I called ahead looking for a chinchilla and was told it was first come first serve, but that one would be in today around 1-4pm. I figured Id stop in early around 12:30pm and wait until it arrived, but the chinchilla had already arrived and been sold... talk about poor customer service
The accuracy of their stock when you order online can be a little unreliable, but otherwise its a fine store with friendly, fairly knowledgeable staff. It also tends to be a little understaffed every time weve been there, and it can be difficult to find someone to help out with focused questions while youre shopping, so its best to do plenty of your own research before you go to the store.
I had a horrible experience with the dog grooming and the store manager does not know how to treat customers when they have legitimate issues with the groomer. I will not ever buy anything from the store or chain again. We have more than one pet and I spend over $ 1,000 per year. Too bad!!
I scheduled an appointment here for my puppy’s first time at a groomers. I would’ve gone to schenectady’s location but they had nothing available. Took my puppy in and got a phone call 2 hours saying that. They couldn’t do anything for my puppy like cut his hair or cut his nails because he was biting them. The girl stated that I should take him to training because he was too “aggressive”. He’s a puppy and anxious, this was his first time. He gets his nails trimmed at the vet all the time and does not show aggression. I would’ve been perfectly fine if they told me to bring him back next time without the training portion. According to all the other reviews, they can’t deal with puppies who bite. It is completely normal. I’ve never written a bad review before, but I sincerely never felt more upset. Upset that I had to pay and wait 2 hours for them to tell me they couldn’t do it. Once he left he was happy and no longer crying, I would never recommend this place.
I have been buying large breed dog food and cat food as well as other pet products from this store since its been open at this location. My wife and I also started using the grooming services about 6 years ago as it was closer than the groomer we previously used and the pricing was similar. When covid-19 restrictions started last year we were not able to get our dog groomed last year.In January of this year we resumed the grooming services and we noticed that the pricing had increased substantially.I had the dog cleaned and had his nails clipped and pointed out that our dog had a split nail and showed it to the groomer. I was told that they could still cut the nails including the split nail because it was not bleeding or a problem. When I picked up the dog I was informed that they were not able to cut 2 of the nails because he had 2 split nails.I mentioned that I asked about the split nail that I knew of and was told that it was not a problem by the person who I dropped the dog off with and was told that they do not cut split nails. I kiddingly asked for a discount because there were 2 less nails and was seriously told that it was the same price. I said that I was kidding and I got no response except for being told to pay the bill at the register.Two days ago the groomer called and asked if we were ready to make another appointment for our dog. I said okay and I set up an appointment for Saturday at 12:45. I dropped the dog off at 12:30 as requested for the 12:45 appointment and was told that they would call 15 minutes before he was done which would be around 2:00.At 3:45 I called to see if he was done and I was told that they were running behind but he would be done in about a half hour to 45 minutes. I said okay and I was not called until 5:35 at which time I was told that he was done for 10 minutes and I was then told please be there soon because they were closing at 6 oclock.I got there at 5:45 and picked up cat food and went to the groomer to get the dog. I was given a bill of 90 dollars and told that I was getting 30 percent off because they were so late.I talked to the manager about the five and a half hours he was there and that he was not taken out to go to the bathroom and he said that they had a problem earlier in the day. I asked why they didnt call me and ask if I wanted to reschedule his appointment and come pick him up and he said that he would do that in the future. I paid my bill and told him we would never be back.It should have been compted!
The girl checking me in at the grooming center was extremely rude. I picked my dog up and she was barely groomed. They nicked her face and didn’t tell me. She had dried blood on her face and is missing fur on her nose from where they cut her. Her eyes were extremely watery when I picked her up, that wasn’t normal. I didn’t think anything of it until I went to wipe her face and noticed what they had done. I understand that she is not super easy to groom because she’s a puppy, but she has been groomed several times and never had an issue. I should have been told what happened. I would have been completely fine if I was informed.
The attitudes that the staff and the manager have is ridiculous they make grooming appointments to get you all the way to the appointment to tell you that you dont have an appointment and then lie and say they dont have any males working there they cut you off as your try to talk and have zero intention on helping you!!!!!would never recommend anyone to this poorly place they also have complaints on how they treat the dogs when they get groomed some walk away n turn there backs on the dogs never go there!! They dont care about nothing and they surely wanted to call police over there mistakes
They dont carry ferret food an supplies an thats what I was in need of but advertise that they do. When I asked an associate where to find the food they gave me an attitude like I shouldve known. Ive gone here before for other pet needs an had a good experience so I guess it just depends on what your looking for an the day you go. So Im rating them fairly on my last 3 visits.
