I had a very positive experience with the new owners of Pets. The receptionist was very nice and respectful. The work was done in a timely manner. There was very good communication with the mechanic and he explained his work thoroughly . I will use them again

I was traveling on thru way and had a flat tire. I looked up locally owned shops. I only support locally owned. I never imagined my trip would bring me to Auburn with car troubles. I was fortunate to stumble upon these wonderful folks. They were honest, friendly and made my experience way better than expected. I highly recommend this business. I travel the thru way and I am comforted knowing these awesome folks will be there in my time of need.

Every time I have gone to Pet’s, they have been beyond friendly, and talked to me on the same level, which I always appreciate. The shop is the cleanest that I have ever seen, and they are always quick to get the job done, and never try to add on any cost that is unwarranted. 2022-03-25I was impressed with the service.and care both Kate and Steve took in getting my vehicle inspected. They were upfront with everything especially.when my 2 front tires needed replacements. Kate was awesome in getting me the best and affordable tires and getting them delivered to the shop today. I cannot thank these guys enough for going above and beyond the service and care that these guys provided. Everything was done in a timely fashion and I recommend this shop to anyone and everyone whos looking for that top notch service, this is the place to go.

Friendly as soon as you walk in the door and kept me in the loop during the entire repair. Fair pricing and didn’t push into repairing anything else. Good people in a good location. 2022-05-31Kate and Steve are a wonderful addition to the Auburn community. My first experience with the superior Customer Service started with an unfortunate situation with my vehicle. I called for an appointment and Kate informed me they were booked until the next week. I explained that because of the unique situation with the vehicle I would have to call someone else. Instead of letting me go, Kate asked me to explain the situation. After hearing the characteristics of my vehicle and agreeing my situation was unique, she told me to stop by to have Steve give a quick diagnosis. Steve was great, he immediately understood my situation and was able to assist. Their explanation of the service required was very accurate and there were no surprises from the quote to the final bill. Since my first experience, I’ve been back twice, so far, for other needs and the level of service is consistently high. In the future I won’t think twice for automobile service needs. Additionally, Kate and Steve are avid supporters of youth sports, providing sponsorship to Auburn Little League Baseball.

I dropped my car off the night before, the next day it was ready several hours before I expected. Prices are more than reasonable, Pets, with its new owners, is still my go to place for any vehicle maintenance needs.

2022-01-15Kate and Steve were absolutely wonderful to work with. They are continuing the fantastic customer service I previously encountered at Pet’s before the transition. I had a major power steering leak. Steve diagnosed the issue for me, we scheduled the work, and it was completed in the time he predicted. It has been a few days since the work was done and I have not had any issues. I will definitely return to Pet’s for any future services.

2022-04-28Today we have an inspection, transmission flushed and brakes for our RAV4. Steven and his workers were very prompt and efficient. We were told 10:00 the job was done before noon. Kate was very pleasant. She handled many fires this morning, as the phone never stopped and people kept coming in to ask to have their cars looked at. We were very happy with this team, Kate and Steven we will return. GREAT JOB
