Its a bit pricey compared to other local pet stores. The staff is nice and friendly but there wasnt much variety regarding the type of product I was looking for and for what I did find I wasnt planning on paying the price. I did get some fish toy filled with cat nip though and it keeps my new little kitty very much occupied so thats a plus :)
Booked a puppy bath for $15! Dogs under 5 months are only $15!! Bath, ears cleaned, nails trimmed, glands cleaned. It was a great experience. My puppy loved the staff. Everyone was super friendly from groomers to cashier. Over 5 months is $25, I’ve called several other groomers and this is by far the best price around. The service received and excellent staff make this an exceptional deal.
Place is expensive! However,you get what you pay for. They have a wide variety of different things for your pets which I like. From food to clothes,to toys,collars,the works!
I just had my dog Charlie groomed here (with Megan R) and I’m very happy with the results! I was told it would take 2 hours and that’s *exactly* how long it took. I never get him back that quickly! I can tell he was bathed and brushed thoroughly too. He looks great. Thanks Megan! We’ll be booking with you again!

I had an appoinment today. I walked in at the store and instead of asking me if I needed any help they just stared at me without saying no word. I was the one telling them that I need help with my appoiment because I didnt know where to go. Very very bad experience for my first visit, I will never come back there. I walked out of the door and I did not let them touch my dog. They were with a very bad attitude.
I ordered on line for pick up of fish food and supplies. Within 1 hour it was ready and the female who greeted me front door was so friendly and professional. Great customer service. I was given my order right by front desk with my confirmation and left all within 5 minutes

Very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable staff. The store was very clean and well kept. It was easy to find what we were looking for and the staff made helpful suggestions to aid with our purchase. We are very satisfied and I would highly recommend checking them out if you are in the market for pet supplies
Decent selection of products, prices are not competitive with online pet retailers. If I didnt ask the cashier about matching online pet stores like chewy, I would have had to pay double for the product I purchased. Cashier seemed scared to speak her mind about other alternative websites. I cannot stand stores that abuse their workers and expect unrealistic work parameters of them for garbage pay. Poor treatment of employees drops it to 2 stars. Not cool.
There are always sales at PetSmart! The staff here is knowledgeable and courteous. You dont stand around too long before someone asks if you need help. Love that you can donate to animals in need right at the store with money or an item.
Good for a quick visit if you need dog or cat food or a some toys. Not a large store. I just got a 6 month puppy and looking for training aides and treats. Very limited amounts. Staff member was friendly but not very knowledgable and concerned more about selling me the in-store training.
I just had my dog Sandy done there and recently. They did a great job on her and I know shes a bit difficult. My daughter didnt like the haircut but she got over it. Im the owner and I did and to the groomer keep up the good work. Thanks again.☺

Staff here is extremely helpful. They do need to get a cat groomer though. It’s been a while since they last had one but my overall experience here has been great!
Just okay, nice enough store, but never seem to have what Im looking for with my large dogs or my fish
I bought a female green bodied yellow headed baby parakeet two years ago. She is very sweet but still scared of people. I am looking for a bird toy for her since she doesnt like to chew and act like a normal bird....she sits on her swing all day and also flys around a lot. Her name is Princess and she loves to swing. What would you say a good toy would be for her???

Come here for grooming. Demi is the best. Takes great care of my Maltese. Prices are pretty good. Good sale prices in the store. Have not rcvd any grooming discounts in a few years. That does not make me happy. 5 dollars or 20 percent off 50 dollars makes me happy.
I was beyond happy coming a few days ago, and I’m sure glad I did. My son, for a while has been asking me forever if he could get a pet. I wasn’t really too sure if I wanted to do that because I honestly don’t know too much about what it takes to care for any of them. Whether it be frogs, turtles, reptiles, fish, birds or hamsters, etc. needless to say; When I went in, I was looking at everything they had to offer. I was so happy that one of their friendly associate Diana came up to me and was able to assist me into making a decision my son and I have no regrets about. We decided to purchase a few different fishes for a few reasons. She made us realize they’re easy to feed, fun to watch; and beautiful to look at. They require very little maintenance excerpt of course when it comes time to clean the tank once in a while. We purchased everything a complete set. It was easy to install . We even bought a skull for my sons fish to swim through. We purchased 6 fish. He named them after some of his favorite classic movies we’ve watched together. He named them TumTum, Rocky, Colt, Splinter, Danielson, Lee, & Carter! Recently we came back to add a new addition to our family. We bought a single bowl; Because he really wanted to a beta fish too. We named him Myagi since they’re known for being fighting fish. Thanks to Diana our Christmas is going to be a bigger and better family celebration. And we’re looking forward to our new additions.