Melisa has been my groomer for 3 years and she has always done an amazing job and is always super professional. I have tried other groomers but my dogs never look as good as when Melisa grooms them. The entire team was also very helpful and respectful during the check in and check out process.
Pet Smart Grooming Salon Review:I have been a loyal customer for years, but the service has significantly declined the last 6 months. First, the service has been slowly declining for years. Secondly, scheduling an appointment is much more difficult. Finally, today I received a phone call at 8:50 am advising me my 9 am appointment was cancelled and needed to be rescheduled. Personally, I think I am no longer in support of this dog grooming salon.Years ago, I would bring my adorable little poodle to the salon and they would, without even asking, clip her nail, pluck the hair for her ears, and other like services. Last time I brought her in, the actually wrote that her ears needed plucking. I read the note and ask, dont you usually pluck her ears and they responded with only if requested. I said, then i request it. At which time, they did do it, but I was amazed at the complete lack of initiation. Not to mention, she has been rubbing her butt, which means all of the simple things were not noticed at the last appointment.Between the lack of detailed grooming skill that I have grown accustom to, the lack of flexibility, and the lack of customer respect, I no longer recommend this store.
We took our German Shepard to get his nails trimmed and a bath. We let them know that he’s sensitive when he gets his nails done. We usually take him to the Schenectady location but they were not offering grooming services. That location can do his nails perfectly fine. But this location said they could not. They made us pay full price for services they did not provide.
Great selection and a super friendly staff. Their 60 day return policy is amazing since my Mastiff/Lab pup grows so often that I can buy something there in the morning and it wont fit him in the afternoon. So, being able to exchange it for the appropriate size (without him having worn it more than just trying it on) is quite a great reassurance.
I like the services in general, but today the grooming salon made me upset. I came in for a nail trim, they said they were busy and told me to come back in an hour, so I did. When I came back they told me they’re no longer accepting requests for the end if the day, even when I told them they were the ones who told me to come back. And you can’t even make an appointment for a nail trim, because it’s a “walk in” service. So, in general they’re a good store, but this incident made me leave this review.
I was going to get my first fish and the fish lady was SO rude to my friends and I when we were asking for assistance. I wanted to make sure I was doing everything correctly and buying the right things and before I could even ask her she was already talking down to me and making a scene in front of other people at petsmart. Given she was not even the person that was helping me. Someone from the dog department had to come and assist me picking out what I needed for the fish. I will not be going back here to get the fish because this lady obviously has some problems. Other workers were helpful and obviously annoyed by this ladies attitude.
Pet Smart is a friendly place to go for any dog needs.We took our dog to get her nails cut but they were very busy.So we decided to bring her back another day.I had my grandchildren with me and they looked at all the fish and little animals. They loved it.I wouldnt bring my dog any other place. Its clean friendly, and they have a very good variety of merchandise. I would recommend it to everyone.
This week I had my dog groomed at the Albany PetSmart—our first time there—and I will never bring her anywhere else. Everyone at the store was very kind and accommodating, and Melissa gave my dog the best-looking trim she has ever had. A really great staff—I cant say enough good things about them!
Went there to get my aquarium water tested. One of the guys there clearly did not know what he was talking about as he told me to do a 50% water change but another guy took the time to discuss in-depth about my water and even brought up that I should definitely not do a 50% change. It is a great place if you need something quick for your pet but only some of the people working there are actually knowledgable.
Friendly staff with fair and competitive pricing. They are also open until 9 p.m. and truly 9 p.m. I got there at 8:59 today because I was running late and I did call in advance to let them know I would be there late and they were friendly enough to have my item waiting for me at the front counter. I would recommend the store to anyone looking for dog food or pet supplies. They do not carry every brand especially the higher end brands that you would see for show dogs that are available at more family-owned businesses but they do have a very wide variety of product available for the average consumer.
Terrible! Overcharged for a furminator bath. They claim they used furminator shampoo but my dog was shedding before i left the grooming salon. I see why they are the only ones that had open appointments. Stay away from this location! My dog is now itching wayyy more than normal! She seems like she wasnt even washed!
