after wearing it, I would not buy.
Such a lovely store that cannot be missed in NYC!! Staffs are super helpful and warm, they wont stop taking care of you until you find the perfect piece, which is not easy bc ALL pieces are cutely designed for petite women like me and fabric is just can’t-stop-touching good. Great experience! Obsessed!
I ordered clothes from here and they claim to be sustainible but the quality is like Forever 21. Now I see that the material of the clothes is polyester and some other plastics. Def not sustainible for the planet. Return policy is a joke. Sadly, I am pretty upset that they dont seem to value the feedback on diversity. As a company created by an asian-american, its sad that theres no standing in solidarity with other groups. Its like they even get annoyed when you bring it up on their social media pages. Oh well. Such a shame. Cute clothes but bad quality and VERY POOR representation and variety of petite women.
A disappointing first experience - ordered online due to the pandemic. Clothes did not fit right, so I tried to initiate a return. The return arrived a few days after their return window (but with all the tags intact, never worn) and I was refused a refund. Quite unforgiving despite COVID and customer service reps were completely unsympathetic and cold. Would not order again.
This store is extremely overpriced. Coat quality cannot be compared with Everlane, & Other Stories, Aritzia (some coats are even more expensive than Aritzia items that is almost laughable) and Madewell. I did a haul over Black Friday for wool coats, their wool coat is literally half inch thinner than the other stores. The other stores, which are also high-end, charge half as much, I do not know how they justify the price tag, seems to me they are desperately wanting to join the high society club without evaluating the quality. They seem to imitate similar marketing strategy as Everlane, but Everlane is knowing for its unbeatable quality? Nevertheless, they do have awesome customer service.I will adjust my review once they consider to adjust the price. As for now, the price seems to be ridiculous. Cant just hire bunch influencers brainwashing people to bump sales when the products quality are not met by expectation in the reality; sales will eventually suffer.
Very cute studio located on 2nd floor and you need to buzz in. The employee was very nice and sweet, and they offer free bakery and water. Clothes are chic and Instagram-style. Prices are a bit expensive (but affordable) and if considering it’s more like a designer’s studio, it’s not bad.

2022-05-02By far my favorite place to purchase clothes that I *know* will fit me. I love their stuff so much I even wore one of their dresses for our backyard wedding celebration. The quality hasn’t changed much in my ~4 year experience shopping here, I tend to buy a piece or two every couple seasons and definitely stock up when there are sales.

2022-07-15I had been excited to find a seemingly responsible brand that focuses on petite clothing, but very disappointed by a recent customer service experience.I had returned an order that was intended to be a birthday gift to myself that didnt work out (the bust fit was odd/material wasnt high quality), and ordered another dress that was delivered June 23. Unfortunately the fit also did not work, but I left the country the next day and by the time I returned, the return window had closed. I was hoping for leniency given that this was my first experience with the company and the timing of my trip, but no dice.I like the styles that are offered and was lured by the fact that they say the clothes are responsibly made, but would caution against ordering from them because of fit/poor quality issues and the fact that they arent customer-first at all. Wish I read other reviews first before purchasing an expensive dress that doesnt fit.

2022-04-15Unfortunately I’m at my wit’s end with shopping experiences here. Really wanted to like it because there are so few petite brands. The return policy is almost exploitative. If you try to return 14 days after delivery - which living in a large NYC building where packages don’t always get to you on the day of - you won’t be able to return even for store credit. When you do return before the 14 days, they charge you an $8 fee. The clothes have really gotten worse over time, and because of the draconian return policy, I now have hundreds in store credit (from when they *did* offer that) that I don’t even want to spend. It’s unfortunately become a rip off in several ways. Check out Boden’s petite section instead.

2022-06-29Love the quality of the Melitto cardigan. Its soft and not too light. Perfect for spring/fall temperatures or inside when the a/c is blasting. I love the light blue color as well. The crop is perfect for petites as it falls just right by the waist and not lower.

2022-05-29Such a charming little piece. The fabric is so soft and the inside is lined. I love the subtle colour and texture of the jacket as well. Totally a worthy purchase! Also the pockets are real ^-^

2022-05-09It was such an ease to buy online and get shipped internationally which I really didnt expect. I thought that it would take some time! I guess the best part was that my girlfriend, who is a big fan of PS... fell in love with the two dresses I ordered for her. She wore them even without washing! Def not our last purchase.

2022-08-21This fabric of the blouse is really High quality! It is very pretty in the sunlight since it reflect light nicely, and I really like how the sleeve shows a part of your wrist in a elegant way. A 97/100 purchase!

2022-08-06I got so many compliments wearing their Francisco dress – it fits me in all the right places & has some very good stitch work done with quality materials. Slow fashion is great.

2022-07-01Terrible customer service. Wanted to exchange a top for another of the same retail but since I originally purchased on sale they were going to charge me $10 more to exchange. Frustrating seeing companies screw over their customers in the name of “policy.” I was super excited to find a slow fashion petites site but after this experience and reading other reviews I will go elsewhere.