Was lied to on the phone about a product they said they carried. After saying they did, I drove there only to be told they dont. Happened at two separate PetSmarts about 20 minutes apart. Must be corporate policy to lie that people on the phone to get them to come into the store. They will never get another penny from me. I will advise my friends and family to do the same.
WORST GROOMING EVER !! Took my toy poodle there yesterday and they said that it had to be cut shorter because it was knotty I said that’s ok BUT not too short. What did they do ? Shaved off his entire hair !!! I also specifically said I didn’t want a poodle cut. What did they do ? Gave him a poodle cut. I’m never taking my dog there ever again ! Worst experience !
I went into the store hoping to buy my daughter a fish and tank for her birthday. The employee that was in the middle of helping me was pulled away by the manager. I was promised that the employee would be right back but after waiting 10 minutes for the employee to return I left the store. As I left the store I found the employee at the front of the store at the register and the manager outside talking to 2 other employees rather than at the register. The manager was very inconsiderate and I will not be returning to the store.
There is a long line at the grooming salon in thesedays but the whole process is usually painless and they always do a wonderful job with my dog.
Its a fair place to visit if youre looking to buy hamsters and little a Animals for beginners. I will say that if you are looking for exotic Pets, i would recommend that you Do some research 1st. I feel like there are limited information or advice that I person with professional training would give. Not saying that they are not knowledgeable in what they do but i Was looking to buy a snake and the person talking to me was reading straight out of a Handbook and I wasnt too confident with that. I decided to go to Visit a reptile store and spent more than an hour just talking to the guy about how to care for snake. Theres is a considerable difference.
Limited selection for my large birds. Not there overall fault but pointing down an aisle is not my idea of helping customers. More stuff at home depot bird foods etc. What a waste of my time.

I visit this place to buy some fish, the lady who help me was amazing, patient and helpful. She gave me advice of the type of fish and how I should feed them. She is a great asset for this store.

The store staff was generally friendly. The groomers part has a few really kind people but a few really unhappy people. Almpst everytime Ive gone so far, Ive gotten the bath/groom package and a nail clip for my dogs. For both, the dogs are supposed to be showered and i pay $11 extra for a nail clip and they never cut the nails properly and the dogs come back smelling the same way they went in. If Im paying $40 for a groom package then I expect all of the things Im paying for need to be done. I dont expect my dogs to smell fresh for months after the groom, but minutes after the so called bath they dont smell fresh at all. I will only book with one of the groomers (I cant remember her name) because she actually smiles and the one time she took care of one of my pups, he came back happy and smelling good. If I cant get an appointment with her when I need to, I will be going to other groomers.
A little on the pricey side but its convenient to get everything I need for my 3 doggies in one place. Can usually catch a sale so thats when I stock up. Staff is quite friendly and helpful!
Honestly paid 70 dollars to bathe, cut my dogs nails, and brush his teeth. They were short staffed and when I came to pick him up there was no receipt. My dog smells terrible and I do not think they gave him any services that I paid for. Won’t be back .