The pet groomers are outstanding. They do a great job and my dog always looks amazing when they are finished. If by chance your pet gets sprayed by a skunk(like mine did) they do a great job with the odor. You would never know my dogs were sprayed. They also have a large selection of pet goods for every imaginable animal.
I am nearly always pleased with my purchases here. I have had very few problems. I keep in mind that live animal sales is a tricky business and there can never be 100% garuntee. They treat sick animals and fish and wont sell unhealthy animals. I can do d most of the unusual items I am looking for. Seasoned sales staff is knowledgeable and always willing to help.
The store is nice, and have really good deals. however, i watched the groomer walk away from the dog and turn her back to him. as a dog groomer, thad he biggest no no! i also was standing in line waiting and the guy at the other register finished helping s customer then i went to his lane and he walked away to talk to a coworker! so i waited in line at s different one.
Showed up to my 9:15 appointment at 9:17. Waited in line for 15 minutes and then was told because it was 9:30 they couldn’t cut my cat’s hair. I even called ahead on my way over and said I would be a couple minutes late. Terrible service. For what it’s worth, every other Petsmart grooming location has been great-but unfortunately this one sucks 😕
PetSmart has just about anything you could possibly need for your pet. They also offer grooming and pet adoptions. However, their prices are high. You can save a lot of money by buying your pet food and supplies elsewhere, like Walmart for example. On the plus side, they offer varieties of pet food that you cant find anywhere else. The food they offer is healthier for your pet as well. Dogs are allowed in the store too and they have treats available for them. Staff are super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. It is definitely a one-stop-shop for all of your pets needs.
Amazing customer assistance! Loved Audra! What a sweetheart and so punny! She helped me find this new amazing exquisicat litter for my foster kittens and my cat’s. The store was beautiful and Jeff & Erica definitely know what they are doing! It was FINALLY the 1st PetSmart that has a semi aquatic tank for their turtle. Definitly one of the nicest in the chain
The young lady working the aquatic section on Sunday Am was awesome!!! Not only did she give advice but also listened to me as an experienced aquarist!!! She was so great, sorry I cant remember her name only because Im forgetful , in driving 1 and a half hours back this week to buy fish!!! Give that lady a raise!!!!
Brought my pup Polo in to the Petsmart groomer to get a bath and Natures Miracle treatment after a skunk incident. Kara took great care of him! Said he did great and he came out looking very handsome! Much better with regards to the skunk smell too! Not totally gone (which is to be expected) but infinitely better. He can come back in the house again! Thanks Kara!!
Always friendly Associates and knowledgable. Take my Bichon there for grooming. They all do a wonderful job .Also two days each week they have adaption daySo if you are looking for a dog who needs a home please check them out.Have bought four fish tanks there great prices and selection from beginner to long time enthusiast.
Cashier was very rude and had horrible attitude huffed and puffed! Points were not added on my pet perks after I told her the pin pad was not working when I tried to put my phone number in. She didnt even ask if I was member. Nor did she enter it on the computer like the cashiers usually do. She also lied and said points were added. I just walked out instead of calling her a few names! LATHEM pet smart or EAST GREENBUSH are the best ones
Whenever we bring our dog to be groomed, she comes back hurt. Sometimes there are random cuts on her, sometimes her nails are cut to short. Not only this but they never listen to what ask them to do, there have been an occasion or two where they have shaven my dog in the winter. They forget to call when my dog is done, and are very rude when you try to instruct them. I would give them zero stars if they could.
I went to adopt a cat today, i called the store in advance and asked about the adoption process, they told me i needed good references. I gathered references and got permission from my landlord and once i got to the store, they told me they dont adopt to undergrad students because of a past bad experience with students. I dont like being stereotyped and have excellent references. To deny me without getting to know me is very disappointing and i will never be coming here ever again.
This store needs new management because clearly the people running it are not up to the task. It’s filthy every time I come in, the section where I’m supposed to buy dog harnesses looks like a bomb went off, there’s full carts of dog treats that haven’t been put away and it always smells like dog urine and there was dog feces on the floor the other day just sitting in the aisle, I almost stepped in it. I won’t be coming back to wade through that disorganized and abhorrent mess that’s supposed to be a store. How hard is it to mop a floor or clean up a dogs accident? Hire a janitor, get your employees to do their jobs, or shut down. Disgusting.
Very dissatisfied with service. Went in for a $44 wash cut grooming and $11 nail grinding. Tell the groomer I want nail grinding (knowing its $11) and she goes top dog nail grinding, now charging be $24 but doesnt say so, for some spray and bandana (that I didnt ask for??) and asks me to initial and sign. Go to pick him up and see the $44 grooming (3hrs, his appointment was 1015, and it was 1215 and I was picking him up..) plus $24 and 30 mins for some Halloween top dog. Spoke to the mgr to explain this, basically blamed me for initialing off on this charge that the groomer slipped in when I just asked for simple nail grinding ($11)...She refused to make the situation right, and after 7 yrs I will happily find another groomer because what they did was sneaky, management supports it, and now I know im not the only one theyve done this to... Horrible business ethics, will no longer support or shop here and will go out of my way to warn others about what happened to me.
We buy almost all of our pet food from this PetSmart Albany location. Plus, many pets also bring their owners to the store so they can visit their other pet friends. Its a nice environment for everyone! The staff are very helpful and the store and rest rooms are clean.
We were late for our appointment. Got a very rude phone call from Brooke the groomer as my dog was on the way to Petsmart (almost there I might add) that he wouldnt be groomed today as there is a 20 minute rule and all other appointments would be put off if my dog were to be groomed. I get it, he was late- but the appointment is 3 hours long and he ALWAYS in a crate waiting when I pick him up. He literally takes tops 1 hour to groom. Tops. They over book apparently. In addition, I have been never have been thrown a 20 minute rule in the past- but rules are enforced when they overbook I guess. I will be looking for another groomer.
This was the WORST experience ever. Mandy is a piece of S*** person. We walk in and wanted to get a hamster before they closed and she wouldn’t sell us an animal which is just completely wrong she also overcharged us and refused to give us a refund. You all need an attitude adjustment and some staff that actually care about those poor animals. Ya lazy a-holes!!!!!!! We will never be here again and we will make sure to speak with cooperate!
Curbside pickup was a joke. Took them almost an hour to bring my order to my car WHEN I WAS THE ONLY ONE doing curbside pickup. I finally called them and when I told the woman my name she didnt tell me she was going to bring it to me or anything she just hung up on me
Not one of my favorites, but a convenient location, and they carry Applaws brand cat food which most places dont seem to carry - also my cats like Petsmart Authority catfish flavor cat food that only Petsmart carries. Usually though, be prepared for understaffing at the cashiers ( and associated longer wait times at check out) and for less than warm/friendly service (though there are a few exceptions).
I had the most hurtful experience here when I came here almost two months ago after losing my mom in May and also lost my son in December. I love birds and always wanted to own one and decided what better time to do so.I went many placing looking for the right bird and store to buy one. I spent many a night researching how to care for a bird after I saw that parakeets were affordable, lovable, teachable, and just overall, great companions. I had a loss and just wanted some brightness in my life.I went to this store after visiting everything pets in wesgate mall, Albany NY, just to check around as many pet stores as I can. I found this one on Google and went and found a bird I wanted to purchase. It was a big healthy looking parakeet, if I didnt know better it reminded me of a Gmo fruit or veggie that! They are humongous for no reason. But dont quotee me, Im just saying that what it looked like compared to my babies I have.Anyway I got an employee to help me. I didnt have too much money that day as like any day, and I had to work on a budget. The cage I saw that was on sale seemed too small to me which the lady was saying she believes a small bird can fit. I felt hesitant on that notion so she went and got someone else who I assume by the way I was treated was the manager.This other lady comes and tells me that is a traveling cage(which by the way I need one but you wont catch me going to neither PetSmart close by or if any. My babies enjoy traveling with me. They just sing with the other birds outside and jam with me in the car!) Then she shows me the caged that I can afford but then tells me I need this and that and this....... I then told her what I read online about getting right nutrients for the birds and brought up that eggshells provides the calcium as a cuttlebone, which by the way you have to crush the boiled egg eggshell to o feed them. After that brief statement and conversation, I was told by her that she doesnt feel comfortable selling me a bird.Now, I can see her concern about feeding them eggshells, which I didnt get to say they have to be crushed. I cannot assume she knew that.The problem here is 1. I felt as if she had no intentions on genuinely helping me figure this out. As there was some form of discriminating going on towards me.2. She was imposing the whole bird section on me and the only way I could have left with a friend, was to buy everything she said. No compromise til the next day. Nothing!3. She was detached. Maybe she was tired I dont know, but it wasnt like a pet owner or lover feeling.I then stated that it was bad enough for doctors to impose treatments on people when there are alternatives way of dealing with things. Not have to be sold everything as if this was the last place standing on Earth. It was like she only worked for commission seriously.And you know what else? Its to dark in there. And dont letd talk about the PetSmart in latham. Their parakeets were bored to deathWith plucked feathers off their body looking malnutritioned. Horrible. The were literally missing feathers. And I already had my birds when I went there and learned more about them to know the signs. I went there to get cage liner cause I wanted to give PetSmart another chance!Not only was their birds sickly and bored, so was the hamsters and other rodent family. Just horrible. I dont appreciate that!Fix that and hire people who own and love pets. Put better lighting and make the environment for the animals better. Dont worry I will put this review on their review page also.Overall, I am grateful that had happened becaise I have two beautiful babies and dont forget my turtle. Oh yeah she probably got discouraged because my slider ate chicken and french fries. Take a look at me now!Thank you for bringing tears to my eyes of hurt just to have tears in my eyes for joy.