One of my fav petsmart locations, aside from Levittown. The staff here is very warm & friendly and always answer any questions I may have, and the items I need are always in stock. I would have given 5 stars if it werent for the rude lady at the counter for Banfield. Not sure of her name, but shes petite & has red, curly hair. Shes always very cold & short over the phone and when Im checking my dog in for vet appts. Shes the only person that ruins the experience for me every single time shes there.
Even though the store is a few towns over I find the prices are better there and the staff are very friendly. Have been going to this Petsmart since it opened

Bad service in grooming salon I took my dog (calvin) for a hair cut told and they didnt cut him the hair how i was expecting also cut his foot a little and also his tail when i told them not to touch his hair from the tail very bad service not bringing my dog back again to this petsmart !!!
The manager is fantastic and goes out of her way to help. The staff is also very friendly. They have very reasonable prices and a wide selection. They also do a lot to help strays.
Make sure when you bring your dog in for a cleaning or a bath that you check their testicles because when we got our dog back his testicle were burnt. When we questioned the groomer she said she did nothing wrong. We said that if it happens again we will take legal action. Instead our Frenchie was banned from coming to the groomers. We dont know how our dogs testicles were burned but he was fine when we left the house. I called the manager to ask why he was banned and she said well he wasnt banned but we thought it left a bad taste in your mouth. We went back and forth and she said ok I will call your wife to schedule an appointment. Then she called my wife and said the salon leader is in tears about this and is an animal lover but Bob is banned from the salon. Gotta love the way how no one took responsibility and instead allegedly shed crocodile tears.

Friendly place for pets. They are helpful and love pets. Fish section is smaller than other stores. Banfield Vet onsite plus grooming as well. Always a nice visit.

Small store, crowded animal enclosures, went yesterday and was looking around and noticed almost all of the red clawed crabs were dead in their enclosure. (More then 8). Not as nice as their Levittown store imo.

Yesterday paid a visit to this store trying to buy my deaf son a pet and was TOTALLY ignored with ZERO customer service. Left, went to Mutts & Butts and had a completely different experience!!
There is almost always a wait to check out, no one to help on the sales floor, but the service is relatively courteous.The small pets selection is fairly limited.

2022-05-19Absolutely amazing store and great customer service at this location. I visited earlier today and an associate by the name of Sarah helped me find everything I needed and even enlightened me on their amazing dog training program. She was super helpful and so nice, every store could use an employee like her. She should win employee of the month with how amazing she is. The only complaint is that this location does not have any bunny rabbits which was very disappointing and made me sad.

2019-12-12I We bought a Guinea Pig from this Pet Smart and after a week he developed an abscess on his cheek. We brought him back to PetSmart with the intention of having him treated.The store told us that our only option was to return him and they would treat his condition at which point we could buy him back. They estimated that treatment might take 2 weeks.My daughter had become pretty attached to him after 10 days or so, so I opted for this. Once we returned him, Pet Smart would have no legal obligation to sell him back to us, so I relied on trust and good faith.To make a long story short, after 4 weeks, the store called us and we got the Guinea Pig back.I would like to mention that we had originally been told the treatments would take 2 weeks and the store was evasive and even nasty any time I called for information. Apparently, there had been complications with the treatment, but they never reached out to update me on this.I had originally given a one star review as I assumed we were never going to hear from the store again, but updated the review to 3 when they called. Also, the store did waive the charge for re-buying him after all we had been through.

2020-12-29The groomer cut my dog on shoulder. They brought her to vet next door. She had to get 3 staples antibiotics and pain med. She is still.terrified. she is 5 lbs. Worried about infection. See the 3 staples. This was Bellmore Petsmart. The vet which I never used S. Bellmore took care of her but she is seeing my vet. I always was warned about Petsmart. No star review

2021-07-16Cant remember the green haired managers name exactly, Elosie maybe? Either way she was great. Very helpful, very knowledgeable and very friendly. I plan on going back with the 8 year old so we can figure out how not to kill the fish this time. She is the reason why were going there. 2022-04-23Very disappointed in what there grooming salon has become. It use to be ran well under the new manager it has become very lousy. You book the Groomer you want and they are never there then they give your dog to an inexperienced groomer who complains that your dog is not well behaved. Obviously they don’t know how to handle unneutered males. Also the place looks dirty and they have the take it or leave it attitude. Go elsewhere or to another petsmart. Don’t trust them with your dog.