I had the groomers trim my dogs nails, i just got done cleaning up a pool of blood from his quick. Not only did they cut the nail too deep but the nail split all the way up into his toe as well. I understand that you can cut the nail too short and itll bleed but Ive never seen a nail split like that and that one nail was unbelievably short. I brought him for convenience sake as I usually cut his nails myself and I suppose in the future Ill have to go back to cutting them myself again. I will not be putting my dog through that again. Will not be taking him back again ever for anything.
The grooming salon at Petsmart is where I take my King Charles Cavalier, Riley. According to his groomer, Stephanie, in the Albany, NY salon Riley is a prefect gentleman. He loves going there because the groomers are friendly and do a great job cutting and cleaning him. Because he is royalty, Riley deserves the best. Being a clean spa with efficient groomers there, I choose Petsmart where my pup is allowed to feel as loved as he deserves to be.
I showed up for the pet adoption week to look at the cats. Stood there for 15 minutes while everyone there ignored us. They were playing with kittens and pretty sure everyone playing with them wasnt even adopting them. If your going to have an adoption event, you might want to pay attention to the people actually insterested in adopting the pets or its a waste of time. Needless to say we were there for 20 minutes and just walked around and left without getting to know any of the pets available for adoption. Pretty disappointed.
We love Petsmart, at times we visit just to see the new animals on the premises. Theres always a wide variety of animals to adopt, everything from fish, kittens, puppies, lizards, snakes. Then if you chose to give one of these fortunate animals a home... they have everything you could need to care for the pet of your choosing. The variety of care is humongous, possibly larger in stock items than youll find on the internet. Although better because one of the friendly staff will help you to no end so that when you leave you are comfortable, and confident that you understand your pets needs and how to care for them. You wont find that level of service on the internet...Believe That!!!!
Wide selection of pet supplies for quite a few different animals. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Parking lot sucks... only reason for 4 stars. Hate that Plaza for that reason. Not their fault. Just adding the extra details. Words of advice: people dont like using stop signs there, so be careful if you bring your furry friend to come in with you.
I bought a baby bearded dragon from them and the girl named ( Jessica ) had soooooo much attitude and she said it would eat only live crickets so I bought her 80 crickets and I had hard time feeding her those damn crickets so I called after two days and I told her that the damn crickets are biting the lizard so the women who answered the phone call said that we also have a choice of a dead ready food for her that I can keep in the along as the lizard is in there. As a back up food. I really hope that they can hire better pet care associate.
I went to PetSmart and asked an associate for assistance in finding an exercise mirror for my betta fish, at which point the woman with five oclock shadow, no lie, laughed in my face continuously. Saying it would stress out the betta and that they arent sold there. After further research on our own time my bf and I found that they are useful for keeping the betta entertained and only if left there for a long time would it stress the betta fish out. I agree they need more knowledgable personelle. But I was completely appalled that this woman laughed in my face for a good five minutes. I put everything that I was about to purchase away and drove to Colonie to go to PetCo which had the mirror in plain sight. I am currently watching my large betta have a good time and play with the mirror. So thanks for nothing PetSmart! And I hope that woman isnt there for long for the stores sake. Shes a piece of work and rude as hell!
I am very disappointed! I bought 2 hamsters on The day after Christmas and the first died about 10 days later and the 2nd died today!! I am not new to caring for hamster at all, and cannot help but believe you sell sickened animals from poor sources! We will not be back!!
We got some items that were on clearance, Halloween items, and the manager said they werent on clearance and that someone must have put them in the bin when there was a wall marked clearance with these items on it (multiple items). Very frustrated. Probably wont be going there again any time soon.

2022-02-19I got here for all my pet needs. They have a large selection of foods, toys and treats for all kinds of pets. My dog gets groomed here and the salon team is great. They always do a great job.We also attend training classes here. We are almost done with beginner classes and have signed up for intermediate. Gabby is great and really helps us teach our dog essential skills and tricks while making sure it is a fun experience for our pup. She uses positive reinforcement only which is what we were looking for. I highly recommend attending her classes. I have seen a great improvement in my dog since starting classes here!

2021-08-10When I called to make an appointment for my dog I was given the date of 8/10/21 at 12:45. When I arrived with my dog I was informed that my dogs appointment is on the 17th not today. I have my own appointments scheduled for after I droppedThe dog off. Now I have to bring the dog homeAnd cancel one of my appointments. Lost money and time because someone in the grooming department made a mistake. Last time I brought my dog the hair cut was so awful. Petsmart will not get my business ever again. If I could give 0 stars I would. The one picture is how I asked my dog to be cut last time and the other two are how he came home. Who cuts a Yorkie like that.

2022-03-13I scheduled a bath and cut for my Yorkie at this location. Our first time visiting this location. I calledto notify the grooming services we were in route and wanted to confirm they could still take us as we were running a few minutes behind. They informed me as long as I was there within 15 minutes it was okay as they allow a 15-minute grace period. I arrived at the grooming desk within the 15-minute time frame and locked eyes with 2 groomers, yet neither of them came out to acknowledge me. 2 minutes passed before someone came to greet me. I advised them of my appointment time and was told I was too late and that I would have needed to call in advance if I was going to be running behind. Even after showing the groomer my call log showing proof that I had in fact called ahead and arrived at the desk but was not acknowledged right away. They advised that because I was not “checked-in” at the 15-minute grace period mark, my pet could not be serviced. I have never had this experience at the other location I frequent (our usual location was booked). It was insanely unprofessional the way they handled the situation and I will never return to this location. Perhaps they should have all their employees at this location re-read the policy handbook so they don’t have employees telling customers different stories. What a waste of time..

2022-02-12Half of the worms are always dead and they never have many containers of them. I brought up getting a discount once because half of the wax worms were dead and they gave me a hard time (if they had more, I would’ve just grabbed a different container but it was the last one left).I also grabbed a “35 count” of giant meal worms, opened the container and something looked off (they had been out of the fridge for a day now, more should have been crawling around). So I dumped the whole container into my sifter and there were only 5 in the whole container.

2022-05-26I gave the groomer my dog to get a full bath and hair cut plus the coconut spaw. She is a yorkie puppy, and they gave her back to me looking the EXACT same. Nails were not cut at all either. Of course I still paid because I did not want to seem rude but I will never recommend anyone or go here again.

But there is the one lady a little older shorter hair who was so rude to us today. Not even before we entered the door we were YELLED AT for trying to put a paper back in the recyclable bin?????? And as we tried leaving the store same thing happened again when we tried to throw a plastic water bottle away?? LIKE YELLED AT ?? really unprofessional

2022-05-21The staff here is very knowledgeable and friendly. They were also able to get us in to get vaccinations when we couldnt get in anywhere else. I recommend them for your pet needs.

2022-03-04Poor customer service at the grooming salon: Chelsea the lead groomer and her staff are unprofessional and unorganized, this is my first experience after bringing my dogs there for so many years I have never experienced such unprofessionalism at that location. Because of their unprofessionalism I pulled my dog out because I was not feeling safe that they would take good care of him I will wait for Melissa to return from leave before I bring my dog back.When I called the corporate office to complain I got great customer service I’m hoping I will receive the same when the store manager returns my call. As far as the store it is always a pleasant experience working with the representatives at the register and throughout the store when you need assistance I cannot complain.

2021-12-03This particular store at Washington Extension in Albany mustve gone through a Staff change. The two people I encountered were obvious animal lovers, one employee was talking endearingly to a lizard while feeding it. They were pleasant and interested in our pets. Nice change of staff or I hit the store at a good time

2022-03-19Very Clean inside . Which is a plus for me to come back .They also have a dog trainer their . I had 1 person Say to me that he is very pleased how well his dog is becoming and thanks the person who is doing the training.
